True Story: A few months ago I was in a car buying phase, and I was doing my homework. Reviewing cars and cross referencing websites. I was thinking fast+affordable+domestic+pre-driven+dependable=Mustang. I narrowed down the search to two dealerships. Radial Auto Deals and a dealership that will remain nameless (they should be grateful).Honestly this nameless dealer had, a first glance, the cooler looking car complete with black racing stripes and rims, but there was something about this lady Kenia from Radical Auto deals that intrigued me.During the week leading up to the test drives, she would repeatedly call and discuss info,and details and financing and reminders and although I was really feeling this other mustang from the pictures , I promised her that I would atleast test drive the car. I flaked,never showed up,and honestly fealt bad, so in a few days called just to apologize,still having no interest in her car sans racing stripes and rims. In convo,I told her that I was going to test drive the "cool" car the following weekend, and just bc I'm a man of my word i'd come by to see her mustang. I went to "cool" car dealer ready to buy ready to seal the deal with a test drive. I drove up, saw the passenger side the cool mustang w/ rims and went directly inside the dealership to get the paperwork started. The guy told me we were going to the main site bc computer didn't work..This should've been a red flag #1,but I was blinded by the racing stripes and hell, I need to test drive it aways. We get the keys and walk out to the driver side of "cool" car, only to see that drivers side was missing a rim, inside was dirty and it had fresh coffee inside the cup holder and the damn ignition was popped bc this "cool" car was a re-po...something not metioned in any conversation. This shouldve been red flag #2, but hell, I drove all the way out here, might as well go through with it. Maybe the price goes down, now that I see all this. So we crank it up, and soon as i get to the first light, I can feel a major unbalance, and I immediately knew that the front left tire is blown!! The guy says we"re not far, so against everything I know, I keep driving toward the main lot. We get to the negotiation table and this guys brings over "the closer" who is telling me he can fix everything and gives me a new dirt cheap price because they do "In-house" financing which is better than Radical Auto Deals and their banks. And the feeling that i got,looking at her, was indeed red flag #3. The intrigue from this hard working voice on the phone Kenia,took over. I told "the closer," that I made a promise, and was going keep my word, to atleast see the car. I owed her that much. So I call Kenia, an tell her I'm on my way, she says she was getting off early but would wait for me. I pull up to Radial Auto Deals and immediately see newer model mercedes and bmw's and in between all these luxury cars i see The Mustang.It was clean,waxed and had less mileage than the other one. Then we went into the office and I got to see the woman go to work. She was able to get me excellent financing, and when she was done explaining everything, I knew I had to buy this car Today!!!right now!!! The test drive was perfect, and I drove away from there, in my mustang, feeling like I could take on the world. This was my introduction into my future. And the icing on the cake was when the "cool" car dealer called and I told him "naw, im not coming back, and dude clean up your cars" Haha. What a beautiful memory. P.S. after driving the mustang for a few days, the brakes began sqeeling...and although I test drove it and signed off to buy the car " AS IS ", I called Kenia back and asked her could she refer me to someone and she spoke to Robert which is "The Guy" at Radical Auto Deals, and. he told me to bring the car in, and without a second thought, Robert sent me to his personal mechanic, who Replaced,not fixed but REPLACED!!! the brakes at Zero charge to me. This is my true story. I will stand by Radical Auto Deals,and they already know I'm a customer for life. 1999 DODGE INTREPID ES 3.2L v6 with 55,000 miles was bought here as my first car. Ive had it for a bout a year now and have approximately 58,000.When i came here to buy it, drove perfectly until about 4 months later till my waranty expired. It would NOT start at all, i take it into the shop and it has MORE THAN ENOUGH WRONG WITH IT: A cracked upper air intake, bad camshaft sensors, bad crankshaft sensors, a bad pigtail. $2400 ON TOP of the $6000 I paid for the car. After the work was done it seemed to be ok but the engine KEPT doing the same thing. I took it to two different mechanics Deeds and Goodyear. BOTH sensors keep burning out the engine idles HORRIBLE and stalls like crazy. read more

I recently bought a car from Radical Auto. I found the car on one of the auto sites, and it had just been listed the day I found it. I went in the next morning to look at it, and test drive it. I was met by a saleswoman named Rosie. She showed me the car, and went through all the numbers, and I decided to purchase it. The whole transaction was very smooth. They called a couple banks, found a bank with a decent rate and soon after I was on the road with my car. Being in business myself I know "how it works". Sometimes no matter how hard you try you just can't please people. For this reason I took the negative reviews listed here with a grain of salt, and am VERY glad I did. During the negotiations they agreed to repair a couple interior pieces on the vehicle as part of the deal. A few days later after finding out the parts were very expensive, in fact hundreds of dollars more than they had expected I went back in expecting to have to fight to get it honored. To my surprise while they were clearly not happy with the findings they didn't try to BS me or anything, they pulled out their checkbook and cut me a check for hundreds of dollars. Wherever you go to buy a car you are going to find friendly people. They want to sell you something, they want your money, and that's just the way the world works. What really counts is how they treat you after they have your money, when it comes time to make good on all the promises they made. This is why I am taking the time to write this review. When I find someone or some business that honors that, and treats me well I like to let people know. Remember when I said I found the car the day they listed it? Well they listed it on a Sunday, while they were closed, and I was there at opening time on Monday. They literally ran the car down to smog while I was there. They wanted me to pick it up later but I needed it for work, and asked them to hurry. Because of this we all missed the fact that the brakes were getting low. Almost a week later while I was having a modification installed on the car we realized the brakes were worn down. Keep in mind, this is a used car, and by California law they don't have to do anything after I take the car, unless promised, or I purchase a warranty. Once again I figured I was going to go in there and meet resistance, especially after the last time, when they paid the money despite being a lot more than expected. Well once again to my surprise they took care of the brakes themselves, without a question. The lot is owned by two brothers and their father. I am always happy to deal with family operated businesses, as these big companies now a days are always quick to tell you what they can't do, and rush you out the door or off the phone. The first night I had the car I was about to go out to a client and got into the car to find one of the headlights were out. I drove back to the lot, less than an hour before closing time and told them what was happening and that I needed to be somewhere. George (one of the brothers) called his mechanic, who was driving home at the time and told him the situation. He turned around, came over and determined it was the bulb. The parts store down the street had a bulb, which was $97 (It was an HID with an ignitor built in.) George paid for it out of his pocket and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. That, right there, is what I am talking about. That is why I have spent the time to write this lengthy review. I hope to enjoy my new car for years to come! read more

When visiting Los Angeles on business, I had some time to kill and drove by Radical Auto. They had some terrific looking cars in their lot and so I pulled in to waste some time and look around, as I have been shopping for a car. However, the LAST thing I expected to do was buy a car and the biggest reason is that I live in New York City... But then I saw this '07 Porsche 911 Turbo - it looked pristine, had low mileage and was priced in a very, very reasonable way. And then I met Kenia, and we just talked. She was absolutely terrific - smart, knowledgeable, sweet and not pressuring me one iota. Anyway, I learned all about the car, and before I knew it... I'd bought it! Kenia arranged to have it shipped to me in NY in an enclosed carrier (great service) and now I'm driving my new Porsche and it is INCREDIBLE! While I know it sounds ridiculous that a Porsche was an "impulse buy," it was the car I'd wanted for over 20 years. I came in well under my budget (including shipping) and I don't regret it for one second. If you're in Los Angeles - or visiting ;) - and you're in the market for high quality cars at reasonable prices, and sold by good, honest people... do yourself a favor and go see Kenia at Radical Auto. Would not recommend buying a high end car here. I bought a 3 year old Range Rover from them, and in the first three months, Ive had to replace the front and rear rotors and pads because the rotors were in such bad shape the Rover dealership said they clearly put good pads over bad rotors to sell the car ($1400 fix). I did not receive a full set of mats, the key for the tire locks was missing (which was a major safety issue since I could not change a flat tire), the battery in the key died 3 weeks after I bought it, the stereo speakers are half blown, and the USB port doesn't work. To top things off, they didn't even have the courtesy to detail it before I brought it home. There were food crumbs, and all kinds of nasty stuff left from the previous owner. I've bought many high end pre-owned cars, and the condition this car was sold to me was unacceptable. If you buy a car at this place, make SURE you take it to a certified mechanic (or the dealership) so you know everything is in working condition. Or better yet, buy one from a dealer that offers "certified pre-owned" cars. Lesson learned. read more

This place ripped us off. They illegally sold us a car that won't pass smog. The sunroof doesn't work. The power windows don't work. Mind you, it's an 07 Audi A4. The check engine light is on. And they didn't fix it under the warranty. They are stringing us along and have absolutely no remorse. After the dealer gave us a report, we offered a price for the car and Jenny came back immediately with an offer that we agreed upon. I was running late to get to the airport, and they were quick to get the paperwork ready so we can leave with our car right away. They knew I was coming to look at a Suburban and when I got there the car was disgusting. Had not been washed at all. There was crumbs of food and trash all over the car.
