They were from out of town and struggling to get set up to change the tire. They had no jack. I called Raber's and told them the story. Explained that I just needed to use a cheap jack for a few minutes. I would pay a couple of bucks to use it and leave my govt ID with them. They were UTTERLY unhelpful and wanted a cash deposit and a rental fee. I explained that we were going to be this couple's first impression of the Ephrata area but they refused to budge. I came up with a Plan B, changed their tire and got them on their way. I would not buy a tire from this place if they were 4 for $5 and came with a mail-in refund. Maybe they have changed for the better.
