I agree with the previous review that more staff would be helpful but there is a balance between plenty of help during busy times and too much during slow times. It's probably best to call the store and ask when the slow times are to try to avoid this. The wait to be helped was my only gripe. I was just picking up a phone on my employer's account and Justin was very helpful in getting me all set up. He seemed interested in making sure I got the right accessories and didn't try to push anything I told him I had no need for. My experience was a good example of how the help you get can overcome some small issues. I haven't worked with anyone else at the store but asking for Justin will be a safe move.

Yesterday 10/27/26 I went to the mall and checked to see where the money was applied, I can see on my bank statement 1500 went to Verizon now when I spoke with the rep it was to see what I can do to lower my bill and to see where that money went. The rep said he can see 1500 taken but has no clue if it was applied anywhere and questioned if the payment ever went through, I pulled up my bank statement and showed him he didn't have anything to say! Verizon will wipe you clear out of your money, they will surprise you with increased payments, charges, and penalties, they do NOT work with you, they are over priced, their internet service is HORRIBLE, I'm in the middle of paying my stuff off now and going back to straight talk they are a bunch of lying criminals who have no issues stealing from you because they don't care about retain customers or customer satisfaction they only care about getting a new one keeping the customer happy isn't in their list of to do's they get 1 star because I can't give less!

I can see how new employees, not properly trained, can wreak havoc on a customer's device, especially when one has driven long distances to seek assistance and instead get an "oh well" or a "call the non-support center" and wait six hours to get a human... Well, I did it in reverse and it worked. I tried the Apple "non-support Center" first and I got what I expected, hour-wait and a non-resolution of my problem. So then I ended up getting a Genius Bar appointment and had the luch of dealing with Justin, who apparently knows a lot about Apples. I arrived on time and went to the Genius Bar where I saw Justin, who although was waiting on three other people, had time to work with all of us. My issue was that somehow, different large movie apps and their gigabyte-sized files had created invisible grabs on my memory so my system memory (for an iPad) was 140GB. I had previously tried to first offload, then delete apps by the score, then erase and reformat from a backup but it didn't work. So came over here to get the scoop on how to redo it from scratch. Justin took me through the paces and it turned my system files from 140 GB down to 8. Exactly what I wanted. I left with a working piece of equipment. Prompt, courteous, good value.
