A dealership experience that turned a rough week around - happy to finally sit down and write this…read more After my 2014 Honda CR-V was totaled by a hit from behind, in spring of 2026, buying a new car was the last thing I wanted to deal with. We were shaken, hadn't planned on a new payment, and were still slogging through the insurance settlement just to be able to shop. Not exactly a great headspace to walk into a dealership. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, and that held true all the way through contracts and financing. Our salesperson, Zack Dahlia, was the reason the whole process felt manageable. He was kind, patient, and attentive from day one, and he stayed that way through the few weeks it took for settlement to process. Nothing felt rushed but I know he was on a timeline. I know he went the extra step for us. We ended up in a 2023 hybrid that exceeded every expectation, a genuinely beautiful car. Given the circumstances, I didn't think this process could feel good. Zack and the team at Friendly made it feel easy. If you're heading to Friendly, ask for Zack. You should ask for him, truly. I was s skeptical when I walked in but here I am writing a review months later and after having to do something super uncomfortable - say goodbye to my paid off 2014. Thanks Zack and all.

Had the VIP treatment all the way to include delivery of my sons car. Got back from picking him up from college when he saw his car sitting int the driveway. The look on his my sons face was priceless and for that, THANK YOU! Price was better than fair. And the inventory was great. Definitely would buy another vehicle from here and recommend all my friends and family. Even if I don't know you. I recommend you going here for all your used vehicle car needs. Geez, too excited almost forgot to mention. Poppy and his staff are aces. Very professional and knowledgeable in their product. I was impressed not only in my dealings, but how other customers were treated.

Checked back in 45 minutes later and still no vehicle, I was told it's on the way and hes 10 minutes out. Checked back in still no vehicle, go the run around from Chad for two hours and finally left. Next day my son called to view the truck and they assured him it was there. When he arrived they tried to push another vehicle on him and after an hour run around they told him the truck the had listed sold back in March. Wasted 2 hour round trip to see a vehicle the listed that they didn't even own anymore. Chad needs to be honest and upfront. This place is why care salesman get called "dirty care salesman". Thank you to Chad for having me post my first ever Yelp review! Go buy a car elsewhere!

I will start off this review with saying that I got an excellent lease deal on a 2020 Dodge…read moreDurango. The salesman that I dealt with was great and I have no complaints in that area. He was informative, answered all of my questions and answered all of my questions and concerns through text even after business hours. My issue with this dealership is that I came in with a Chevy that had two months left on a lease. They were fantastic in the sense that they cut me a check for the remaining payments of my lease. That was very helpful. My issue is when telling them what I owed, they failed to mention the disposition fee associated with not getting another Chevy. I am stuck paying an additional $425 to GM financial this month along with my new payment for the dodge. I'm assuming they didn't just take my word for it when I said how much I owed and saw that the fee was there. It's disheartening to know that I owe $900 this month for car payments when I assumed my other lease was paid off, especially during this covid issue when things are tough financially to begin with. Now, my other issue is that dodge also did not explain that they have the same contract! When you sit there and sign documents, they go over the lease agreement, tell you what your monthly payment is, when it's due, how many months, all that good stuff. But they also fail to mention about this disposition fee and if I do not get another dodge I will be in the same position at the end of my lease. I don't understand why this is not mentioned when signing a lease agreement and how this very important information is left out. People, read your lease agreements and thoroughly examine them as this seems to be a thing with dealerships.

That is big in this day and age, and I thank them for doing the right thing. Renewed my faith in car dealerships. Lack of good customer service, lying about issues, no sense of urgency and just trying to take every penny possible. A particular service tech said he'd reach out to me about a reimbursement. It's been two weeks and im the one having to reach out and leave voicemails to no avail. To explain, they replaced the engine in my 24' trax (thank god I had a warranty) then they gave me the car back. 1 week into driving it, the car breaks down on the side of the road. I tow it back to this location and it turns out they didn't hook the engine up properly and the hose broke. Even though this was completely tehir mistake they had no loaner cars to give us. So we had to rent from enterprise land they TOLD US they would reimburse. Now they are refusing to reimburse us on "technicalities". Not reaching out, and shifting the blame to enterprise. So basically, they messed up the installation of the new engine, cost me a tow, cost me three days without a car, and now won't honor the promise they made about reimbursing my car. I had to pay enterprise full price. (Keep in mind, all of this is cause they messed up the initial install, yet I'm the one that has to deal with all this blowback) If anything changes i will update you, however healey chevy is straight up giving us the cold shoulder, refusing to even try and work something out. If you're in the Dutchess county and own a Chevy, I recommend never going to their locations. Get a private mechanic. Or better yet, sell the car. Get a brand that is reliable and won't need an engine replacement after 1 year and a half.
