Dealership is not transparent. I gave my word that I would come back and purchase the car and I did. Dealership an hour away from the house. Once I called them, I told them to get the car ready, I came back and bought without financing. At that time when I came back to sign the paperwork after I had provided the check, they had the gall to tell me that there was only one key. You think they would have told me upfront. And I asked them how to get the other set, expecting them to say they would eat the cost and order one, they told me that I can order another from Hyundai for 200 to 400. Upsetting to hear that but already too late as I needed the car for my daughter. Today I received gourmet brownies, keep those and put towards my key!! read more
