I bough a new iPhone there today and was charged $149.99 for a JBL Flip 7 Portable Water Proof Speaker that I did not buy. The agent clearly knew he was lying and trying to scam me because he told me the phone was $856.73 with activation after a discount but the recipe states the phone was $679.99 plus a $26.75 activation fee. I will be calling tomorrow and contacting my bank. Beware! If they did this to me how many others has this agent charged for products that were not purchased. read more

Customer service was the worst customer service I have ever seen. We went into the store to add a new line to the plan. While there the person who helped us add the line did not do it correctly and shredded the sim card that belonged to our previous company. It took us 3 days and $60 dollars for a new SIM card to fix the issue, as well as countless hours... after this, we were told to call the customer service line where they escalated it to a very rude manager who told me he reported to CEO, haha. Anyways... I asked if he could refund or credit us for the trouble he told me after everything that the best he would do is "$5 dollars and I can either take it or hang up and leave them alone" I have been with metro for over 15 years.. too long if you ask me. not sure how they keep customers at all.. read more

My only complaint here is the long lines.. Always. No matter what time i go in here, there is always a long line. To the door. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. But the lines are outrageous. What makes it worse is the piece of trash customers that take forever being helped. You see a long line.. Be quick. Don't stand up there and ask a thousand questions. read more
