Wow this place SUCKS!!!! I know I can be straight forward but it's hella frustrating so I feel like I need to speak the truth! Came here and it was already packed...all the tables and seats were taken and workers were slow at making orders. This place is definitely bigger than TapEx but it looks plain as hell. The cashier we got was nice and when I ordered a Honey Rose Tea, she said they didn't even have Rose Tea!!! Seriously??? Why is it not blocked out on the menu then? All they had to do was tape a piece of paper over the menu board instead of getting my hopes up. So I went ahead and ordered a large Honey Tea with added lemon with large boba. BF ordered large watermelon slush with green apple jelly. Waited for a good 10 mins for our orders to be done...and man these drinks look PATHETIC! Did a 5 year old make it??? About half the size of a regular large boba -_- when chewed, you can tell that they're OLD boba that weren't cooked and cooled properly. And the tea? Omg the tea...I've been sick for a while so I've been making homemade honey tea with lime and this crap tastes exactly like the one I made! I'm going to get some if this delicious spam masubi! Needless to say the trip fell flat. Terrible policy and even worse service. I ordered the super sized green tea with passionfruit but upon taking a few sips of it-- my drink was luke warm. I examined it closer and there was hardly any ice in there. So I asked the barista that served me if she can put more ice. She said no and that they only put one scoop for ALL the sizes. Like I had to explain to her that one scoop does not suit all sizes because obviously the biggest cup would need readjustments of measurements in syrup, tea, and ICE. In the end, the girl had to charge me 1.25 for another cup just so she can add more ice. I understand there is policy to adhere and I would hope management would reconsider these universal measurements for different cup sizes. Lastly, service is terrible. I tried this place out based on someone saying the smoothies were delicious. I was a little skeptical because I haven't found a good smoothie out in Vallejo. I tried the strawberry kiwi blitz. When I tell you it was delicious a large runs about $4.00 and well worth it. I have been going back ever since the pina colada one is also good. You can't go wrong here. Its watery, bland, lacking flavor. They have changed. The ac is working now but set to a low cool. Should be set cooler like 70s and below. People go here to cool down, and not to feel uncomfortable. This town doesn't get grand openings as much as it used to, so any new grand opening and everyone and their mammas will be there. Anyhow, today isn't busy. *edit everyone just came in after I did. Great boba spot! It can get pretty packed, but then again, I feel like all boba places usually get packed, lol. I usually get the Thai Milk Tea here, and it's always pretty good. I haven't had the food at this particular Quickly, but I've had it at other locations, and it was good. Service is friendly here, and pretty fast, despite the fact that it gets pretty busy. Parking right now is a tad bit limited due to some current construction in the plaza, but otherwise it usually isn't an issue. I live closer to the American Canyon location, but this is definitely my go-to boba spot if I'm in this area. I'll be back again. read more

I like this Quickly because their namesake is for real! There's another location I've visited many times before that usually takes a bit to get drink orders ready despite having few customers. Because of those experiences, I've just accepted that maybe it really takes THAT long to make a drink. (The chain was also renamed to "Not So Quickly" in my head...) Well, not so for this place! I was pleasantly surprised that despite it being a busy and colorful location, my orders tend to be ready well within 5-10mins. Not bad! The drinks are also pretty good. No big complaints! It's your usual boba place and there are snacks if you're feeling peckish. They've also got plenty of space to sit around. My favorite drink? Honey milk tea with magic/coffee jelly. I still don't know why it's considered 'magic', but those tiny little cubes of jelly are fun to eat in bulk with the drink. Yum! read more

Drinks: I have been to this Quickly a numerous amount of times, 9 times out of 10 they always get my drink spot on. Just the right amount of boba to drink ratio as I ALWAYS say. The cashiers always repeat my order back to me so I know if I need to add anything or if there was a miscommunication. I've tried mostly all the regular teas(I'm lactose intolerant so I try not to consume any milk/creamer) Food: I've tried the popcorn chicken, fried oreos, takoyaki. I love their popcorn chicken. It's juicy but crunchy and crispy outside. They also have a spicy and normal option for more adventurous people. We ordered two milk teas with grass jelly, mocha coffee (?) with grass jelly, mango snow with boba (good as usual) and black tea with aloe (new to us). Our three drinks with grass jelly toppings had practically NO damn grass jelly. I saw one piece floating in the milk teas. My father-in-law questioned if we even ordered it for his mocha drink. Second time here while I'm in Vallejo but I been going to our San Francisco location for years when my kids were born and now their young adults. This Second time thought I give door dash a try ,but I be picking up my order instead of delivery ,for the simple fact the thought of a real dirty vehicle picking up my food especially through this pandemic isn't a lovely sight.Door dash called 3 different times and each time they mention an item that was missing. First off why couldn't that be mentioned on your first call. Second I know that mentioned if they didn't have item too just refund me. I get to store and my order wasn't ready after 40 minutes when I placed it on door dash placed it at 1:30 got to store 2:05 still not ready. Nobody in this store looks happy compared to the first time I visited. Also the young man had like an attitude and eyes rolled saying ,I said give me a minute. He didn't greet me and say be right with you mam. His exact words were ,I said give me a minute. The young lady just places the bags of drinks on the table she looks like one of those emo kids. One of my favorite boba spots in vallejo. I love that it's in the plaza because I usually come here before I run errands. I like to have a drink in hand when I'm going around stores looking to buy things. Inside - A lot of seating and they have a tv that plays music videos, sometimes movies. On the walls, they have frames of cartoons. They used to have board games off to the side but I guess they had a lot of pieces missing and it's not there anymore. Service - Staff is nice, friendly, and polite. They only have one register open even when the line is out the door. Drinks - I've tried the taro milk tea, Thai tea, original milk tea, mango snow bubble, Oreo snow bubble, and avocado milk tea. I don't like boba so I order all my drinks with litchi jelly except when I order the Oreo shake. That is just weird to me if you order it with that. I usually order the regular quickly milk tea with litchi jelly. Food - The calamari is good. You get to choose the heat and I recommend not getting too crazy with it hahaha. The potstickers states that they have eight in each bag but they only give you six they also do not to let you know that in the system it says eight but they only give you six potstickers. I've only tried two things here and I'm giving it a 3 just for the drinks. I was very excited to try this place because they had a lot of snacks I enjoy. I came for the drinks and was surprised by how many options they had for food. I regret ordering the popcorn chicken, I wish I ordered the curly fries. I get grossed out fairly easily. I was expecting the regular fried popcorn chicken and it wasn't normal. Maybe other people like this version but I don't. I stopped eating after one because I got grossed out by the texture of the crumby outside and flavor of the chicken. I think it's just over spiced.
