No apology, no offer to accept responsibility or make it right. As a matter of fact the owners wife said I was unpleasant and accused me of not buying chemicals from them. WTF? My colleague and stood about 10-12 feet away chatting (in a normal tone) about some work I needed done to my pool and my interest in speaking with Whiten Pools to help. Once the lady was done yelling at the customer, we approached and were immediately told that we were talking too loud and "Goodbye." She was yelling at that lady when we entered the store. Well, I was interested in possibly getting a new liner for our pool and also seeing about converting to Salt. Unfortunately, we are not going to give our business to Whiten Pools because of the absolute disrespect the "older lady" showed. They explained everything's I wrongly decided to get electrical done elsewhere, nothing would heat up. Josh (the owner) drove up personally and within ten minutes diagnosed that the breaker was blown. He then took his time to drive out and buy me a new breaker, install everything and test all the systems He walked me thru it all and checked for leaks and ensured all the settings were good. The $199 doesn't get deducted it's what they charge just to come to your home.I purchased my Hot Springs hot tub 20+ years ago and have never been charged for them to come out to my house. Something has changed at this place. They use to be a Hot Springs dealer only but appears no longer. If you purchase anything from them beware of these fees they started charging.

Larry and Trey made sure the job was complete and addressed all additional issues (minor leaks at the top of sand filter collar and bottom drain cap).
