Over the years the service has greatly declined. It seems impossible to get a timely response from Kevin in the past 2-3 years and there is always an excuse. I know that certain times of the year are very busy in the pool business, but when it takes more than a month to get your pool open and simple repairs made it is not expectable. I feel that I was asked to pay additional charges for return visits to get the pool cleared up when it was the delays that caused the water conditions to be so bad. In the past I have used Eagle Pools for opening/closing and for all repairs, I have decided to no longer use their services.

They do not install the pools but they use Proline Installations to do the installing. Proline Installations installed our first pool almost 20 years ago and they did a wonderful job. Now we will have them install our second above ground pool and we have no doubt they will continue to do a great job for us.
