The people are amazing, the prices are great. I will never go anywhere else to get a ski rack. Highly recommend this place for any rack you are looking for. read more

We got a new Wrangler and wanted a rack to go on our spare tire that we could use for bikes, skis and snowboards. These guys knew exactly what would work for us right away. We had an old roof rack that they gave us about 100 bucks for towards our new purchase! It was also only $30 for them to install our rack for us instead of us going through the trouble of figuring it all out. We were maybe in and out of there in about an hour. Sweet service! They really know what they are doing there. read more

These guys were great. Got Whispbars put onto my Mazda 3 hatch and they are awesome---they were able to online price match (up to 20%) the rack I wanted and they had it installed in 40 minutes. My only nitpick is that I just noticed that the length of the bars aren't perfectly even on either side of the feet (I got the through bars). Most people wouldn't notice but I'm a perfectionist and if I'm paying for an installation, I expect it to be perfect. I'm sure that if I take it back they'll correct the problem in 5 minutes but the extra hassle is the reason for 4 and not 5 stars. I would definitely go back and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get outfitted with racks/rack gear. read more

Amazing. I highly recommend this seller. I ordered a whole set up and it was shipped within the hour. I received it less than 2 days later. Came across a small hiccup as I discovered that some knobs were missing from a box. I contacted them over the weekend through their website. Within the hour (amazing timing again) I was emailed back with many apologies of the missing items. I was assured that Thule had been contacted and the missing parts would be overnighted to me the following week. The rep even called me on that Monday to apologize about the parts over the phone. True to their word, I received the missing parts and was not charged a cent extra. I am extremely happy with my service and I will definitely return. Saved money and got an awesome roof rack. read more

I purchased a hitch and Thule rack in June from Rack Attack and had been having problems with the Thule apex Swing Away. The holders moved so much that my bike came undone from one of the straps . And it was on tight! After calling, Matt told me to bring it in. He said the holders shouldn't move so much with the bike on them. When I went in I showed him the rack and told him I wanted to trade this in for different rack. Because of the movement I had already had a part break as well. Matt said he needed to contact Thule but he couldn't because it was Saturday. He didn't make me come back in but instead let me choose a different rack and swap it out for the Thule. He put it on my vehicle without charging me. I am thankful that I purchased from Rack Attack where they took care of my issue in such a pleasant and reasonable manner. read more

If you are looking for customer service this is the wrong place. I spent $300 on a rack and 2 cheap plastic parts broke as I installed I the next day and their response was" you need to contact Thule directly we aren't responsible for defects or warranty issues" If you don't back your product don't sell it. you didn't have an issue taking my $ read more

Just walked out of here. Amazing place - these guys saved us. We're moving out of state tomorrow and had a blown fuse that wouldn't let the uhaul trailer attach electrically (brake lights, turning signals etc). They diagnosed and fixed the problem in 10 minutes and didn't even charge us!! Who does that?! Incredible place. 5 stars, recommend to the fullest. Thanks guys! (Oh and they were open on Labor Day when no one else was!) read more

They quoted me a price $300 lower than what they said in store! They new exactly what i needed because i told them. They lied in store and said they must of quoted me a price for just a roof rack which is not true! They lied just to get me in the store! read more

I had to come here for replacement keys for my Thule bike rack after someone broke into my car. They had the key I needed in stock and had it within a minute of walking in the door. The staff here was very helpful and showed me a variety of kayak racks. I went kayaking this year for the first time and now feel like I should own one. Anyway, the guy who helped me showed me a variety of racks and told me about the differences and advantages of each one. I had a good experience here and was on my way with my new keys and even a keychain they threw in. Thanks guys. read more

After realizing that my factory installed roof rails could not accomodate the attachment of a roof rack (thanks Jeep), I figured I should talk to the roof rack experts at Rack Attack. Not only were they aware of the problem, they also had multiple solutions for my Thule roof rack needs. Many of the options also included pictures of their previous work on my same vehicle. I decided to go with removing the factory roof rails and replacing them with Thule Top Tracks, Rapid Podium feet and Aeroblade crossbars. The Thule Top Tracks offer incredible flexibility for mounting options. My particular vehicle is equipped with a panoramic sunroof. The front Aeroblade crossbar was perfectly mounted out of view and does not interfere with normal sunroof operation. Thule really hit a homerun with this product! All the work was completed on time, at the price quoted and looked even better than expected. Thanks to Zack, Dan and the entire crew at Rack Attack. read more

These guys know their stuff! Instead of spending several hours with the different brands online trying to fit a rack to my vehicle I stopped in here and explained what I was looking for an what I was trying to do. The gentleman at the counter spent almost 30min going through every option I had to mount a rack to my two door Jeep Wrangler (there weren't many good ones unfortunately). I felt like they were attentive to what I was asking and worked to find several solutions that would work. Unfortunately none of the options they had were quite what I was looking for but they were understanding and polite when I choose to pass on purchasing anything. Would definitely come back. My only wish was that they carried Rocky Mounts snow products as well as their bike products. Rocky Mounts seems to consistently produce high quality products and it would be nice to have those options. read more

Stopped in at the Leetsdale location for crossbars. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with keeping my rig safe and secure. Would highly recommend stopping in and having a look at their large selection. read more

Awesome place that will price match anything you find on the internet. They put a hitch on my Infiniti and put my rack on and showed me everything. Highly recommend. read more

Awesome shop, super helpful. Great prices, Ryan and his team will treat you right. I bought a Tepui tent and roof rack from them. The purchase couldn't have been any smoother. Ryan helped me find the right product for the type of camping I enjoy and I couldn't be any happier. The Tepui is an awesome product and allows me to camp anywhere I can drive my jeep. read more

They broke the tail light covers doing the install...then they "reinstalled" the broken parts, hoping I wouldn't notice. The parts fell off the first time I opened the lift gate. They did purchase replacement parts for the fix, but it took them 2x to install the parts correctly. I won't be back. read more

I'll make this short and sweet. These guys are helpful, informative about options, and walked me through a process of recognizing and getting my previously wrongly installed roof rack (at REI, incorrectly) re-installed correctly, switched out parts free of charge that they had extras of that we're missing from my fit kit, helped me request the right one from REI to supplement it, and then they got my rack in top notch shape for seamless transition between skiing and cycling needs. Go to Rack Attack for the absolute best as far as racks go! I'm extremely content with both the customer service I received and the resulting rack outfit. read more

Derek is the man! Thank you for taking the time to help me select the right product for my application. I definitely recommend this location and I'll certainly be back in the future. read more

This is the kind of purchase I would usually scour the Internet for and buy the cheapest I could find. I had some concerns about fit on my smaller car, however, and decided to go local. Glad I did. We tried on several different cargo boxes, discussed how they might fit, worked up a scheme to modify one of them, and got it working great. Could not have done this online!!!! Highly recommended. read more

Two of the feet on my old thule ski rack were cracking since I tightened them down too much on a new vehicle. Before just ordering replacement parts I decided to stop in and see if the guys at rack attack had any better suggestions or just had the parts I need. Not only did they have longer screws for my setup so that I didnt have to tighten it so much, but they also gave me the exact 2 pieces I needed for free instead of making me buy a whole new set! Saved me like $40. Will certainly be going back for future roof rack needs I'd recommend them. read more

I ordered mounts for my hully rollers for my kayak. The guy on the phone was extremely pleasant and helped with mounting instructions. The order was placed on Wednesday and I received them on Friday. I couldn't ask for better service. I will certainly buy from rack attack in the future. read more

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Price for the same product was considerably higher than REI but they do price match. Only complaint was they charged $20 to put the cargo box on my vehicle - which is fine except they didn't tell me there was a charge until the cargo box was on. For $20 I would have done it myself in about 10 minutes. read more

Ordered a receiver hitch for my Audi Q5, but post installation, I was informed that the cost did not include wiring nor the actual ball hitch. Those would be additional cost items. I am quite disappointed that paying $515.36 that I only received 1/3 of the required components needed to actually hook up a trailer. Let the buyer beware and definitely would not recommend them. read more

A terrific company, providing excellent service. I need a new ski rack, I thought, for a new car. But instead, the guy who helped me said there was a conversion kit I could buy so my old rack would work. So instead of spending $100+ , my total was $52, and it was installed in 30 minutes, from the time I walked in until I drove away. read more

Extremely happy with the guys from Rack Attack Denver!! We went there to get crossbars and thought we could put them on ourselves. We were wrong! So we headed back up there and the guys took us right away and installed the racks at no charge to us because a part was missing from the kit. Plus they included padding for the rack too! They have great customer service and we will recommend them to anyone else that asks about racks for their car/SUV! Thanks so much Rack Attack!! read more

I've purchased three roof rack systems from these guys over the past two years and can't say enough good things about them. Their prices are competitive and they stand behind their work. If you can, work with Zach. He has a wealth of knowledge to help you pick out the right products to fit your needs but won't push you towards something you don't want. Also, he will treat your car like it's his own and install everything perfect. I had two systems installed on the spot and the first (roof bars and ski rack) took less than an hour, while the second (cargo box) took only 10 minutes. During the short wait I was able to enjoy the free wifi and comfortable sitting area. When the time comes to get another rack, I won't hesitate to return here for a fourth time. read more

My family and I went to Rack Attack to get a Thule roof box and wiring for our Lexus. Will and all the guys had superb customer service and even stayed after hours to help us out. I would highly recommend them as you will not be disappointed. Thanks guys!! read more

Ryan manages a friendly shop with a comfortable vibe. Marcus went the extra mile to locate what I needed and was able to use as much of my old rack as possible on my new setup. I've been a Rack Attack customer for over 15 years and they always make me glad I come back. read more

I was running out of space fast as I packed for a crazy desert camping expedition, and so I headed down to finally get that base rack with rails for my Jeep Wrangler hard top. This is pretty much the off-season for these guys, so I can't say how attentive they'd be when slammed. They were very helpful, and after some discussion about how to get things as cheap as possible, they offered me a printed quote for Yakima kit better than I could get online. I had to run a couple of errands, then came back later, and asked if they could install that same day: no problem. When they looked at the "freedom top" on my JK, they realized they needed to install split rails, because the front parts of the hard top are separately removable from the main back part. They happily did this without changing the quote they'd given. I settled into their waiting area on a comfy couch while they got to work, and in around one hour they were done. Really stellar job-- the rails are installed excellently, bolted through the hard top, and if I remove the towers and crossbars, the rails are unintrusive and I can still use the "freedom top" the way nature and Jeep intended. I just got back from a 2000-mile round-trip to Nevada, dragging a 10'x20' Costco shelterlogic carport and two 10'x10' shade structures on that roof rack, and so I can say quite assuredly that it was installed very well indeed. read more

Bought a hitch for my new car and they were great. Excellent service on the front end to make sure I got the correct hitch for my car and then worked with me to get a convent time to come in and install it. Dan G. was my installer and when the install time was less than quoted, they took 33% off installation. Great place. Great service. Great Prices. I'll be back for a bike rack and a ski rack. read more

People seemed nice enough at the store and helpful. I am kind of annoyed though because when I went there, I asked if they have the same prices in their store as they do on the web. They told me yes which is not true because when I went home and checked they do have cheaper web prices. I could have gotten the same mounts/hardware from their webstore, paid $10 in shipping and still gotten it for cheaper than I did in person...why would I do that though? I live a mile from there......i dont get it... read more

Horrible service. We wanted a thule part which is a common part,( an adapter to attach it to our vehicle) and they did not have the part. They told us they had some on order and to return in four days. So eight days later we returned to find that they still did not have the part.. This is a long drive for us. A little annoyed, we asked that they called us when they recieved the part, and now one month later they still haven't called us to pick up the part.. We will not be giving these people any of our business in the future. read more

Called on a Wednesday afternoon and spoke with Dan to outfit my vehicle with a Thule Aeroblade roof rack with its supporting parts. I was invited in without an appointment since it was a slow day. I pull into a parking space and to my dismay, notice their garage entrance populated with work orders. The shop is well-stocked and had items you'd have difficulty acquiring at REI or elsewhere. Dan voiced concerns over my sunroof engaging against the rack if hypothetical items were attached to it and encouraged me to be cautious so as to not crack the glass. He said my vehicle would be ready in an hour and a half so I made myself comfortable in their waiting area which included several leather couches, a coffee table with magazines, and a television. Dan gives me intermittent updates and informs me that there shouldn't be any trouble with the sunroof as there's plenty of clearance. The installation was finished in less than 30 minutes. I was floored by their hassle-free, attentive, and efficient service. This would be my go-to place for future installations. read more

Having an extensive stock of personal racks I decided to add the racks to the top of my topper. I set an appointment with this site to get the work done. When I arrived it was a very laid back feel and it seemed as though the right hand and left hand didn't communicate. I was being helped by one individual and he kept pulling me in the back to ask questions about how I wanted the rack mounted. I helped him with my direction but he said if you have any questions please do not hesistate to poke your head in. About 20 seconds after that I did have a questions about purchasing additional items. once I went through the back to ask him this I got a very dirty look and a sharp attitude about how I was past an employee only door.....where I replied that your other tech told me I could come back at anytime and ask questions. he gave me a dirty look and went on his way. I let the guy helping me know that I was going to make other purchases(which totaled 450+ at another shop) but will now direct my purchase else where. I hope that the owner has no problem with the attitudes of his employees as it will continue ot turn away business. read more
