Fix the machines on the pumps. All say see cashier when trying to fuel up. Some people don't have time for that.

Brayden helped me out this evening and was so AWESOME. This was my 4th gas station I went to trying to get a small amount of cash back to pay my electric. Literally just frazzled stressed and all over the place but Brayden was patient pointed me in the right direction to get something for cash back and was just pleasant and patient didn't make me feel rushed as I was standing there trying to do math in my head unable to for the life of me. They are doing nothing to comply with mask mandates. I've gone in this store 5 times in 2 weeks and EVERY time there's customers in there without masks. Be a little proactive please, and comply with the laws your local leaders have mandated! This store has also upped the prices by 10% on several items in the last week. There are quite a few gas station around where I live. Many have the same prices, but I always get my gas at this station. The place is always spotless. The restrooms are clean and not grungy. The people working here are efficient, friendly. The drinks aren't as cheap as Circle K, but I prefer to reuse my cup instead of throw styrofoam away. I guess the only downside is there tend to be cops there frequently at night, this might not be great for everyone. The cops aren't there because of trouble, but they get stuff from this store. Personally, I think this recommends this station. read more

Unfortunately my experience at QT was not pleasant due to an employee that made being rude to a customer seem extremely easy. I do not know the employee's name but she tends to work graveyard hours and appears to be in her late 30's or lower 40's perhaps. This particular incident really caught me off guard because I know that QT goes to extremes to get you in and out of their, even if it means making the customer feel rushed and pray that we do not have to take an extra second or two to look for money, debit card, etc...... Anyhoo, back to the lucky employee, the star of this review... I walk in and to my surprise, nobody was at the counter to greet me and say "hello"... She was off to the side of the store doing some other type of work, I believe. When I seen that she was walking towards the counter, I politely told her that she was fine and that I needed to get a few things (meaning I didn't want to interrupt what she was doing and she could continue doing it a few minutes before she had to ring me up). I finish doing what I had to do and go to the counter and by this time she is in the donut section of the store doing different type work. So, after almost 5 minutes of me waiting,(unheard of at QT, right)? I walked over to donut area and politely said, "Ready when you are". Then, once again, I'm waiting at the counter for another minute or two.... I walk over again and start saying I'm rea and she rudely interrupts me and says, "I'll be right with you mam". Really??? And then continues to be rude throughout the transaction.... I haven't been back since. Hopefully she was just having a bad night and is really a pleasant human being. If not, she should really re-think customer service!!!! read more

The best pretzel with cheese! I go here 2 or 3 times a week. They also have other food choices. Really great customer service! The guy at the front will be checking out 2 people at once on each side and it makes it convenient when you're in a hurry. I love qt & I love that I never have to wait in line. There is a lot of drink choices and the place is really clean! There's yummy desserts as well. Super great and BIG ice cream cones for really cheap. It's a great place to go for a little snack or a dessert without paying a fortune. The bathrooms are always clean and everything is always stocked. read more

Worst service ever from Ken P. What an unhappy, pissed off specimen. Always looks mad and doesn't like small talk. When I open the door and see him there I really just want to turn around and go across the street to Circle K. His spiel of the required welcome and goodbye is so canned and mumbled, I laugh every time. He really shouldn't be working with the public. I realize the transactions are supposed to be 'QUICK' but geeez....smile a little and show you like your job a bit. The only thing that keeps me coming back is Charles and his smile and happy demeanor. read more

Hands down one of the best QTs in Arizona. The staff is so consistent at their jobs. Everything is always stocked! They way they make their pizza is out of this world. I never spend more than a minute in the store, it's always a positive experience. read more

Lived in the area for the past 3 years and Robbie at this QuikTrip location is an amazing employee. Super friendly and great customer service. One morning when I was making my normal QT run before I go to work, I forgot my wallet when I got the cash register. Robbie actually offered to buy my items and pay him back the next morning. I needed my wallet for work so I drove back and returned to QT to pay what I wanted. Though I declined his offer, I really appreciated it. I hope my post, he gets recognized for his excellent customer service. This location is clean and overall all the employees are great. read more
