The best thing that I can say about my T Mobile experience is that the representative was friendly. Unfortunately that's also the only positive thing that I can say. She looked at the map and assured us that service was good at my home; not 5G, but good. Not only did we not have any service at my house, when I called to discuss the problem a condescending young man asked if I checked the coverage map because everyone there (in the store) knows that service in my town is bad. He then told me that there was nothing he could do, I had to call customer service. When I spoke with customer service she told me that that was completely wrong, that she could do nothing, refunds had to come from a store manager. So, deceit, condescension, the run around and an unwillingness to admit to any wrongdoing on top of a complete lack of cell service adds up to one star and a trip to US Cellular. read more

I received outstanding service from Jesse B at T-Mobile at the Mall of New Hampshire - I dropped my phone in the lake, and he went out of his way to find me a replacement and port my data over to the new phone. I appreciated the time he took to address my minor emergency, and wanted to leave a few words of thanks. Would shop here again - or return for service. read more

Not pleased with tmobile, had them check my cell phone, they said I need a new one. Told them I'll come back tommorrow. The same guy was there from yesterday. Picked out a new phone. He said it would be delivered to my home. Before I left, I asked him to check out my old phone again. It took him 20 SECONDS to fix it. So I'm getting scammed from tmobile for a new phone. I've been with them for14;years. I finally got the new phone delivered. Call tmobile and told them I've been scammed for a new phone. I was bull sh#t. Tmobile said I would need a time sensitive label. To go up to tmobile and get it. Don't have a printer. Tmobile would not print one printed for me. Had to go to ups and have it done. Finally it's gone back to texas, never opened the box. Then I received an email that they have the phone. 2 weeks later got a letter from tmobile selling insurance, didn't think they could sell insurance, cuz they are not an insurance company. After 14 years with them I see better offers, I'm paying too much now. Looking at a better cell phone company now. And a lot cheaper. read more
