I went in at about 2.30pm and was asked to come back in about 35 minutes as they had just started a few pedicures. $32 for a basic mani pedi combo. Everyone was very friendly and they lady doing my nails was very thorough with the cutting and shaping of my toenails. Bit so so with the callous removal. Only slight chipping on one nail that I can see right now. Overall hygiene seemed ok. No liners in the foot soaking tub but the nail clippers etc came out of a sealed bag. As per usual, you pay before you get the nail polish on your fingers, I tipped more than 20% and she gave me a $10 off 10 visit punch card. The thing that got me was that the service stopped as soon as you were under the dryer - and i had already tipped. I don't know how long I sat there for, it was a while, but I was ignored till I asked if my nails would be dry yet and the response was "maybe". I think I could have sat there till closing time and they wouldn't have said anything. They had everything they wanted from me. I Still had the foam wedged between my toes and everything.

I was given opportunity to choose from their selection of pedicures. I decided on the spa pedicure since I'm not a fan of clay. Pedicure was nice and do was the massage I received. However, the color application was not! I'll go home and take it off. Color is/was applied over cuticle bed and just looks sloppy. Not what I was looking for since it's still flip flop and sandal weather. Unfortunately, I probably won't go back! Sad to say because the gentleman was so nice.

Stay away from this salon at all cost! They will nickel and dime you, charge you different random…read moreprices each time. They won't trim your cuticles or clean your nails prior to paying for acrylic or gel. They legit charge you very unethically. Today I got charged $8 for cuticle clean up and charged for nail shape!! I already had this same nail shape, it was a fill. The total came to $55 for fill, plain gel, nail shape. This was with a 5 % discount. They do try to tell you the cost up front, but that cost always changes each time even for the same thing. April has the nastiest attitude!! Also, they talk crap about you and other customers(turn on your translation app and you can see for yourself). I hate tipping her and I always do, but today was the last day I will give them my business. I go regularly every 2 weeks, not anymore!! They not only lost me, but they also lost my daughter. I will spread the word about this shady establishment. Also, if they want to charge what they charge they need better skill. Not so sloppy and better colors. Not sure why I put up with April for so long?! I always left mad!! She really isn't a very happy person. Bye bye!! Again avoid April!! Avoid this place!! I put money they won't much longer.

I've come here twice and already appreciate the nail techs and their services. I was able to make…read morean appt my first time and walked in this last time. It's a busy salon both times I've been but the techs are quick and efficient with their work. I've noticed that they play a repeat of funny dog videos which is cute the first two times you watch the videos but it's just a replay so after about 15 minutes, one can get pretty bored while getting their nails done. Luckily this last time my nail tech did talk to me a bit while she did my nails. I asked for gold flakes and she delivered! I will be coming back for my nails. I also was informed that there is a discount if paid in cash which we love.

So, I hate leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately that is what this one is. My friend and I go to…read moreFancy Nails because it is only a couple blocks from our houses, which is very convenient. The technicians are a husband and wife. The husband is very nice and cheerful and does a decent job. He actually does a great job with drawing fun designs on my toes in the summer time. But, I must say; his wife is very rude and unpleasant. She is always putting other nail technicians down when she notices that we went elsewhere for any work we've have had done at other salons. We went in last weekend for manicures, and my cuticle got nipped a little too deep and bled. It took over 15 minutes to finally get it to stop bleeding where he could finally continue to work on my nails. When it came to fingernail polish, it was hard for me to find a polish that wasn't dried out and sticky. This was taking more time than usual (due to him nipping my cuticle and trying to find decent polish). His wife actually angrily yelled at me to hurry up because he had another client waiting. Just know, she had already finished with my friend and was doing nothing as she was yelling at me. I let her know that I was trying to hurry, but was having a hard time finding polish that wasn't dried out. I found it to be very unprofessional and extremely rude for her to have yelled at me from across the room in front of other people. A friendly professional person would have either helped me find a polish that was fresh, or at least helped her husband get his client started until he could finish with me. She was too busy yelling at me and huffing and puffing while angrily babbling in a language unknown to me. Her husband was not responding to her and I could tell he was embarrassed. Because of her horrible behavior and uncontrollable outbursts, I do not give this salon business unless it's an emergency, and I always regret when I do finally return.. for more abuse. Anyways, I do not recommend this business for all the above reasons.

She then accused me of wanting a redo only because whatever party I got them for was over.
