I contacted Ray a couple of weeks ago because our yard and side of the house was getting gnarly and after a few failed attempts to convince my busy husband to do the yard work himself I finally called the big guns. (But side note, to be fair, my husband did at least attempt and cut down half of the overgrown yard but our weed whacker died on us-- believe me when I say, our yard was in bad shape). So, Ray was one of the first people to reach back out to me when I set up a project through Yelp. We had finally set a time for him to come over for a quote but then my husband said he would do it, so I had to back out on Ray. Through it all, Ray was so kind and understanding. Perhaps looking outside at the half gnarly yard and our broken weed whacker after a week along with a list of other things my husband was tasked with, he finally told me, "Let's do it after all." So, I contacted Ray, he came by for a quote which was pretty reasonable and even offered to do a monthly maintenance for a reasonable price. Today our yard is actually looking like a nice yard! It's so clear that it's honestly weird to look at, but we already got compliments from the neighbor (they probably were getting tired of seeing our yard looking a mess this entire time). Ray responded to my inquiry for sprinkler repair and came the next day. I showed him the broken pipe and the pipe piece I purchased but did not fit into the pipe opening in the ground. Said I was missing a connecting piece. He immediately went back to his van and came back and installed the missing piece to the pipe and cap I already had. He was done in a few minutes. He was also very prompt in his communication. He called a little excessively when I couldn't pick up right away, but I commend his efforts. He wasn't able to do the job, but had a team come within a few days. The job ended up being more than expected so they had to come back to finish it as well as to clean up. It ended up costing extra.
