My car is a 2024 and still had a few months left on my Texas registration. Getting a state inspection I figured was an in and out procedure; boy was I wrong. I received a mailing from CBA and didn't know if they were a good place but they had it where you can schedule online so I gave it a shot. I made my appointment for 7AM because it's really the only time I can get my car done during to work. I arrive and was waiting until 7AM to go in but noticed another gentleman walked in so I went it about 6:55AM. I immediately asked how long it would take. Initially the rep wanted me to drop it off and offered shuttle service but I really only had about an hour. He said let me check. He came back and said what if we can get you out of here at 8AM I said deal. My car was done at 7:55AM. They even brought me out hot coffee on the most well designed tray with a cookie and everything. I am highly impressed by this place and unless it's something Tesla specific they just earned my business for as long as I am in PA. THANKS CBA!

After many calls and many lies from the sales staff, telling me everything was on the way, I had to hire an attorney to get involved to try to straighten this matter out. The staff would not take my calls on many occasions and I had repeatedly asked to speak to a manger but no one very returned my calls. The few times I spoke to someone mostly thru text they lied and said tags and tiles were on their way. They even sent me false UPS shipping tracking numbers. At one point I was driving on an expired temp tag until finally receiving a second temp tag 3 weeks later. After having the lawyer involved and almost 5 months later I finally received the tags and title. The employees there couldn't care less after the sale and the manger couldn't find the time to answer or even return a call to a customer. Buyer beware of this dealership.

They were super honest and didn't try to fix things that were not in need of repair and gave it a clean bill of health. I brought in our Jeep for its annual inspection with the same results. That means a lot to know they won't try to rack up a crazy bill and will do an honest job. Will continue to use them for anything I may need. Super nice people there.
