My review here is anything but positive. Please beware before you buy a car here or purchase their extended warranty because they do not know how the extended warranty works and it will cost you. Furthermore they have the most condescending service advisors specifically Dave and Diane who will belittle you and act like they are the only ones that know about cars. I spent well over $70,000+ on a ford expedition and extended warranty at this dealership 3 years ago. My check engine light came on the code has something to do with the gas tank and emissions so I call up schedule an appointment. The only "service" they did was check what code it was and call to verify that I had a warranty, this took them all day 8+ hours and no one contacted the warranty company to start a claim. They didn't even try to look for an issue because it's to much work and they weren't sure they could put it back together. That was a blessing in disguise because when I talked to the warranty company ( yes I called them too) the warranty contract states mechanics, dealerships, whatever need to call with that code to see if it's covered and get the claim started to have a warranty advisor assigned to help inspect the tear down of the vehicle. I was told by 2 different parties that work for warranty company that if they were to just tear down the vehicle like Dave wanted me too that none of that work would have been covered because no one started a claim before hand because the truck threw a code. Now I don't know what is more scary the fact that a dealership sold me a warranty that they have no idea how to use or that they were just ignoring the steps to have me pay out of pocket because they would get more money.? Also there was no mention about the bad brake caliper or sunroof that we asked them to look at as well, they forgot I guess. Now my sunroof has started leaking again that they had "fixed" 3 times. Now I'm left calling other dealerships some are other Healey dealerships that are genuinely confused as to why Healey ford can't diagnose what's wrong with the car and that you don't need to remove the driveshaft to get to the gas tank or you can remove the cab from the frame if you don't want to move the gas tank but I digress. My husband is part of IBEW 320 (central Hudson) and makes electricity for NYS, I myself work at a local hospital working saving hearts and this is how they treat the people that serve their community. At my gym alone 4 people have complained to us about how bad their service department is (I.e. telling one customer they put in a new battery when it was very clearly used into his new truck that had less than 10,000miles). I wonder how many more people in NY I could find that are also unhappy maybe start a facebook group or website? I will be writing not only to ford, nys, & dutchess, assemblymen, the BBB, and possibly involving legal aid which I don't pay for as my hospital provides legal services for all clinicians luckily. Still I'm hopeful we can figure this out before it comes to that, I also have voicemails, and voice recordings of what and how these service advisors really treat their customers. I don't understand how you claim to have great customer service and clearly only higher people that hate people or their jobs? I've never been treated so poorly by a dealership and ive had many cars from Acura, Toyota, GMC, Subaru (all on rt 9 great customer service especially when there's something wrong with the vehicle whether you are using the extended or manufacturers warranty) so I thought Ford would be too I was wrong and now unfortunately have to fight and instruct them on how the warranty company works. I don't even want to get paid for doing their job I just want my car fixed right and to be treated with respect like any human should be and you would think in this economy that they would treat people nicely because a dealership needs business to survive. This service dept is nothing but a headache. I honestly like Ben the manager of service he's the only decent person in the whole dept but unfortunately is on vacation. Again im hopeful we will come up with a resolution once Ben gets back, I truly don't want to cause any business to loose customers or have fines or dings with NYS or the BBB but its not right to feed false info to the customer and treat them terribly. Just bought a brand new car for the first time. Isaiah only communicates through text and had me doing a lot of the paperwork by myself. They agreed to fix a scratch before they sold me the car. Arlene offered a pick up option for 12pm appointment. I take off work to wait for them to come get it, no answer and I had to call at 1pm and she finally tells me the painter canceled because of the rain since he works outside. We reschedule...it's another rainy day so I sleep until 10 for my 12pm appointment. I wake up to missed calls from 9am about Hunter waiting outside my house to pick up my car in the pouring rain. He says he waited, why wouldn't u knock on the door?! Also I thought the paint guy doesn't paint cars in the rain...First u guys don't answer till after my appointment and now you guys are here hours before my appointment and it's raining more?! Isaiah also offered a full tank of gas for the inconvenience..twice! Never got it. I reminded Arlene about it, still never got it when my car was finally serviced. Awful service!! I am giving a 1 star for their Customer Service. They were supposed to get me a loaner car for the day and still nothing. I have a black screen on my radio but I was told they can only diagnose issues M-F. No loaner cars available, but they would email me when they could arrange something. It's 2 days shy of a month. However, I was able to get Joey to come for a mobile service (oil change, etc) and that man is a gem. Very polite and efficient. He asked for the videos for the issue I have with a black screen and he tried to reset/reinstall but it was not a success. He deserves ***** read more

HEALEY WILL LIE AND STEAL! I went to Ford with a false diagnosis, saying that Mavis believed the transmission was not in park due to a specific error. They fixed it and charged me well over a thousand dollars. The problem continued, and when I went to get my money back, they said they had no record. Not only was Mavis wrong about the diagnosis, but so was Ford ALSO. PLEASE SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS AND RECORD EVERYTHING; THEY WILL ROB YOU IF THEY SEE AN OPPORTUNITY TO DO SO. Experience has been a nightmare experience has been a nightmare bought the vehicle. Everybody was smiling go happy lucky second day car wouldn't start found out valve one valve two valve three valve full of carbon issues. The car was inspected with no horn broken axle airbag light on EPC light on Check engine light on car left me on the side of the road more times I could drive it finally got them to pay attention to the situation after contacting higher up, took my car in to find out they poured carbon cleaner through my car and had Volkswagen clear the codes. I am highly dissatisfied with this vehicle and they know it that's why they've been avoiding 18 emails regarding the vehicle, not running from the second day of purchase carbon cleaner only the problem still got the car back car is not running right louder than a truck Motor. Shaking motor is shaking what they do with the carbon cleaner is prevent the car from breaking down for a few then it falls on my shoulders to fix when it was purchased like get anybody to call me back whoever inspects cars at Healy should definitely definitely start thinking about checking horns. That's the most important safety feature when a car pulls out in front of you. I am putting a four-year-old vehicle. That's been a nightmare nightmare for the average family who is purchasing used cars I would not suggest going to Healy This has been a nightmare, a nightmare when I got there to pick up the car service orders were in office told me that the service orders are Empty Because the mechanic had already told me over the phone. All did was carb and cleaner in the valves and in the oil which was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of a mechanic shop doing ever all they wanna do is lay it on my shoulders. The car has had cylinder problems since day, one and start problems since day, one which I video recorded and sent to them to did I get any return phone call or any help until they poured carbon cleaner in it just to prolong the heard of this in my , knowing that they didn't clean the injectors touch the injectors. I am very unhappy considering medium class families are buying cars from Healy all over and we believe in the place we our vehicles from and we think that they're gonna stand behind their cars absolutely not. How do you inspect a vehicle with no horn or 13 lights on it check engine lights they send it down to Volkswagen to clear the lights and then they pour carbon cleaner through did they phone calls were recorded so I got exactly what the mechanic told me he did over the the service order is have to mail it to me. I wonder why Get the car back it's still not in running condition at all. Very dissatisfied. Still have not phone call from anybody after telling them on Saturday. The car is not fixed. All they did was prolong the problem and they did nothing else but poor carbon cleaner through the car Volkswagen erase the code. My airbag light is still on can't open the trunk from inside the car or outside the car already went through 15 coil packs the carbon blows the coil spark plugs you might as well carry them in your glove box because you change them that often the car never starts. They should be buying this car back. They should've never put a middle-class family in this car considering I drive for a living and 30 passengers or more a night and was telling everybody they should go to Healy well, I will absolutely reverse that now picked up the car on Saturday. Awful experience. We spent over a week learning about and negotiating a deal on an Expedition Max. Due to low inventory, we were not able to find the one we wanted close to home. We flew up from Virginia, excited to drive home into our new vehicle, only to find a bunch of undisclosed damage on the interior of the vehicle (mind you, this was after negotiating a repair on damage we noticed, but that was not outrightly disclosed). When we were upset, management was not sincerely empathetic to our situation and tried to justify how many over the phone and out of state deals they regularly do. This is not a business I would recommend supporting. We lost close to $1000 and a work-day to be given the run around, due to their lack of disclosure. read more

Recently purchased a 2023 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. I was very specific about what I wanted and although they didn't have the vehicle I wanted on the lot, but they were able to get it from another dealership! I was able to pick it up within a week. Everyone I dealt with at Healey Brothers Ford was amazing and went above and beyond. As a new customer never having used them before, made an appointment for an oil change. Asked if they gave any discount to veterans, they replied: "yes, 10% off to veterans with ID". Had oil change done, went to pay informing them I am a veteran and I have my ID with me. They replied they can't give me a military discount because the oil change was already discounted. I didn't believe that because I had never been a customer before, didn't ask them for any discount when making my appointment, however I was to believe they extended their best discount to me out of the blue. It felt like a bait and switch situation to me. I am saddened by the experience, wish they had been truthful about discounts to veterans, and think that they should be ashamed of themselves. In the second week of May I dropped my Ford F-150 off at Healy Ford to get work done on the truck. Healy let me know that the truck needed a new throttle body, a wiring harness, tailgate trim replacement, and the moonroof which was the most expensive. I told them to go ahead with replacing the throttle body, thinking that it may take a week or two. I would be away for a week anyway and I figured that when I came back I could get a loaner from the company. Turns out I was wrong. Healy Ford does not give out loaners, they want you to rent a car to spend more money while your vehicle is being repaired and the best part is we are in almost the third week of June and I still do not have my vehicle back and they are unwilling to do anything for me. This has caused me to spend hundreds of dollars on a rental vehicle and the part is still not available so there is no knowing how much more money I will have to spend. I will mention that my service advisor Dave has been helpful however; this whole experience has not been pleasant and I am extremely unhappy with the customer satisfaction of this company. read more

Where do I begin. I found a truck online from Healey Ford in Poughkeepsie NY. It was an experience unlike any previous vehicle purchases I have made in the past. Lance Aiello took my call about a truck I saw online. Being from Michigan, I've never bought anything like this before over the internet. Lance was extremely engaged the entire time. He went out and face timed me on video and went over every inch of that truck. We settled on a price and the deal was made. Soon after his financial dept called. Tia, went through all the paperwork to make sure we were seeing eye to eye on our agreement. I flew out a few days later and Lance had Alex Diblasio pick me up at the airport within a few minutes of arrival. On the way Alex called and told them to top off the truck. Once at the dealership Lance greeted me and had his entire team came into the office to go through any questions about the vehicle I may have; Tia showed me the financials, and their lead mechanic went through the history of all the work done up to date. We signed documents and I wasn't able to leave without Alex, I soon realized was my shadow, going over the truck thoroughly. He went through every single button and option my truck came with. He took my phone and connected it and went through all those processes with me also. We drove the truck out back and the top lead mechanic came out and made sure the DEF fluid was filled. When we finished I felt like I had made a lot of new friends. When I initially walked into the dealership I immediately felt a friendly and happy environment. Everyone was smiling, people were pleasant and enjoying their jobs. I've never seen that before at a car dealership. And when working with Lance I could tell he was sincere and had my best interest in mind, not the sale of the vehicle. I stayed in a hotel that night and before leaving Lance reached out and told me to have a safe trip home which was very nice. Finally, I have to say the service from Alex Diblasio was over the top. His demeanor and professionalism with his job really stood out. I may live in Michigan, but i will be hard pressed not to purchase my next car or truck from Healey Bros in Poughkeesie NY if this same team is there. Last thing on this review. Lance Aiello, Joshua Santos, and Brian Muller all did a great job helping me buy my car. I also worked with Katie and Brad on the phone and they were great too. I reached out to Healey Brothers Ford via their website asking about a specific car. They called me right away and were extremely helpful getting me all the info I needed on the car. I was coming from out of state so we did a lot of our business over the phone or email. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind and helpful. They got me a trade in value on my previous car, which was exactly at the value I was hoping for. They told me they were charging MSRP for the car I was looking at, which was fantastic news. They even accepted my XPlan discount through my employer. The Sales Manager Lance Aiello handled most of the communication and he went over and above for me. I drove down to NY and was able to complete the purchase quickly with Lance, Joshua, and Brians help and then was able drive home in my dream car!
