My windshield was shattered after the hood latch became undone. I called around and by chance came across And from the get-go he made things super easy and smooth to have my windshield replaced. The customer service is unmatched. The quality of the work exceptional, well worth every penny. From start to finish the process took about 20min. Tops. I hope I never need this again but if I do I will always come directly to Andy's auto glass. I definitely recommend it! read more

Came half hr early and did not disappoint. Fast and friendly service! Would definitely use and recommend Andres again.

Due to a horizontal crack across my truck's windshield I needed to get it replaced ASAP. So I took to Yelp to find someone to solve my problem. Andres w/ Andy Auto Glass was the first to promptly reply. We set the appointment time, location, negotiated the price, he answered all my questions and provided other details all through the Yelp app. SIDE NOTE FOR YELP VENDORS: As a customer, I use the app because of the convenience of communicating with multiple vendors simultaneously. It saves me time from having to make multiple phone calls and keep a written record of each conversation. Unfortunately, some of you lost my business because you refused to communicate through the app and instead wanted me to call. I understand that some jobs require more information, but you'd be amazed what can be done if you use the technology at your fingertips. This however was not my experience with Andres...the entire transaction was done through the app. Thank you Andres! The mobile service he provided was also super convenient. He met me at my place of employment and did the job on site while I was working. I didn't have to miss work or call in late. He arrived early, assessed the situation, explained what he was going to do and how long it would take him. I was even able to pay him not with a check or cash, but with my card. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Needless to say, there was very little interruption to the flow of my day. Thank you Andres! Windshield replacements are not that common so I don't expect to need this service frequently, but because of my awesome experience I highly recommend Andres w/Andy Auto Glass. If you ever need a windshield replaced or repaired give him a shot. read more

My windshield cracked 2 months ago I live in LA and have been calling places to try and get it repaired and no one will call me back or schedule the appointment. I came to Salinas to visit family for the holidays I was able to get an appointment the same day, reasonable price, fast and efficient work and it was all done on my driveway. Would absolutely recommend read more

This is the second window of my Ram Promaster 3500 that Andy Auto Glass has done for me. I swapped out the fixed, factory glass for two half-slider windows in order to make it more comfortable inside the van and allow for fresh air flow. Andy is extremely friendly, responsive, and a craftsman. He was able to remove the factory glass without the glass breaking, allowing me to resell them. And in doing the installation, he even fixed one of the window pulls that had unglued. I love his integrity and guarantee, his responsiveness to my request to save the original windows, and his quick, efficient, clean style of work. I highly recommend Andy Auto Glass. The fact that he's mobile allows me to save time otherwise spent driving to a glass shop and waiting around. Try Andy Auto Glass for yourself! You'll be glad you did! read more

My car window was broken and I called this service to replace my window. My window was replaced in a EXTREMELY BAD WAY! The door panels are coming off and not set correctly. The window is not put on correctly, air comes in through the window once I put the car in motion. It's a new car and BMW's do not make noise or allow noise to come in. It was a complete waste of money. As I will have to replace the window again and pay for the labor. Not to forget, when I took the car to be tinted, the top panel was removed and showed the "Andy's Auto Glass" replaced a lost screw with tape. And still tried to lie to me about it when confronted. This gentleman refuses to fix my car panels and window. This is the worst, un trustworthy service I've ever gotten. I highly recommend to look else where before you end up with the same situation as me. read more

Andy was awesome again!! I hate to have a window replaced 2 times in a year. But Andy was there!! First the windshield of my Honda, came out the next day. Then today the rear window on my Lexus shattered. I called Andy this morning, he said he can try and get me a new window by the next day. But he was going to make some calls. Within the hour, Andy called me back said he found the window and could be at my house between 11 and 12. Andy showed up at 11:45. Replaced the window and the price was great!! I tried scheduling with Safelite, their soonest appt was a week away and they were charging me more. My wife couldn't. Go around with a blown out back window!! I highly suggest going with Andy if you want it done quick, good price, and professionally. Another great Experience!! Thanks Andy!! read more

Excellent customer service. 100% recommend for affordable and reasonable value for your windshield!

Look no further for your auto glass needs! Andy became available within 3hrs of our initial call, to my home, with new windshield in hand. Furthermore, he pointed out the rust in the windshield channel which would have gotten worse in our coastal climate. He removed the rust and put primer on the affected area before installing new windshield. I very much appreciate his care and expertise of my beloved 21 year old truck. read more

I would highly recommend Andy Auto Glass. I had to get my window replaced due to someone trying to break into my car and Andy's response time was extremely quick and he was able to drive to me and replace it right away. I was considering going to Safelite because that's usually where I go when I have to replace my windshield but due to their lack of customer service and wait time for an appointment I turned to yelp to find an alternative place. I am very satisfied with the results of my window replacement. Andy is very quick, friendly, and reliable. Will definitely be supporting his business for my future needs. read more
