What an amazing experience!!! 50 years of driving and I've never had to replace my windshield. They told me exactly how to link their company to my GEICO insurance and were able to get approval for OEM BMW glass. Answered my texts immediately. Arrived early for my windshield replacement. Jose was personable, professional, fast, fastidious. Yes, no mess just my 2016 X5 looking "brand new!!!" We laughed!!! Use this company. I don't often write reviews but if I strike gold I'm definitely a sharer. Thank you! Thank you! read more

Jose is excellent. He replaced a windshield on one of our vehicles, and repaired 2 small chips on another vehicle. The quality of his work is excellent. The prices were reasonable. Oh my goodness: Jose + Seaside Autoglass is awesome. Jose reminded me what awesome service could and should be. When I registered my claim with State Farm (this was for a whole windshield replacement), they offered me a list of vendors in the area. I pulled up google reviews for all of them, and Seaside AG was the only one with 5 stars, and now I know why. Jose was super prompt and communicative with texting from the moment I selected Seaside AG, to the day of service. Every expectation he set he then met, and actually over-delivered on the service time - he ended up coming an hour early!! (I mean, when is the last time you've had a service call *and they were early*?!) I have used SafeLite in the past and their service was just okay. As long as I'm in the 831, I'll be working with Jose from here out. (PS: the company is just him and it shows how much he cares about integrity and service.) read more

SAG is a reliable choice for windshield repairs. Jose is a skilled technician who provides excellent customer service, communication, and punctuality. He even demonstrated his honesty by telling my sister her windshield didn't require the repair she thought it did, and didn't charge her for his time. I would like to express my sister's appreciation for your assistance, Jose. read more

I was very pleased with the service from Jose at Seaside. He was by far the most responsive of the multiple auto glass businesses I contacted via Yelp. Arrived on time, finished quickly, and cleaned up. Can't ask for more read more

If this allowed more than 5 stars I would award them. Last weekend during a huge storm someone broke into my car and shattered three windows. I am in the Carmel Highlands with no garage or sheltered place to secure my vehicle. Winds gusted to 55 miles an hour with hard rain. Jose drove to our home with his sweet wife and transported my car himself. He has been kind, communicative and so professional. In this day and age it is rare to meet a knowledgeable, out of the box thinker, who provides a level of service usually reserved for very high end clients. Jose is a rare gem. We are so thankful to have found him. read more

Jose was amazing! Before the appointment, he made sure the communication was there. He gave me a quote after I sent him what my windshield looks like, which was streaked all across. So it needed replacing. At the appointment day, he was there on time. He gave me a choice for when he was done to either call or text me. I chose to hang out, and see how the procedure was. He treated my car with the utmost care from the removal to the new install. If you are in the county and trying to decide between Seaside Autoglass and another company, choose Seaside Autoglass. I'm going to include photos of how my winshield was and after Jose installed the new windshield. Thanks so much Jose!! read more

He was able to obtain an OEM windshield and replace it for me in short order to resolve a nasty crack in the driver's field of view. After reading a sea of 1 and 2-star reviews for Safelite, there's no way I'd let them anywhere near my Type-R for windshield replacement. I keep all my cars detailed and pristine, so I searched for an experienced installer. After looking through all of Jose's online client pics, I could tell he takes immense pride in his work. No scratches on the paint, no runny adhesive residue on the A-pillars, no broken clips, and all seals replaced with new ones. Perfect OEM install, thanks Jose! read more
