We were waited on right away by Ben and he answered all of our questions about a deal that sounded too good to be true. So instead of just getting one phone upgraded four of us got our phones upgraded. And the deal absolutely was true. Ben stayed with us the whole time during the upgrade process and transferred the data to our phones. Being the busiest shopping day of the year, I figured he would try to rush us out to wait on more customers, but this did not happen. Ben was patient answering all of our questions and was very enjoyable to work with. My daughter wanted a specific color phone that was not in stock and he made several calls to make sure that she got the phone she wanted. Ben has since checked in a couple times just to make sure our phones were working well and we didn't have any additional questions. I cannot recommend the Verizon store and Ben highly enough.

Everyone greeted us as soon as we walked in. Within 5 mins I was promptly seated and signing terms. Although I reiterated that I was only there to upgrade, he did have to give me the required spiels as any AT&T rep would. Mainly about the whole new Direct TV plan... The first sign that this was going to be different was upon entering. The front desk attendant was engaged in an animated conversation with a fellow worker. Obviously too busy to acknowledge customers. I came over looking at the possibility of purchasing a small sound system for our nonprofit's meetings. I stepped into the sound system area. An employee was looking into infinity and an open Sudoku game on his smartphone. I asked where I could find such sound systems and he seemed to be bothered by my intrusion into his Sudoku. He pointed towards the WiFi section. Not a peep. I thought about their training process at Best Buy and how it could be improved. I then stepped in the WiFi and boom box area. An employee was idling by but when she saw me, she stepped away quickly. The cash register area had three employees engaged in conversation. Not one looking at the floor or customers. I ambled about looking at possibly finding a small sound system. Didn't see any values for what I needed. I left the store after 20 minutes. Not one person approached me. I figure they're not interested in their jobs or their company. Don't think I'll ever be here again.
