    This was found later when I got home with my new truck. The manager and salesman was shown this and they promised to replace, they lied!

    I had a feeling that the salesman, Paul Latino and the manager on duty that day were lying to me when I was buying my truck recently. I took the truck to the Toyota dealership down the road for an inspection before I bought it from Healy Brothers. It was discovered that there was a rodents nest in the interior air filter. I asked Healy Brothers to replace it as a condition of me buying the vehicle from them. They looked me in the eyes and lied to my face telling me they would replace the filter. They had the nerve to even put on a show and make me wait an additional hour while they were supposedly replacing the filter. Very dishonest of them!! Following up with my original review on Google the owner sent me this reply: "Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We have reached out and shared these concerns with our managers. A few of our managers, have reached out to you to discuss these concerns. Please give them a call back at your earliest convenience at 845-360-9819. Thank you". This response is another lie from Healey Brothers Ownership as NO MANAGER has reached out to me like your reply stated (see above response from Healy Brothers Owner). I would not trust anyone at this dealership at this point! Very dissapointing expierience!!!

Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process, and I never had to wonder what was happening or chase anyone down for updates. Had my car for a month and when i call they say they don't know what's wrong with it?? Aren't you mechanics? Joe from service is the worst hope he gets fired. Every thing was two weeks to a month for work but no rentals. Then suddenly i make a complaint then the next day they have a rental for me?? You guys are all pathetic and i am super happy i got rid of your piece of garbage you guys gave away. I hope the worst for your dealership. Nobody i know will ever buy a car from this place
