I've had major issues with algae and have spent hundreds of dollars with this outfit only to find out it's been a total and complete waste. No progress, no attention but you can bet they get their money. Very upset, very angry that I've paid $300 + dollars with absolutely no resolve. Review of SWEET SOUTHERN POOL: ****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**** I had a bad experience with this company I hired for the installation of the Liner, the steps, and the sand filter for my pool. From the start, the Liner was not installed correctly and hasn't been in place, even though the company has come three or four times to try to fix it. However, the problem persists, and every time I contact them, they give me excuses like waiting for warmer weather to work. Now they tell me I need to fill the pool with water for them to come check it, but I can't do that because the work they did is of poor quality and not properly done. I'm very frustrated, as I paid a significant amount to renovate my pool, and I'm still dealing with the same unresolved issue. I've sent multiple emails, and every time they respond with promises of a solution that never come through. The lack of honesty and the quality of the work have left me with no choice but to find another company to fix the problem and take legal action to get reimbursed for the repair costs. Dan and his crew are fantastic! They came out quickly to get our pool opened and serviced. When we first took off the pool cover, the water was a murky color and I honestly was worried we would find "remains" of some sort in it. I was worried we wouldn't be able to use our pool at all and would have to get it drained and refilled. However, Dan assured us that him and his team would get it to crystal clear...and sure enough...he did!!! We are happily swimming in the pool as of today... no more murky waters for us!! lol Thanks Dan!
