We decided to stop in to see what kind of shop it was and we were pleasantly surprised to find that there was a deli, a convenience store and a little grocery section. It's also spotlessly clean. This store is open until 10:00 p.m. AND on holidays!!! Who else does that in Sisters? Drew, the owner, is really friendly and nice and he has lived in Sisters forever. We look forward to having some lunches and buying emergency supplies here. I think this store would get a ton of business if it had better signage. I hope people start discovering it, because Drew deserves the business.

The young woman offering tastings was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a joy to be around. I tried some liquors I hadn't had before and purchased some wine, which I didn't know Wild Roots did until the moment I walked into that fine store. Don't Skip Third Street Beverage…read more Whenever I travel, I like to check out the local bourbon scene, so while in Bend this week I stopped into Third Street Beverage and was pleasantly surprised by what I found. Located on the corner of a small shopping center with plenty of parking, the store immediately stood out with outdoor cocktail recipe boards that were actually interesting enough to stop and read, I even snapped a few pictures for future inspiration. Inside, the store was bright, clean, and extremely well organized with clear signage that made it easy to browse whether you were looking for bourbon, wine, mixers, or local specialty items. What really elevated the experience was the staff. Multiple team members checked in during my visit, not in a pushy way, but in a genuine "how can we help" kind of way that made the store feel welcoming and customer focused. They pointed me toward several Oregon whiskey options and shared insight into the local bourbon scene, which I appreciated as someone always looking for regional finds. Since Oregon is a control state, it was refreshing to see quality bottles priced fairly without inflated secondary market pricing. I ended up leaving with a bottle of Bowman Brothers Small Batch along with an Oregon Spirits 4 year Bottled-in-Bond Rye bottle I am excited to crack open back home. Between the selection, fair pricing, knowledgeable staff, and clean layout, this felt like more than just a quick liquor stop, it felt like a local shop that genuinely cares about the customer experience. If you are in Bend and looking for a solid bourbon stop or just a well-run beverage store, Third Street Beverage is absolutely worth pulling into. Some places just sell bottles, this place helps you discover them.

The perimeter crust was cooked perfectly (as you can see in most of the pics) and the toppings were plentiful. As my wife and I bit into our first slice, we both agreed it was really good. My half was basically the sausage and pepper pizza with Calabrian chiles added. I also opted for sausage only. The flavors went so well together and the icing on top was the fresh oregano! I also really enjoyed the texture of the sausage. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars (but wish I could give it 4.5 stars) was that the majority of the bottom of the crust was coated in oil. I don't mind the flavor of the oil, it just made the pizza floppy, challenging to eat the 1st half of each slice, and a mess. I'm hoping a subsequent visit will yield different results. That being said, I'm looking forward to returning. We're kind of a one-trick pony when it comes to dining in Sisters, but this place is going in the mix!
