    Jarad Green swiping business cards

We recently had a hail storm and roofers are canvassing the neighborhood looking for a quick buck. Yesterday Jarad Green of Quick Roofing dropped his card off and swiped all the other roofers cards from my doorstop. Seems a bit dishonest to me, would you use them???

We are extremely happy with our new roof, Sean Reid explain what we need to know and worked with our insurance. Call him at 817-723-5880, leave a msg and he will deliver on his word.

This is what my roof looks like less then 4 years ltr.

Just had my insurance company out to check my roof. Quick roof installed an entire new roof decking and all 4 years ago, the insurance company said it's the worst installation of a roof he has seen in years. Poor quality materials were used. And as of today I must have a complete new roof. Dont trust them. Jody was the man we delt with. What a mess they have left us in.

Proof of the argument. Have more pics of hail damages that's more than 500 dollar fix that quick roof claims.

I was looking at purchasing a house in Savannah, TX through a company called OpenDoor. When I was doing a home inspection, the guy told me to get a roof inspection since it look like hail damage. I researched for the best roofing companies around Little Elm. The first company the did my inspection was Level 1 General Construciton (AMAZING). The company emailed me a FULL detailed report with pictures and listing everything wrong with the roof. When I brought it to Opendoor attention after they stated the roof was in great shape - they were floored that I found out that I covered my tracks. They came back stating they would do another roof inspection through Quick Roofing (2 stars remind you) and my realtor said we would do the same. The other roofing inspection was through Carsa construction (5 star rating) which did the same thing as before. Very detailed roof report with pictures and proving there was severe hail damage. Todd Rowe from Quick Roofing stated that there was little hail damage and only 500 dollars to repair (Opendoor realtor company go-to with addendum is 500 cost to repair. Doesn't matter what the repair is- Opendoor will just offer 500 as max). Todde Rowe only provided a few pictures with lack of description. Its clearly he is being paid by Opendoor and works for them. I called back both roofing company about Todd Rowe report and both were shocked. They said any TRUE roofer would immediately know that the roof was damaged and was a no brainier. I have all reports and you can see how shady quick roofing is. Also research this company they have horrible reviews stating how things were never fixed properly. I am not surprised. I would never recommend this company. ***Update - Please refer to my google review with all the pictures that I have attached since Yelp is limited with description. Show how dishonest they are. Answering to Quick Roofing Response- Adding few pictures from previous roofers report showing the damage is more than 500 dollars. Would like to state that there were TWO major hail storms that year and this house was the only one that didn't need a new roof?? If you drove down you saw every house getting their roof fixed. Guess this house was lucky that it was the only one with minor damages. Like my realtor said when he read your report "not amused with it at all!" Also if you research this company. Yelp gave them 1 1/2 stars--yikes! Read your complaints reports on the BBB and took years to get it fixed...ouch

The roof, vent and gutters look great. Chimney cap was replaced a day later.

Quick Roofing (QR) company did an exceptional job on the roof as well as several other jobs at my home. Garrett w/QR provided excellent service, communication and support from the beginning to the conclusion of this project. Payment is not taken until the job is DONE. The overall quality of the products, warranty, service, and overall visual/functionality of the finished job was as promised. (We had Roofing, drain vents, chimney cap, guttering and inside leaks/drywall, paint repair done.) This is who you call.

Joe Taylor appeared charming & kind when the project was going well, until his plumber, Ayers Plumbing, messed up. One of the plumbers forgot to put putty around the 2 sink drains during installation of the 2 new Delta faucets (with metal drains), resulting in water dripping into the 2 brand-new $1200 cabinets. Ayers & one of his other workers came to install the toilet & loudly talked about forgotten putty, then told us it was the 2 defective Delta faucets. Joe Taylor & his project manager came in person to see the leak & instead of taking responsibility & apologize for his plumber's mistake, he blamed us for not using the faucets (which we were told was ok to use after installation) & not buying the faucets from his supplier (that sold the exact faucets for $175 more). We contacted Delta for new drains, but neither Ayers nor Joe was willing to write anything on paper for a formal Delta claim (RED FLAG). Joe then told us that he "fired" Ayers but continued to deny the mistake, & told us to find another plumber at our cost (which was built-in into the contract). He refused to properly investigate the damage to the new cabinets, stating that is only "cosmetic" damage (we PAID him for these 2 brand new cabinets). He was angry when we asked for cabinet replacements. Instead, he sent his painter few times to make the cabinets look new again. He then said he can't guarantee any of his plumber's work, including the toilet, so we can't use it until we pay another plumber to redo the work. Then, he came up with additional "supplemental" fees after payment of the final bill. Joe insisted on us owing him money instead of correcting the work that his plumber messed up on. We also paid him for hardware installation. His carpenter installed the bathroom mirror sitting directly on backsplash, leaving no room to clean the top of the backsplash & put bathroom shelving on the wall so low that interfered with the toilet location. He billed us $250 for him to correct these mistakes! He became very angry when we reported him to BBB & SENT US A MALICIOUS EMAIL threatening us & our children's wellbeing. So, now we have a nonfunctional fully-paid bathroom, A LOT OF MESS, & additional fees to pursue further actions.

We were referred to CWF by A#1 Air. Project Manager Oscar showed up to assess the damage later that same day (Wednesday, Jan 17th)and walked us through the process. During his time here, we contacted our insurance company to file a claim which was initiated within 20 minutes with a representative over the phone. Since Oscar was present, it facilitated communication. Oscar gave us a two-hour window between 8am and 10am and said that we should expect to receive a call from dispatch informing us that they are on their way. He also took a series of pictures before he left so that he could inform the crew of the events that transpired. On Saturday, January 20th, the mitigation crew removed a portion of the engineered flooring that was affected and promptly placed industrial fans on and around it. They informed us that they would be back to pick up the equipment (in 4 days) after the area has completely dried and answered any questions we had. Kris, Sheldon, Gabriel, and Oscar were professional and knowledgeable - explaining everything about the process and I appreciate the time and patience they took on a Saturday morning to help us. We are going to go with CWF for restoration as well.

What initially created the need for the call was a gas fireplace that would not ignite I had previously tried ChatGPT, called a chimney sweep company, and even called the previous owner of my house, all to no avail. Within a few minutes of of arriving, Jordan was able to locate the hidden shut off for the gas fireplace and get it working pretty promptly. While here, he was able to notice a couple of other things that needed attention. My tankless water heater had been installed incorrectly by the previous plumber, and the technicians from Hukill's were able to manage that. And also, when it came to a clogged sink in our master bathroom, they were able to address that as well. By the end of our time together I had heard some good stories from Jordan, I was able to practice my French with Joseph and most importantly had a lot of small annoyances cleared up (literally) leaving my home in better functioning order than when they arrived. However, we are hoping when we do our next project, which will be the kitchen, that Ray and Nohemi will be available. Would love to work with them beyond just the design phase.

YES, their were Construction delays and hiccups along they way. It's called Construction for a reason. But what we love about HDP is they stand behind their work and they are as honest and trustworthy as you get. Just incredible people. It is 2025 and we again have a few projects we want to do and some things we want updated. Ray was able to reach out to the subcontractor who worked with us during our 2016 remodel to make changes to our home security system and cameras. Seriously, almost 10 years later. We had a custom built steel gate installed in 2016. Ray still knew who built it and knew what would be involved at adding a new coat of paint. Ray also helped with moving us over to one system like Ring, Nest,or Wyze. Instead of a hodge podge of various products. This has been huge. During that process he reminded us that the new code requires 3 smoke/fire/carbon detectors. We have referred several friends to HDP and allowed individuals to tour our home and inspect his work. Because we continue to be that impressed. Last week we again gave him a long list of normal wear and tear items to more extensive projects and he submitted his review timely and accurately along with a couple suggestions. We look forward to beginning the next list of projects.
