Lost $3!!
David L.

This is my 4th time coming. The kids liked their drinks. And the ambiance is pretty clean. Service is quite slow tho for a place called Quickly. They should called their name to ''Taking our time". Also we tried the fun squishy grabbing games. Two times the toy fell out of the claw. Scammed!!

Rose milk tea (24oz cold)
Sydney J.

I stopped by twice recently, once on 5/30/2022 and again today 6/24/2022. The first time, I ordered a strawberry rose tea, large size, 25% ice and 50% sweet - I was originally going to ask for no ice but the cashier mentioned this would result in a room temperature drink and it was a hot day, so I changed it to 25% ice. It was $5.50 including my tip. You can order in person at the register, or use the Snackpass kiosk or app to order and pay. The rose drinks were listed on a paper on a side wall rather than on the main menus above the counter; they have several menus like that posted on the walls, so make sure to look at all of them if you want to know their full range of options. On a side note, I loved the cashier's "emotionally exhausted" shirt. The strawberry rose tea drink itself was a bit more watered down than I expected, so I only wish the flavor was stronger. As for my second visit, I ordered a rose milk tea via the Snackpass kiosk, at the regular cold size of 24oz. There were no options in the kiosk/screen to modify the ice and sweetness levels, so I assume what they gave me were their standard levels. This one was a lot more full-bodied than the prior drink I had gotten and quite sweet. I assume they might be able to modify your sweetness and ice levels if you write it into the additional comments section in Snackpass. It was about a 15 minute wait time each time given there were some orders ahead of mine. Overall, the prices are okay given the quantity and how much the newer boba shops in the area cost, and they do have a fairly large amount of snacks and food on the menu too. There is a small amount of indoor seating.

Yum. I got a snow Thai iced tea with extra Boba "chubby" size. Friendly service! I like that the snow is dairy free.

Hate places with no price listings. Was the only customer waiting while three workers having a chat. Drink better kick ass. It did not.

i thought i'd give another try, but the workers are just so rude and rather care about their drama than us paying customers.

And they typically have drinks out quick. Snacks are pretty good. They come out a bit later. Staff always friendly. And we typically are able to grab a table inside or outside, if we wanted to relax a bit before heading back to our car. My go to drink is the Mango Coco or Mango Creme. My son usually gets a Taro when we go out for boba at other places. But, he doesn't like the Fresh Ube here, so he gets the Strawberry Potion or Strawberry Shake. The bentos are pretty good. We got the boys boxes for lunch once. Very good portions. I love getting an order of Sesame Balls. Most snacks come out piping hot!

Parking is still not ideal since it is all metered and the Grand Lake area is usually busy. Inside, the space is bright, lively, and generally clean. I also appreciate that the menu includes photos, which makes choosing much easier. I ordered the jasmine green tea with sweet creme and really enjoyed it. The tea flavor is on the stronger side, but the creme balances it out nicely. I also ordered the spicy popcorn chicken, and it was fresh, well‑seasoned, and extra crispy just like I requested. No need for extra seasoning at all. Service was solid, and overall this visit was much better than my first. I would definitely stop by again if I am in the area and craving a snack.

The decor is clean, modern, and warm, making it a great place to study or just hang out with friends. I especially liked the kiosk ordering system--quick, efficient, and no pressure while deciding. The drink packaging is honestly next level. It feels premium and thoughtful, not just another basic cup. You can tell they care about presentation just as much as taste. And the drinks themselves? Smooth, refreshing, and high quality. Service was excellent--friendly, attentive, and fast without feeling rushed. The space was spotless, including the bathroom, which is always a big plus for me. Overall, this place nails atmosphere, quality, and convenience. I'll definitely be coming back regularly. Highly recommend if you want a chill, aesthetic tea spot.

The seasonal taco mochi milk tea I got was fulfilling and yummy. The price was little high compared the size with other competitors. Good thing is I could opt out ice or go for hot option. She must've misheard me when I said, oat milk, cause she started using whole milk after I ordered. I told her I have dairy sensitivities. And she said that is the only milk that she had. But this was after I paid for the drink... i've never had a problem at other locations with no other dairy options. ...there was also barely any Boba and half the drink was red bean. Very disappointed. I must've been fourth in line after a family, and three other customers were served before me. If you have dairy sensitivity, DO NOT come here. I do not recommend it. Probably not coming back here again.

It happened repeatedly and felt really unhygienic. I complained because I wasn't comfortable taking a drink that had been handled by several strangers. Please consider a better system (calling out names, keeping drinks behind the counter, or handing drinks directly to customers), especially during rush hours.

If you're looking for a truly multitextured experience, HeyTea is the place for you…read more I ordered the triple matcha latte with coconut blocks. The drink took about 25-30 minutes to be prepared so don't come in a hurry!! I inserted the straw into the bottom of my cup and sucked. Nothing came out. I had to suck with more strength, due to the thick consistency of the drink. Finally, a gelatinous, slimy and sort of sweet substance came out of the tip of the straw. You do have to work for it due to the thickness of the drink, it's not liquidy. The actual matcha had a strong and smooth taste but to be honest was a little too concentrated which made it a bit astringent. This drink was truly a journey for the mouth. Usually a drink is about taste but this one was much more about tactility, or at least that's how it felt. Unfortunately the substance seemed to leave a strange metallic, unpleasant aftertaste that lasted for quite a while after finishing the drink. Texture: interesting taste:2.5 , it was new to me but i wouldn't have it again aftertaste : gross The next drink ordered was some sort of blue mango coconut concoction. Every menu item had a grandiose name so i'm not sure the exact one but it was a mango coconut slush. They white jelly substance was back and taking charge in the bottom of the drink. Along with the strange substance was a plethora of white tasteless balls. Not like traditional boba, but not bad. the flavor of the drink was good, a bit too coconuty for my liking but it was fine. The real problem was the radio of (balls + substance) : drink... way too high! i barley had any sips that had more drink then texture additives. The taste was good, but texture was off, and my stomach was not too happy after ingesting the whole thing in about 10 minutes.

I would recommend ordering online 30 minutes prior as there is always a line…read more The coconut mango boom is a very refreshing, but light drink to satisfy the sweet tooth Highly recommend
