This place is super cute and so cozy! They have so many books and cute decor. The dumplings and the croquette curry was good. My boba was fine it was too citrusy for a winter melon tea. But other than that the boba was chewy and the servers were nice. I had a good experience!

Nice tea shop tucked into a strip mall on Pierre Street. It's spacious inside and comfortable. There are tables and a sofa area. A nice place to relax and enjoy a tea and do some schoolwork on your laptop. They have teas and food. Small chicken nuggets fries. I had a black tea. They give you a reusable plastic cup for your tea. Great idea and useful. They don't have Splenda though, just sugar and another sweetener that I don't use. I will return soon.

Popcorn chicken

I was craving popcorn chicken so I came here cause I was nearby but was extremely disappointed with their popcorn chicken. First of all, popcorn chicken is supposed to be cut up bite sized pieces of chicken and deep fried with basil. Qyuancha's "popcorn chicken" was actually chicken nuggets, meaning ground up chicken meat and breaded. I feel very misled as I was expecting real pieces of chicken.

Great place to relax and have a drink with friends. It's located inside a strip plaza on Pierre Rd and Valley in Walnut, and it's also close to the Walnut High School. It's very spacious inside and comfortable. My daughters also like this place. We tried many of their drinks, and I recommend getting the 100% sugar level because I picked 75% and it did not taste sweet at all. The service was a bit slow because we waited about 15 minutes for our drinks every time. The price is reasonable.

This tea shop is tucked away in a quieter part of Walnut, but it's a nice little spot if you're in the area. From my previous visits, I do agree with the other reviews that it gets pretty busy around 1-3 PM on weekdays with high schoolers, but it calms down after 4. This time, I came in around 6 PM, about an hour before closing, and it was mostly empty. The space is roomy and decorated nicely, with plenty of seating, including couches, and there are outlets along the wall. They also have free Wi-Fi, making it a decent low-key study spot. One thing I appreciate is their expansive drink menu. I also like that they serve both drinks and snacks, including bentos. I've tried their popcorn chicken before which tasted pretty standard. I think I've seen a menu for oden but I haven't tried it yet. There's a display corner with figurines you can buy, which adds some personality. There are two bathrooms that have always been clean and well-maintained. Parking has never been an issue for me; it's right out front and usually easy to find a spot. What I got: *Fried chicken fillet bento ($6.99): You get to choose your sauce (I went with curry) and three sides (I picked edamame, corn, and tofu). It also comes with rice. I didn't have to wait too long because it was the end of the day, and the quality is what you'd expect for the price, but it hits the spot. I think it's worth the detour if you're nearby and looking for a place to study or catch up with friends, but best to come early or after the after-school rush dies down.

Japanese curry bento

I cannot stress how amazing the ambiance was inside this place. Plenty of seating with variety to choose from. There was a small library to browse through to enjoy my quiet Sunday afternoon. There was also a decently sized anime figurine collection to enjoy. I ordered the Japanese Curry bento along side with my Assam Black Milk Tea (half and half milk, 100% sweet) Japanese Curry Bento: 2.5/5. For $8.99, I felt like I got what I paid for. In terms of quantity, there is enough to fill me up for lunch. However, the quality was middling. The curry tasted like slightly watered down Japanese box curry. The croquettes had some flavor and was fairly creamy inside but unfortunately was soggy due to being placed on the curry sauce. The tamagoyaki mostly tasted sugary without much other flavors. The rice tasted like it was sitting out for a few hours. The deep fried gyozas were decent at least. Nice, crunchy, with a umami filled filling. I wouldn't order this specific bento again, but it was decent enough that I would like to try the other bentos in the future. Assam Black Milk Tea: 3/5. A very average milk tea. The 100% sweet wasn't too overbearing, and the tea flavor was notable. I could taste the sweet creaminess of the half and half as well. Nothing special about the drink but very solid.

Slow, af waited 20 minutes for 4 wings and a tea drink, that just required the tea to be poured into a cup, no milk, no boba. checked the eta for order. She said 20 more min. asked to cancel the order. She came back saying 5 minutes. We were about to wait 40 minutes for 4 wings and tea with ice if we didn't ask to cancel the order 20 minutes in. But when we complain to cancel it's 5 minutes. Drink was good. Standard tea, nothing special. Chicken was good. Would not recommend visit during after school hours, which is after 2pm in California as it's packed with students. Edit to your response: You said you did not finish the order in 5 minutes because of the complaint, but I was told 20 minutes prior to wanting to cancel my order. Then after wanting to cancel it they said it would be 5 minutes. So please address how it went from a 20 minute wait to 5 minute wait post cancelation request. I also understand chicken wings take about 20 minutes. I worked in food service. So that's 20 minutes in a fryer, and everyone else is just hovering over the wings for the next 20 minutes? I also have a friend who owns bubble tea shops and it definitely does not take 25 minutes to brew tea. I understand I am not the only guest but please do expect negative reviews if it's going to be one order per 20 to 40 minutes. How would we know it is going to be a long wait? At tastetea, they inform us when we order that it's going to be a 40 minute wait if it is going to be a long wait. Am I suppose to assume it's going to be a 40 minute wait each time it's past two and there are student? If this was communicated right after I ordered, that it would be a long wait, I would have visited another shop and would not have left a review. In addition, Would you not assume if it's a to go order, I'm trying "to go" and not looking wait 40 minutes? Thanks Edit #2: Owner changed response to be more PR after my first edit in response to her original reponse.

Very cute inside and ample seating. I had the pineapple fruit tea and my boyfriend had the white peach oolong. I found my drink to be refreshing. Our drinks came out quickly. If I was in the area I would come back.

I found this tea shop on Yelp. It's located in a plaza with plenty of parking. The inside of the shop is very spacious with over 10 tables. This place is perfect to get some work done. All of the tables have a QR code menu, and you're also able to place an order at the front or on a kiosk. It was quite busy when I stopped by with about 15 guests. I ordered 2 drinks on the kiosk. A winter melon tea with Aloe and a roasted oolong tea with cheese foam. I customized the drinks to 50% sweet. It took approximately 20 minutes to get the drinks. The winter melon tea was a bit sweet at 50%. The roasted oolong tea was perfect. If I got the winter melon, I would probably adjust the sweetness to 25%. Overall, it's a good experience but not a place you can expect to be in and out in 10 minutes or less. It's a popular place for the local students to come to after school. You can skip the wait and order online prior to coming in.

But being this is Los Angeles, I feel like there needs to be a sort of review for businesses. Content creators are invited to collaborate with. this is where this branch in particular really shines. They've been the most generous and chill sponsor, providing their entire new line of seasonal drinks (plus a special egg tart of your choice)! The best part? They don't pressure you to create any particular form of content (ie document a visit, leave a google/yelp review). I say this because other locations and other franchises have invited me to collaborate to promote new menu items around the same time, asking for more content with more restrictions, but give you much less in return. Not Auntea Jenny RH tho! They really just said "create however you like in your own style" and gave you drinks and snacks to enjoy the whole day. The femme manager who kept in contact with me and took care of me was really cool, supportive, and generous. I even came back to get more of my favorite from the line (the lychee oolong daifuku) when it officially launched. Only issue then was the staff who made my drink included no daifuku in this one drink order. So because I had previewed the drink I knew something was off. I contacted the manager I was working with, and she was quick to make things right next time I visited.

They weren't too flavorful, but they had the perfect consistency. It was pretty balanced and tasted good with the drink! The drink itself was really delicious. Jinjunmei · Golden Treasure This one really stole my heart! The Jinjunmei tea has a naturally sweet and rich aroma, and it pairs so well with the creamy topping and crunchy pecans. The three flavors complement each other beautifully. You get that rich tea aroma first, followed by the smooth, creamy texture, and then a nice nutty crunch from the pecans. There are so many layers of flavor! Rose Oolong First of all--this drink is SO pretty! The pink color is absolutely gorgeous, and it instantly puts you in a good mood just holding it. And there are popping boba inside! One bite and they burst with juice Pink + rose + oolong + popping boba = impossible to resist. "Youthful Days" This is a jasmine green tea milk tea. The jasmine aroma is delicate and floral, and it becomes softer and smoother when blended with fresh milk, while the tea flavor still shines through. I really love milk tea that still actually tastes like tea! It's kind of like the name "Youthful Days"--fresh, clean, and uncomplicated. Matcha Latte If you're a matcha lover, definitely give this one a try! It's not one of those overly sweet green milk drinks. Worst customer service ever!…read more We hadn't even placed our order yet. As we walked in, we saw a sign advertising a buy-one-get-one-free promotion for October 16. When we asked about it, the employee responded rudely in Chinese, saying it was online only. I don't speak Mandarin, so I politely asked her to explain in English. Instead of responding professionally, she spoke to us with an attitude, turned around, rolled her eyes, and complained to her coworker that we were bothering her. The whole interaction was incredibly unpleasant and unprofessional. We were so put off by her attitude that all six of us decided to leave without ordering. We literally looked at each other and said, "Let's get out of here!" Why would we want to spend our money at a business where customers are treated this way? No thank you! If the owner cares about their business, I strongly recommend reviewing how employees interact with customers. Customer service can make or break a business, and employees with this kind of attitude are driving customers away instead of welcoming them. Put some camera and listen the interaction! For reference, the employee we encountered was a young, slim woman with brown hair in a ponytail. Employer was shorter and Asian, while the other was taller and wore glasses. You lost six customers today because of one unpleasant interaction. First impressions matter, and we certainly won't forget this one.
