My son broke our neighbor's windshield and Simon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to get it fixed. The windshield had a lot of technology inside for the lane keeping assist and other functions. Simon asked a bunch of questions and for photos to ensure he got the correct windshield from the distributor. I spoke to him around noon on a Monday and the new windshield was installed by Tuesday afternoon. He went to my neighbor's workplace to fix it onsite so that I didn't inconvenience her more by having her bring it to his shop. And he kept us both up to date so we knew exactly when he'd arrive to do the job. I paid over the phone and everything was seamless. It's possible she will have to get the sensors/settings (for example the windshield wipers go on automatically) recalibrated at the dealer but we won't know until she drives the car in the rain. Owner of the business Simon, has terrible customer service if you don't work around his "re scheduling" he loses al sense of communication, as well as ordering the wrong glass for my vehicle and coming to install it, removing the broken glass only to realize he ordered the wrong one.
