The guy who was helping me with the backpacks couldn't care less about my questions. He walked me over to the bags, then just left me in the middle of a question, and I had to figure things out for myself. Then when I got to the counter, another guy looked even more unbothered. BHOFC is not your typical card shop, the shop is "nicely" set up with display cases in the middle and sides of the shop. It really felt like I was in someone's personal showroom or in a bar with barstools and drink coasters to sit around and talk sports. Lots of family love involved in setting up this shop. So I walked in, get greeted, and eavesdrop on a conversation between another visitor and the owner while checking out the shop. The other visitor had a bunch of old loose cards at home and asked if he should grade. Owner went into a long, accurate and detailed explanation of the various card grading companies without any annoyance. Good job in explaining card grading and the main grading companies. Side note: this shop can submit to PSA on your behalf for an additional fee per card. The owner talked about the aesthetics of the card grading headers if you're into displaying, the resale pros and cons of the grading companies, and the online set registry library of PSA. He knew his stuff. I checked out the card cases, lots of graded and ungraded cards, packs for sales, framed prints on the wall, signed jerseys, Dodger stuff, etc... a very cool shop and an owner that has a passion for sports collectibles. He asked if I was looking for something in particular and I told him I was a collector of graded Stephen Curry cards. He said he didn't have many of Steph's graded cards. Too bad. Overall, the dude is a good ambassador for the industry. Free drink coaster too.

Tons of baseball, football, even Star Wars cards! But I was here for WWE Cards. I was surprised to see the boxes were at retail or below retail! I cashed in on my cards and walked away with a mega box and a value box. I pulled an autographed Ludwig Kaiser card and I couldn't be happier. On top of the great value on cards, I was also given a lip balm, and coaster! My beers aren't leaving rings and my lips aren't going to be chapped anymore. Thank you hall of fame! He called they had it. I went there and picked it up. They were equally as awesome as Scott at this location in Monrovia. I can't say enough about this bike and Ebike Cyclery also I ordered a front rack from the website and it didn't fit correctly so I tried to fix it with pliers and I broke it. Turns out it doesn't fit the Aventure 3 it only fits the 2 model. I called Aventon Support and explained my problem with no argument or not even asking the gentleman said well why don't we just go ahead and refund your money and will send you an email when we build that part...The sales was an excellent experience. The bike is absolutely awesome and their support is parallel to nome. Afte having such a problem with Aniioki another Ebike company worst experience ever but that's another story thank you Ebike, Cyclery, and Aventon support. The sharp edge of the fixture cut off part of his thumb, causing severe bleeding and intense pain. He cried uncontrollably, and we rushed him to La Verne Medical Urgent Care for treatment. I have attached photos taken after the wound was cleaned. Before treatment, there was heavy bleeding, which was very distressing for him and for us as parents. I am deeply shocked and disappointed that a major brand like Adidas would allow such hazardous store fixtures in a family-friendly environment. This unsafe design not only harmed my child but also poses a danger to other customers. My son has now suffered both physical injury and emotional trauma because of this preventable incident.
