Catherine's reviewed everything on the list and checked my car for each of the suggested repairs; they were unable to substantiate the majority of the repairs on the VW dealer's list. Like I said, my car was driving fine when I brought it in; just needed to get the check engine light fixed. They resolved my check engine light issue by replacing a leak detection pump, and they were able to get me back on the road for ~$600. Their service was quick, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of repairs or service.

I spent $800 for one repair, to which my car stalled out THE DAY OF BRINGING IT HOME. I imagine many other people are experiencing the same issue with this "mechanic". Horrible service. While I was expecting a call that my car was ready for pickup, I was instead met with a call from RWL to say that my suspension "kinda just broke" during a test drive. When I pressed for more details, I was met with conflicting stories of what happened, and a claim that "I was just driving and heard a loud bang". Ultimately it was clear that there was impact damage which caused the control arm to break completely. The shop refused to accept any responsibility and I ultimately was forced to file a claim against the shop in court. Despicable business.
