I asked for filtered water, and it took over 10 minutes (and a reminder) before it arrived. The manager later mentioned they were understaffed that evening, which explained the empty tables and longer wait times for food. That said, our waitress was friendly, poised, and attentive once she got to us. She handled everything professionally and was quick to check us out when we were ready to leave. She also kindly comped the filtered water due to the delay, which we appreciated. Overall, while the staffing challenges were noticeable, the food had some highlights and the service recovery effort was appreciated.

With exposed brick walls and rich wood finishes, the historic site provides an upscale, contemporary urban and industrial-chic setting.
