My first reaction was that it must be a "legacy" sign, left up as an homage to an earlier time. My curiosity got the better of me and I ventured down the street, wife in tow. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is an active business with product on display and an open sign. The owner warmly greeted us and welcomed us to browse and ask questions. The main display area on the left was sparsely occupied with product, a few Sony 4k TVs, some small radios, LaserDisk players, etc. A room off to the right was much more interesting. Sherwood, Yamaha, Carver and other brands of classic audio equipment were displayed and priced for sale. Definitely a must see if you collect older, vintage equipment or just want to see technology of years gone by.

The technicians who installed the unit left the property without installing the legs on the oven. My brand new $4300 oven now sits 5 inches below my counter and is unusable. They told my property manager I could use the oven, however, I called Bosch directly and they said it would damage the oven if it were used not properly ventilated. I spent over 3 1/2 hours trying to reach someone at the Lebanon Best Buy yesterday. Had I been able to easily reach someone after the delivery was made, they could have rerouted the technician back to my home and addressed the problem. I now have an oven without legs that I cannot use, and I am unable to reach anyone at Best Buy. I have reached out to a local appliance store who will deliver a new one to me in two days WITH legs and the oven from Best Buy will be returned. I should have gone directly to the other appliance store. Sometimes customer service is worth the extra few hundred dollars. Never again will I buy from Best Buy.
