So I'm going to list this in pros and cons and explain as I go…read more Pros: + Awesome waiting area - I've been in a lot of auto shops before, and waiting areas are important, but often not paid much attention to when it comes to auto repair shops. I mean, I have been in shops where the waiting room was literally a couch on the side of the garage. This is a tragedy because auto repair usually takes quite some time, especially if they have to order parts for your vehicle. This place, though, has a beautiful waiting area. A water cooler, several nice chairs, a children's play area, a large screen TV, several magazines on topics other than cars, including TIME magazine. There was also a nice bathroom for anyone waiting a while like I was. And on another note, in the bathroom I saw a drawer labeled "feminine products." In an auto shop? It blew my mind. + Good service - I called 3 different auto shops when I was looking to get my brakes done. This one was the only one that actually picked up the phone. They had a regularly manned front desk. The main person who handled the back and forth between the mechanics and me seemed to be knowledgeable about the mechanic side, but also able to deal with customers with ease, which is rare. The rain also started to pick up as I left, so he let me leave out the back instead of having me walk in the rain to my car. + Clean auto shop all around - Not only was the waiting area clean, but the auto shop itself was as well. + Fair pricing and knowledgeable mechanics - All labor and parts are broken down on your bill, and if there is extra work that needs to be done, they will discuss it with you first. It was also nice that they managed to get a picture to show me of the part that needed to be replaced, so I knew they weren't just making stuff up. Cons: + Limited parking at the office - There are only three parking spaces before the mechanic's yard. Two were used when I got there. If anyone had arrived after me, I don't think they would've had anywhere to really park unless they went directly into the yard. In general, this auto shop was very good. For most, the experience would've rated fantastic, however, I'm particularly picky when it comes to auto repair shops. Before I moved to Atlanta, I had a regular mechanic in Oklahoma who was better than any other I've ever had. He was the kind that walked you out to the garage to show you all the problems in person that he found with your car. He also did the job in half the time in comparison to most repair shops. Had he repaired my car on this occasion as well, if I know him, he would've told me the extent of the repair within the first 15 minutes that he was working on the car, and likely had the repair done within two hours. In comparison, it took over an hour and a half for this shop to even ask for my consent for the bulk of the repairs and another 2 and half hours to complete. By industry standards, this shop is still very good, and would be rated probably as one of the best in the area. However, its still not on the same level as the auto shop I had in the past. Therefore, it still left me feeling less than completely satisfied.

I was then billed for 3k, which I felt was too much for the service I was requesting. So doing my own research I realized that they were at least charging 40% more the what the job should have been. Which is where Trinity Mobile Mechanics came in! Real life superheros. Setting up an appointment and getting a quote with them was super easy. The owner knew exactly what he was doing. After doing his own diagnostics, he had the integrity to call me and let me know what the real issue was and that I definitely didn't have to pay what the other shop was trying to get from me. All and all the job was done same day for a real reasonable price. I recommend Trinity any day of the week. And I will be taking my car here for now on. Real good businesses don't get enough credit. Sorry to report that this business has closed due to the death of the owner, Ken, in early 2022. I…read moream very sad to learn this news, since I had recommended them to another friend, and wondered why they don't answer the phone. I stopped by the other day, and there are cars parked inside a locked gate, but no signs of life anywhere. Ken and H&M had been recommended to me by another friend when a different mechanic's repair of my 2003 Honda Accord ended up with sludge in my engine. (I had used that previous Honda-only mechanic for many years, but then stopped using them after they messed up my car. I couldn't trust them anymore.) Ken told me that I would have been better off replacing my engine instead of repairing it, and that it would have cost about the same, or even less, to do that. Ken and H&M were always honest and reliable. I have since traded in that old Honda Accord for a new one, and was looking forward to going back to Ken and H&M after my manufacturer's service contract on my new car expired. Sadly, due to Ken's death and the closing of this business, I will need to find a different mechanic if I don't want to continue using the Honda dealer where I purchased my new car. There are no signs outside that the business is closed. I'm guessing the family is still in a bit of shock. I have attached a photo showing the gate is closed during normal business hours.

The store I bought the battery from said that the battery needed charging, but I knew better since it wouldn't hold any charge since after driving for 30 minutes.
