I went with "Andy and Me" because they were the only auto glass repair in the area that had an OEM windshield in stock for my Jeep with open appointment availability. I use quotations because this company operates as "Mobile Auto Glass Y Mas" based out of Freedom, CA not as "Andy and Me Auto Glass" from Seaside. With this change in branding is a whole other Yelp page full of reviews. I thought it was strange to be advertising online as one company that may or may not exist while operating as another. Below is the link to the company that they primarily operate as. https://www.yelp.com/biz/mobile-auto-glass-y-mas-freedom-2?start=40 I called the number listed on this page for Andy and Me and was able to schedule a next day mobile appointment which was super convenient. I was given a window of 1-3 pm and the technician called me at 2:11 pm to let me know he'd be arriving in about 15 minutes and confirmed the address. The windshield replacement took about 20 minutes and looks great. My 4-star review is based mostly on the inconsistency in company branding and communication in regard to payment. I received a verbal quote over the phone when I scheduled the appointment but never received an e-mail or any type of confirmation with an invoice of expected costs for parts and labor. After the windshield had been replaced, I called the number on the Mobile Auto Glass Y Mas van to make a payment at which point I was sent a link via text message to pay on my phone. The amount I was originally verbally quoted was not inclusive of tax and the final total was higher than I had thought it would be. Additionally, the total included a credit card processing fee (it was removed from my transaction due to the miscommunication in price). I would have appreciated a confirmation e-mail and an itemized invoice with expected parts and labor totals prior to the service being performed. All in all, this was the shop that had my windshield in stock, answered the phone promptly, and got me a mobile appointment within 24 hrs of scheduling. The technicians were great, and my windshield is brand new. They are a great option for local residents who need a repair/replacement accomplished right away. read more

Terrible service. They schedule an appointment, but don't show up as promised. When telling me they'll call 1/2 hr before they come, they don't. I finally called them to cancel. If you want the job done, don't call these guys, call someone else! read more

Best price i found in the whole monterey county, cheapest i found next to his quote of $210 was $310 and bigger companies like safelite was $450. He drove to my workplace to get it done and did an amazing job. I unfortunately had my windshield damaged twice but only paid $210 x2 compared to what i would've paid with the other people. People complaining about timing are crazy, when you go to the dentist or doctor do they see you at that exact time? no, because depending on the damage depends on the amount of time spent. I rather have him be late, do a good job and give me a fair price for the window. He also offered to help me repair my passenger window for free. If you don't believe me call him for a quote yourself after calling other places. read more

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS !!!! Wasted a whole month waiting for them to fix the window. Charged me $200 upfront then proceeded to take their sweet time getting to my car. They've came 2 times since the first visit but always find more shit to add on. IF YOU NEED YOUR WINDOW FIXED I SUGGEST YOU GO TO A SHOP. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I'm probably still gonna have to pay more than 200 just for the added parts and labor. PLEASE DONT USE THESE GUYS !!!!! read more

Believe the negative reviews. A total lack of respect for schedule and other's time. They will charge you ahead of time and find parts from liquidators and make you wait over 10 days. The owner has no storefront and a habit of blaming the customer and straight up lying to get around their lack of commitment. They are just trying to get as many bills in a day as possible and there is no scheduling in place. Will never recommend it to anyone. read more

Quick, professional, and came to my house within the hours specified. Highly recommend them.

Andy and Me Auto Glass - Amazing New windshield! - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Seaside, California

In the unfortunate world we're living in, my car was ALSO broken into in a "secure" parking garage at the Westin at LAX; both rear windows smashed and everything taken. The valet and the security guards response?: "wow that's the third one today?!" Andy and Me was IMMEDIATELY responsive in arriving and replacing my windows at my home in Carmel. They did professional work and were fast and efficient. It couldn't have been more convenient and they were really nice and brought some comfort and assurance into the situation. I will certainly turn to them every time with auto glass needs. read more

Eric was super helpful, candid, and open to working with me on such short notice. He and his team are clearly knowledgeable and skilled. He had good advice regarding our insurance, and they quickly installed a fix and were open to arranging a permanent fix later that same day if we could stay in town. If you are in or near Monterey, CA and you need a fix to your car windows, I recommend contacting Andy & Me Auto Glass. Thank you for your awesome service and help! read more

Terrible communication and left the job unfinished without a word. It started out fine at first and he did a decent job replacing the windshield. He didn't have a new rain sensor gel to put in though and had to order one and come back to finish the job. I had a follow up appointment scheduled with him and confirmed over text that he will be coming to do the sensor calibration and rain sensor gel install, but a couple days before the appointment I tried to text back to confirm and he just ignored my text. Calls were ignored and went to a full voicemail box. So of course the appointment slot comes and goes and he doesn't show up. So now I have to go find someone else to finish up his half assed work. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if he had scammed me on the price of the windshield replacement either. I initially got a quote over the phone, and after the job was done, the guy asked me what I was quoted and then just charged me the amount I told him, saying he just wanted to make sure I was told the right number. Pretty sketchy in hindsight, but that was naive of me to fall for it. Find someone else to do your windshield replacements. read more

Got my windshield fixed on 12/7/20. Made an emergency appointment and they came directly to my house the same day. Appointment was an estimate between 3-4 and they got here at 4:15pm, but I obviously understand since we made a last minute appointment. Fast service and friendly staff. Overall good experience. read more

Well priced! Good service! Responds quickly! I had to get my windshield completely replaced for my 2018 Audi A4 after a random rock on the freeway caused a large crack. The new windshield was ordered and arrived within 3 days. We met at the Home Depot parking lot since it was convenient for both of us. The installation took less than 20 minutes while I shopped st Home Depot. I saved hundreds of dollars compared to going to the dealership; the price was at my deductible so it wasn't worth it for me to go through my insurance; and this was less than my quote from Safelite. read more

I wanna thank Erick Angulo and his wingman for coming through clutch on a LAST MIN emergency CALL. Mr. Angulo was able to provide fast, clean, and reliable service. I appreciate that Erick Angulo and his co worker were very professional when they arrived, were extremely friendly, and quick on the Job. I just wanna give a big thank you to Erick Angulo and his worker for getting me back on the road asap. The rear windshield of our car shattered (still trying to figure out how, but that's another story). We contacted several auto shops and Andy & Me Auto Glass were very responsive. Literally within 24 hours from our phone conversation, they arrived at our house, removed the shattered glass and replaced the windshield. Not only was their price extremely fair, but their customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend this shop and will use them again if we ever encounter another glass issue. read more

My cars window was broken by a random rock flung by a faulty weed wacker. The guy called these guys to fix it the next day. Eric came to replace my windshield in my own driveway. What a wonderful service! My car, accidentally, had run the battery down, and Eric charged the battery for me. i found erick angulo through yelp !! few days ago, my rear back window has been shattered .. i called erick monday morning to see if they can get the job done& said he would come to me the next day . however, when he arrived (tuesday), he told me that my rear window was a different kind than what i told him (which i didn't know either) he figured out the problem, so he ordered me the right kind the same day & would arrive (wednesday). i did a $100 deposit the same day he ordered it& came back the next day at 4pm and got the job done within 30 minutes !! the only thing is that he will give you an estimated time when he will arrive, but just always call and see just in case .. keep in mind that they come to you and they can get a little behind working on other people, but they get the job done super fast !! Erick is friendly and in my opinion, they're affordable in the Monterey area ! i'm surprised my car is done within the same day& not have to worry about it being in a shop for days, thank you guys ! read more

Quick, easy, and friendly replacement of shattered rear window on Toyota SUV. Next day service and reasonable cost.

These guys were great. They have a lifetime warranty and they fixed a couple of other things that they saw in my door and vacuumed all the glass just out of kindness. Once they got here the whole process only took 15 minutes. My other choices were to drive 40 minutes away to get my window fixed quickly so them being able to come to me was a pleasant surprise. Glad I called them! read more

Called them up early this morning hoping they would be able to replace my windshield by the days end. They first needed to see if they had mine in stock, and there were several different ones for the make of my vehicle. So after answering their questions they even had me take a picture to make sure they have and bring the right one. Although they did run late, I was called and informed this due to heavier then normal traffic. He showed up and got right to work. Full confidence in this guy and company, especially looking inside his van and seeing a dozen + windshields that were replaced. I think they know what they are doing read more

So the screens on my property were finally finished after a very long time.....The materials were the issue and that was something that was out of the hands of this business. I am changing the review from 1 star to 4 stars for the fact that the screen frames were custom made. The quality of the work is very good. Just request from this business more frequent updates as far as timeframe and delivery. read more

I always read reviews before I make a decision but never write one. In this case I had to. Erick at Andy & me was fantastic. My windshield had a nasty encounter with a rock and my insurance deductible was $500. Ouch! I started looking for a local place and got a much lower and reasonable quote over the phone from Erick. He had my windshield in stock and came to ME the next day to replace it. Him and his coworker did the work right in my driveway in less than 30 minutes. They warranty the installation for life AND he will fix the first small chip I get for free!! I can't say enough about this guy. read more
