When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

I did have to wait a little longer than expected, but honestly the condition of my car was pretty rough, as my car had been stolen a couple of weeks before and reeked of cigarette smoke, and was covered with ashes and candy wrappers.. They are the most unprofessional and uncommunicative SO-CALLED business I have ever dealt with. First of all they did not even talk to me properly about what was going with my vehicle. I sat there for over 2 hours and then they told me that they needed me to leave my car and they would call me between 5:30 and 6 pm. I never received a call, I called them no answer. I called at 9 the next morning no answer, then finally at 9:38, the Secretary answered and after putting me on hold twice told me the mechanic would call me back in a hour, almost 2 hours later I had to call him back. I was then told that they were checking the water pump and would call me back as soon as they figured out exactly what was wrong with my car, this I found out after 5pm and several phone calls later. They also don't even have you fill out anything or sign anything agreeing for them to do work on your car and charge you for it . Instead of initially test driving the car, these idiots did a million other things according to them first and when they finally decided to test drive it found out it was the Fan Control Module. So in total they charged me $339.00 because they included 2 hours of labour for their own stupidity. I am appalled that people run a business like this and I have a mechanic who was servicing my car before I moved to Georgia who told me that there are some mechanics who will just rip you off and this is one of them. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED IT BACK PROMPTLY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR NEEDS JUST THEIR POCKETS.
