Recently (10/30/25), I took my car to get a routine oil change at a recommended place. Well, fast forward that visit caused my engine (so I was told by Walter- owner of Lanza)! He told me that my Turbo/engine was ruined and I would need to replace. I decided to replace after a few months undecided what to do. Walter found me a rebuilt engine, told me it had 80k miles, assured me he would replace any parts need with new parts, told me my car would be running like new. Fast forward, Gave him $2,800 for the engine replacement. Took a week to be delivered. Once received he tells me that engine was good. He has to get another one. Received another one (so he say) he tells me it would only take a few days to put in my car , however it took a a couple of months! in between all this time, I was not offered a loaner so I had to rent cars. In between this time he was not communicating with me! Every time I called to see what was going on my car I was told' Tamara- can I call you back in a hour' no call back....or no answer at all! No reply back! Now, you have my car and my money. I had to go up to the shop a few times and saw my car not completed but was assured it would be done that week. That did not happen. Fast forward, I got my car back last week- now my POWER STEERING is out! Didn't have this problem before! I will NEVER go back for service here! Makes me wonder the years I've been taking my car to this place- if they messed up my engine! Bad business! I don't have money to play with! This situation cost me ALOT of money and my car still isn't running right! This is a SCAM all the way around! BEWARE!

I was then billed for 3k, which I felt was too much for the service I was requesting. So doing my own research I realized that they were at least charging 40% more the what the job should have been. Which is where Trinity Mobile Mechanics came in! Real life superheros. Setting up an appointment and getting a quote with them was super easy. The owner knew exactly what he was doing. After doing his own diagnostics, he had the integrity to call me and let me know what the real issue was and that I definitely didn't have to pay what the other shop was trying to get from me.
