Throughout it all, I appreciated that Jeremy was knowledgeable, no-bs, patient, and responsive. I never had to communicate with the dealer at all, until I showed up at the dealership for my test drive, where the salesman had all the paperwork ready to go. From test drive arrival to leaving the dealer with my new car, it only took 2 hours, which feels pretty efficient. I don't really understand how Jeremy gets paid because he didn't charge me for anything, but I'm so glad I found him.

Both experiences were delightful, stress free (who would associate stress-free when you buy a car?) and quick. No hassle car buying - that should be his business's title. He helped us narrow down the list of cars we were looking at and make a decision that worked for us. He also scheduled all the test drives, negotiated the prices, and pointed us to a specific person at the dealership, a complete VIP experience. He did the same for our friends just this week, they bought a great car in a great condition, he negotiated the price down and steered them away from less desirable options. My friend was nervous (just like I was before ) because the process of buying a car is stressful. But after they got into the dealership and the car was waiting for them, they test drove and bought the car. My friend said: who would have thought that I can enjoy buying a car! I googled the number and saw it was Pacific states petroleum. I sent a text asking what the calls were for. The response was that he was given my number to call about propane. I explained that a month ago I was looking. I then asked for their price for reference. After several hours I hadn't heard back so I sent a message with my opinion of the JOKE of a service they provide.. Later I got another text saying that he left a voicemail with the price. BS, NO MESSAGE was ever left.. He did send the price in response along with the BS.. It was almost a full dollar more than I had just paid.. They are just a mickey mouse operation

My husband wanted to go to a chain tire shop but I wanted to go to a local Mom & Pop business so we ended up at Matteson's. Thank goodness they were open on this holiday Monday. They checked the flat tire and all the others - couldn't find a leak, put more air into the low tire and we were back on the road. They were kind and helpful. We will go there for all of our automotive needs in the future. We have found our auto shop!! Matteson's rules!

They have a few different…read moretours so make sure you know which one you booked as all start from the same place and (from what I could tell...) same time. Cathy actually texted me the night before to introduce herself and provide a few instructions and tips. A key tip is bring water and a small back pack or fanny pack to put the bottle in. The bikes don't all have baskets and the baskets don't hold things very well. So you might also bring a small bungee cord to keep things "in the basket" should you get a bike with a basket. Check in was a breeze. The most "difficult" part of the whole tour was finding helmets that fit and sizing the bike seats There were 6 in our tour. We left right on time at 10 and got back at 12:45. We stopped multiple times for photo ops and to look at different properties. We even got to walk through the La Playa hotel which is a beautiful property! I loved seeing and learning about the Comstock homes and the fact that the homes in Carmel by the Sea do not have street addresses. (They will soon as a new reg has passed that every property now needs a proper address... Not just a name.) All in all, I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the tour very much. I don't ride bikes often anymore as an adult and this was the first time riding an E-Bike. The learning curve is easy once you know the difference between Eco, Sport and Turbo. I enjoyed it and it made the tour almost effortless. Highly recommend Mad Dogs! Note....the coffee shop is just up around the corner. You cannot access it directly from the bike shop.
