Checked back in 45 minutes later and still no vehicle, I was told it's on the way and hes 10 minutes out. Checked back in still no vehicle, go the run around from Chad for two hours and finally left. Next day my son called to view the truck and they assured him it was there. When he arrived they tried to push another vehicle on him and after an hour run around they told him the truck the had listed sold back in March. Wasted 2 hour round trip to see a vehicle the listed that they didn't even own anymore. Chad needs to be honest and upfront. This place is why care salesman get called "dirty care salesman". I arranged for my brother to visit in person due to proximity, and instead of assisting, the primary salesperson delegated the interaction to someone else. Later, I personally flew from North Carolina to Connecticut to view the vehicle, only to be met with arrogance and dismissive behavior. Respect and professionalism should be standard in any transaction -- especially when a customer is clearly serious enough to travel for the purchase. I would advise future buyers to evaluate carefully who they choose to work with at this dealership.

They only finally called me back to try to remedy the situation when I left the review. But then, when they finally called me, the guy was unbelievably condescending to me. He lied and said he left me many messages on my cell. I triple checked my messages and not one was there, even in my junk messages. He then began telling me about how phone messaging systems work on mobile phone and that I probably don't understand "just like his mom, who isn't great with technology". Oh yeah sure, as an audio/sound person, I don't know how phone messaging technology works. He said he would "look into the issue". Do you think he called back ever again? Nope, never looked into the issue and never called back. Just stole our money.
