Fortunately, there is a drain in the basement, but it was not able to keep up with/ the volume of water. I was able to isolate the problem and it drained within 20 minutes or so. Called Matt at Quinlan Plumbing Monday morning. He came out before noon. After moving the heavy washing machine out of the way, I/we found other items that were corroded and needed addressing. All was replaced in just a few hours. Matt & his helper were professional, personable, and friendly. Price was fair. Quality workmanship. I highly recommend.

He was very thorough and called every step of the way to give updates. He even called the county for a lid to something plumbing related that had cracked, and got my mail while I was away. It was a pretty significant issue that required a lot of digging etc but his quotes were reasonable and the job was done without a hitch, everything is working as it should and I will definitely be using Quinlin for any future plumbing needs.

I was told "no, he's all we have" by the customer service/office manager. I informed her it was nothing personal but that someone else might have a better solution. Her rude response was, "We don't even normally do this kind of work ". And, I replied, "Well you sure didn't have any problems charging me $325". I asked to please have Josh call me and left. I never heard from him so hired someone else and all is good now. Shepherd should reconsider who their 1st point of customer contact is!

Making the appointment was a breeze and the woman I spoke with was professional and polite. Dan came to our house to make the appropriate repairs. Finding good service providers seems more and more difficult these days, so it is a blessing and relief to know that we can always count on Palmer's for all our plumbing needs.

A previous plumber wasted hours and failed completely, and another big franchise tried to price-gouge me with a vague, ridiculous estimate. From the start, this company provided a very fair and transparent upfront flat-rate price. The technician arrived exactly on time and assessed the situation professionally. The job turned out to be incredibly brutal, requiring a massive 150-foot heavy-duty snake and an extra helper. The team was completely transparent about the extra resources needed and provided a very reasonable adjusted rate for the additional manpower and equipment before proceeding. What blew me away was their incredible work ethic. Because the blockage was so stubborn, the job went significantly overtime. Yet, they completely honored our upfront agreement and didn't charge a single penny extra for the overtime hours. They worked tirelessly and with a great attitude until the drain was perfectly cleared. This company has earned a customer for life!

It took them about 30 minutes to clear the clog and they took their time checking that it was gone for good.
