I most recently got the meat sampler with pulled pork, chicken, sausage, and beef, with a side of coleslaw and yellow potato salad. I really enjoyed each of the meats, especially the pulled pork and the chicken. The pulled pork was super tender and juicy, and the chicken had a nice grilled texture and juiciness. The sausage had a nice spiciness and I believe it was all beef. The sides were also very delicious--good coleslaw, but the stand out was that potato salad (I could've eaten a few more helpings of that). I have had the ribs from here, and while they are good, the stand out for me at Blitzkrieg was definitely the pulled pork. This place is worth your stop whenever you see it open. It took a bit to find an employee to take our order. -The restaurant looks worn down and could benefit from some new and updated furniture. THE UGLY: -Possibly the best tortillas I've ever had, the vegetables also were so fresh, the rice flavorful. So what's the issue then? The meat was cheap, bland, and horrible given that everything else was A+. Consequently, four stars might be rather kind given how disappointing that meat was.
