This feedback is for a young man that has glasses and short hair. I never got the chance to get his name but I can see that he is a proactive young man. During my order he was listening to my order while I was speaking to the cashier and immediately started working on the drink. This place needs to update their hours. I go out of my way to get boba here since the hours state they are open from 4:30-8pm. I get there at 5 to find two people inside placing an order, but the door is locked and the sign on the door says "closed". What a waste of time. I would love to give this place more stars and here is the reason why I hesitate to give it more. First off, I am very spoiled living in Union City where I was blessed to have tasted Che-Lo and their delicious coconut milk tea which is made from fresh coconut milk everyday! The flavor is so rich and true and real. You can tell when is a place uses lots of water, sugar, and fake flavoring. This place is nice and new and all however, the boba milk tea just tasted water downed. This is the only milk tea place in Pinole so you do not have anything else to compare it too. Then I saw another one in El Cerrito or Richmond I think, so this is a chain I am assuming. I really like the feel and taste of "maw and paw" shops, so I am already biased. Just give this place a try if you are in the mood. But, definitely not worth putting your body through the ringer for just sugar, water, and flavor. I hoped it would have been better but, I guess Milk tea is the next thing to be franchised and just not a concern for the quality... pump it out and make that money... not my kind of mindset. read more

I was super excited to find out about this Quickly that just opened in Pinole. I was craving a taro milk tea just like the ones I've ordered in the Sunset in SF....what a big mistake! I waited 40 mins for 3 drinks and they weren't even busy until a pack of kids came in and a few adults walked in 15 mins after I've already ordered. What pissed me off the most when I was in the store. There was a lady that went straight to the back to place her order and she had just walked in and got her order before everyone else. If you're craving a milk tea, I suggest you go elsewhere because you will be waiting at least 30 mins for a drink. They only hook up the people they know first. I know it's their soft opening but I'm all about first impressions and it was not a very good one on my very first visit. Decided to go to the new Quickly to show our support of a local new business one day after the Grand Opening. We went to the door and it was locked with a sign that they were closed. The person behind the register saw us trying to open the door and just shook her head at us. So we left. Literally, 1 minute later as we left the parking lot, we saw customers getting served. They did not even have the decency to tell us to wait only one minute or to follow us out to the parking lot. They must not need our business. read more

Went to Quickly for a snack and a Boba with my family. Tried the popcorn chicken and had my favorite lychee green tea with boba. The chicken was hot, freshly made and tasty. They have a nice menu of tea and drink options. My boba tea was good, with my sweetness and ice done just the way I requested. The service was good, quick and friendly. read more

This was about the 6th time I've been to this location for myself (more if ypu count all the times I've waited on my kids). I love the milk tea and calamari. This place is clean and often populated with a plethora of the local teens fresh out of school ooorrrr cutting class. Two reasons for the 4 stars as opposed to 5. 1) The price of the calamari for the amount you get. Less than half a bag when the first few times it was just over half the bag. 2) They are sllllllooooooowwwww. My food was ready before my cold milk tea with no toppings! This is not a one time occurrence. Everytime I come even if for one drink it is unusually slow. I will continue to come here as will my kids....you do have a large couch for them to hang out on after all..... like a modern day "F.R.I.E.N.D.S." group, however I will only come when I know I'm not in a rush to be anywhere else. This is not a place I just stop by but a destination and a treat for me. I WISH I had seen these new stamp cards I'm reading about in other reviews, been told about them, or just have been handed one immediately after my purchase. Went a week after the Grand Opening to try out the Popcorn Chicken Bowl and they don't have any. How do you not have something on the menu one week after opening? I can understand running into some problems during the soft opening but not while you're officially open. Came to this quickly location for the first time. They made our order of three drinks incorrectly. Two of the drinks weren't even the flavor we ordered. All three drinks had boba filled half way when we only wanted two of the drinks to have boba. I usually don't give negative reviews but our drinks weren't even stirred, all syrup when tasting them. We have been here a handful of times since it opened. We are happy to have a place to get our boba fix when we are in the area. The shop is clean, organized and offers sufficient seating. The staff was helpful, friendly and most importantly patient with the customers. My families boba choices vary every time we visit. And so far we have been happy with our orders. I've never had quickly until this location. I've always seen posts on IG, but this place just doesn't live up to the hype for me. Service is friendly, but the drinks aren't good! They taste like powder that isn't mixed too well. It doesn't taste fresh. I always get Thai iced tea with boba but this place definitely did not do it for me. I like my Thai tea to be strong but the drink I received here tasted milked down. I did think that the drink sizes they offer are pretty cool. First time to Quickly in this location and had a good experience. The guy at the counter was friendly. Ordered a Thai milk tea with boba and it came out quick and was delicious! I'll definitely be coming back. The only downside is the parking in the lot can be crowded and there really isn't any street parking but if you can grab a parking spot, it's worth it! read more

Customer service is very poor. There are new stamp cards placed right in front of the register. One employee did not know her store participated or had them. So ok lack of training or communication. Then a second employee named Jasmine came from the back and said she was just trained yesterday. She stamped my card once. But I bought 2 drinks. She said one stamp per visit. Which did not make sense. However, her demeanor and communication skills was concerning. She began to ring up the next customer then interrupted a conversation I was having with my family member to say do you have a problem I can call my manger. She was provoking, unprofessional, and attempted to be intimidating. Never ever will I return as long as this type of worker is employed. Mutual respect at all times is important. At no time should a worker try to provoke or intimidate a customer. Pls educate your worker! read more

I did a doordash order of 3 items when i received my order the driver only gave me 2 items. When i told him i was missing a drink he said thats all they gave him i tried to call 3 times the 3 times they would just click my call and never answer.The other 2 drinks i got they did not have boba inside of them. I'm not really a big boba fan, but I do like egg pudding! This Quicklys is really cute and I love the location. I've been there twice so far. I got the Honey Milk Tea with egg pudding. My cousin got a Kiwi slush. Both were really good! We ordered 2 orders of spam musubi, which took about 20 minutes because the rice was cooking. Probably the only reason why I give 4 stars. Tried this new place out. Had a honeydew slushy. It was a super sweet artificial colored liquid devoid of any real fruit. I returned it for a peach tea which was also made from a concentrate. It seems almost everything is made from powders and syrup. No fruit here and everything is made behind the curtain. The food menu was abundant in fried offerings...so if you crave sugary drinks and fat laden foods this may be your kind of place. Just my humble opinion, I saw kids enjoying the drinks and that's most likely the target clientele. I won't be back. read more
