We used Ricardo's services about 2 months ago. He and his team member did a great job on my three story townhome. They were fast, efficient and left my windows truly sparkling. I guess my only complaint was, I specified several times I had 9 windows and a patio. Once he arrived the price changed a little because he thought I had 8 windows and a patio. Then charged more for the patio that he was already aware of. That was minor, was only $15 more, but I was just shocked, because I told him over the phone at least three times, 9 windows and a patio door! We had our roof blown off, house washed, windows washed, and torn screens replaced. We also had the stamped concrete and bricks power washed. They did a really great job. The windows are so clean that it feels like we could fall right through them and the concrete and brick looks like new. They were very tidy, polite, and efficient. They took the vinyl windows out of the tracks and even removed the track to clean underneath the windows. No more bug bodies stuck down deep! The most impressive thing was that they cleaned the slider door track so well that it floats in the groove and needs only a touch to open it. read more

I love honest people, because they can be hard to find. I initially reached out to Ricardo to clean my gutters, but he noticed and pointed out some of the problems with my existing gutters, including some leaks, cracks, and incorrectly installed downspouts. He and his guys did a beautiful job replacing parts of my gutters and fixing all my downspouts. I asked whether certain sections needed replacing, and he told me no. He could seal some of them instead, which would save me money. He could have easily told me to replace those sections too and I would never have known! Apparently he is getting a lot of work these days. His pricing makes no sense. He did my gutters for me for $150 and service was great. Then I had him pressure wash a driveway that a tenant stained with oil stains. He said he has a special chemical that will help remove the oil stains but they won't go away 100%. I agreed to this. The stains were barely lightened and I feel like I paid for a service I didn't fully get. I let him know this but he didn't seem concerned. Then I asked him to bid pressure washing my 4-plex in Richmond. I got bid $850 bucks. I tried to understand how a days work of pressure washing would cost $850. He told me again about his special chemicals and that he would bring one worker to help him. After seeing how he didn't remove the oil stains I was nervous to see how the exterior of the building would look. Last thing I wanted was a whole bunch more work created to need to paint items that were cleaned. We never could agree on a price but I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he is so polite and shows up on time. One last bid to clean out a parking space with oil stains. I knew he wouldn't get the stains but I could paint the space after he was done at least. The bid was now $350 for one parking space. I'm glad he is doing well but the prices seem crazy to me. At the end of the day you are just throwing water on things and supposedly some special chemicals??? read more

I was having a big birthday party at my house and realized I needed to have my windows cleaned. It was a bit last minute and not easy to find someone available.
