Todd has a very capable assistant (his wife), I just wish they'd send me some stuff so that I could help them sell more vehicles. When I lost a key, this dealer was closer to home so I…read morecalled to get a price and I was quoted a price for the replacement key fob and programming so I had to make an appointment for Service when I arrived, they had the key fob but only part of it. They didn't have the blade which is the replacement key that fits into the key fob and the price was $128 more than what I was quoted. I told them that's not what I was quoted. They were basically like too bad. I told them to deep program the fob and they made me wait. Remember the old bait and switch avoid this dealership at all cost. I should've gotten back to my selling dealer that deal with me straight.
