A young man - William walked over Route 9 with a battery tester. He checked the battery and looked at the fuses. He said he'd be right back. This time he was in his car. He gave me a boost; nothing! This AutoZone employee went over and above what was expected for customer service. If corporate reads this; he should receive some sort of recognition.

I asked your cashier if you had a battery for my key Fob for my 2007 Toyota Camry. He came from behind the register and got a 2016 flat round battery. He was nice and we were having a nice conversation. I did not see what he was using, but I did see he was pushing hard to open it. I said I already had to buy 2 other keys and they are expensive. He said he got it. When he go it open he put battery in and closed it but one of the button on my fob for opening the doors was stuck and would not work. so I said I did not give it to you that way. He said he knows and he did not understand why it is stuck, he opened my key fob again and finally got the button positioned correcty. I did notice my key fob was loose.t I returned to your store yesterday Friday 9/18/2026 and a younger cashier with nose piercing was at the register and I explained what happened Wednesday. She said there was nothing they could do about it. so I said, so I'm the one that has to pay for my Key Fob that I did not break. She said I GUESS SO!! Then a cashier male closer to your window cash register with a bushy full face beard andb mustache and side burns said that his key was broken there and they did not fix MINE!!!! I said but you are an employee and I am a customer. He continued to say it does not matter. Another of your workers that may have been listening in the back came and said let me see the ke. I said I left my care running because I was afraid of turning it off and not being able to turn it back on. He came outside with me and sat in my drivers seat and took my keyfob out of the ignition and started looking at it, I asked was he a manager he said no, de does detailing. I thought he meant looking to see any damage. He said it's cracked where he was trying to pry it open. He asked me who put the battery in on Wednesday,So, the worker tht morning? I did not know, but I told him the cashier male with the hair on his face was conversating with him. So he asked him, and he said his name was Sean and he was the manager and I should come back this morning 9/19/2026 to talk to him. I ask, why can't you call him, it's an emergency. They said he does not want to be bothered. So the worker that came out to get my key said " MAYBE WE CAN PUT BLACK TAPE AROUND IT OR GLUE IT" Still saying I had to pay for something the store Manager did. He acknowledged that it was CRACKED WHILE OPENING!!!! Your worker with trhe nose ring, kept talking as I was speaking. I said I'M NO TALKING TO YOU. SHE continued to repeat she has a mouth and she can talk if she wants DISRESPECTFULLY!!!! I told her she acted like a man. I may have use the DIKE WORD. I asked her for Corporate phone number. She with the nose ring said, " GO OUTSIDE THE NUMBERS ARE ON THE WINDOW. I ASKED FOR HER HELP AND FOR HER TO COME OUT SIDE. SHE SAID SHE WOULD NOT HELP. I COULD DO IT MYSELF, She knew numbers would be no success. I greeted one of your older delivery workers out and he saw that I was crying profusively . He explained that those numbers have not been updated in a long time, If I came back this morning Sean the manager should compesate or do something for what he did. I saw the male cashier with the bushy beard, standing behind the door inside as the delivery worker and l were talking. He was so kind, he said let me go in and get you some tissue. I giggled and said for my snotty face LOL. when he opened the door bushy face cashier said...I HAD TO LEAVE THE STORE!!! I SAID FOR WHAT??? I DID NOT DO ANYTHING!!!! When I mentioned how not one time did he say to the cashier with the nosering to stop!!!! HER MOUTH!!! HE SAID "SHES YOUNG AND I'M AN ADULT!!!! THEN HE ASKED ME TO LEAVE AGAIN AS I WAS AT YOUR EXIT DOOR AND TURNED AROUND TO GO CALL POLICE. I left in my car and came home. Your worker who was examining my key said he would be able to start the car for me. MY KEYFOB WILL NOT STAY CLOSED!!! FOR THEM TO SAY...THEY COULD WRAP IT WITH BLACK TAPE OR GLUE IT TOGETHER!!! HOW WOULD ANYONE FEEL? EVERY CONCERN HERE I SHARED WITH HUGO YESTERDAY. I WILL NO GO BACK IN THE STORE ! I will wait patiently for Regional Managers response. I need my keys for my car. I respected the fact that the owner advised me to have the straight pipe welded in a particular way with clamps so if I were to dislike any potential drone or sound I could easily reverse the modification. The job was done great and the car sounds amazing. The price was very fair. I will be bringing my 2003 MINI JCW here for a resonator delete as well. I highly recommend them.
