Follow up review for our initial issue of needing our pipes snaked. After the issue persisting, we…read morehad scheduled a day to have the lines hydrojetted but due to scheduling they weren't able to service our pipes that day. They did offer a complimentary snake to get us by until a day that worked better for them and ourselves. During the snaking, Zach did pull back a bit root ball and discovered we did indeed have root invasion problems, which he offered replacing a section of the pipes as a solution. We were given ample time to mull over the info between hydrojetting or replacing. Since hydrojetting was a temporary fix, we opted for the pipe replacement, during which they would descale the existing pipes once given access during replacement. They also offered to add in an additional clean out location outside the home in case we have issues in the future. They showed up on the scheduled day ready to work. Despite a small hiccup which delayed them being able to start, once they did they worked through the day to finish the job. They communicated clearly as they started each step, making sure to show me how the descaling worked in a removed part of the pipe as well as where the roots were invading. They also put back the dirt and removed portion of sidewalk the best the ground would allow, also leaving some extra dirt so that it would settle more level as time passes. I am very pleased to have found Priority Plumbing for these services. It can be a real headache to deal with these issues, but they were easy to work with and very quick to respond to any of our communications. I will continue to contact them in the event we have other issues in the future!

Buyer beware! Ask for a detailed written estimate before the work. After the work is done, they…read moredo not give you an itemized invoice so you don't know the exact parts installed and how much time was charged for labor. When asked why they don't provide this, they say they are a service company and this allows them to avoid collecting sales tax. I don't know what that means. The quality of the work was very good and the person was very courteous. Based on the hours worked, I do feel like I was way overcharged and the lack of a detailed invoice may allow them to charge whatever they want at their discretion. My error was not scrutinizing from the beginning because I just wanted the work done. Lesson learned for me but proceed with caution.

I had the opporrunity in February of 26 after a two week long freeze…read more I have a 175 year old house in Clayron, due to the cold i had plumbing issues thinking my pipes froze in my upstairs. I called Plumbing Masters , my phone call was answered by Matt about 9 am. He had three or four calls ahead of me but said he would be here by the end of the day. My upstairs bathroom which is over my kitchen was leaking down over my stove. Even shutting off the water to the house didnt stop the water from coming down over my recent ( and very expensive) kitchen remodel. Matt texted me that he was on his way in mid afternoon and showed up much faster than I has expected. We met on my front porch and as soon as he entered my foyer Matt slipped on shoe coverings, I was very impressed. Matt assessed the situation and went right to work and explained how much this was going to cost. Turns out I needed both my tub and toilet " snaked" since they both didnt share the same draining system and ai needed my toilet upstairs disconnected ans connected as a part of getting my project done. Upon completion of the job Matt explained everything to me , cleaned up and packed away his equipment. I gladly paid him for the project and above and beyond courtesy and effort to remedy my situation. I cannot recommend Matt and Plumbing Masters high enough and will be a customer for life. Thank you again Matt. David Derrick

I called and spoke with Jeff Senior and had an appointment for the next day. Jeff Junior arrived and informed me my Backflow Assembly was not testable and since it was installed in 2016 before non-testable Backflow Assembly was banned, I was grandfathered in from requiring yearly testing. However, my Backflow Assembly is required to be replaced every 5 years. Jeff replaced my Backflow Assembly the next day in less than an hour. The quality of the work and replacement Assembly was excellent. Throughout the entire process, both Jeff senior and junior answered all my questions and explained things clearly. James and his assistant (I forget his name) arrived the same day and were communicative via text, letting me know when he left the previous job and was on the way to my house. He worked efficiently and answered all of my questions. He even gave me some pointers about how to clear the clog myself in the future, if it happened again. It took them about 30 minutes to clear the clog and they took their time checking that it was gone for good. Given the COVID pandemic I asked them to wear masks and they did without hesitation; James said this is their policy anyway.
