Quick roofing is a professional, well established company that performs high-quality work their customers can rely on. They installed an incredibly beautiful roof on my parents home back in 2013, and I knew I could count on them to do the same for me on my commercial building now in July of 2021. They did not disappoint. Josh Harris, Sales/Project Manager, is irreplaceable, and has the patience of a saint, lol! He answered all of my many questions, and understood and alleviated my concerns. I highly recommend Quick Roofing because of the following: 1. Foreman/PM John was extremely helpful and helped guide me through understanding the insurance estimate and recoverable depreciation. He was always available by phone or text and very responsive. 2. They were a one stop shop. They coordinated with other contractors to take care of other items that I needed repaired or replaced (gutters, painting, etc.), saved me the hassle of having to get quotes on my own. 3. Roof replacement was extremely thorough and professional. A project manager was on site throughout the install to check in and make sure all was running smooth. 4. Recoverable depreciation. QR took care of filing the recoverable depreciation with my insurance and saved me the trouble of having to do that. Area of opportunity: Timely Completion. The roof install was completed the first part of June and two months later there are a few other items still yet to be completed (fence gate needs repaired that was broken by the roof installers, A/C unit needs straightened/fins combed, and paint on some flashing on the roof that was chipped during the install needs replaced). Busy time for them I know but I have had to follow up at least every week to check in on status and two months later there are items that still need completed. read more

I had used Quick Roofing before, on another house. So when I needed a small repair job done, I contacted QR to give me an estimate on the repair. I was going to pay out of pocket for it because insurance said it wasn't covered. I was put in contact with Jake Self of QR. He decided to check the whole roof while he was there, and found a lot of hail damage. I would have never noticed it. He suggested to file a claim and insurance bought it off. I am so glad I called Jake. He set up the whole job to be done and kept me informed of every aspect of the replacement. He was so thorough with details and pictures. He guided me through everything. The crew that did the job were professionals and they went beyond their capabilities. They even had to replace all the decking to bring it up to code. I had a leak and called out another roofer to give an estimate. It turned out that I had a known hail damage so I contacted my insurance. Insurance give me the supreme run around and the original roofing company proved to be lacking when it comes to dealing with pushback. Several Gong show consultations later and I was not better for the efforts. A builder friend recommended Quick Roofing and from the start these guys were well above the others in their approach, demeanor and straight forward integrity (yes, I said integrity and roofing in the same sentence). Obviously, they got the job done with the insurance but it didn't stop there. They came out when the sun was not up and started earlier than others that were roofing on my street because it was better for the roof not to be walked on when it was the heat of the day. Quick roofing was in my neighborhood doing free inspections after a few bad storms. It turns out my roof, which hadn't had been updates since the house was built 11 years prior, had many damage locations! Shane, who inspected my roof, took photos of each to show me upon the completed inspection. Shane was my salesman. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He made suggestions that worked perfectly for our home. He even noticed other items such as a lack of ventilation in the attack and suggested some additional ventilation to help and he was right! Jeff Solomon was my project manager. He and his crew were here early and ready to go. They were absolute surgeons! Everything was spot on, done well and done right. I originally wanted a small repair. After meeting with John Belding, he showed me pictures of way more damage than I was aware of. I decided to replace the roof with new shingles. I had interior water damage from a hard rain. Quick Roofing was recommend to us from a GC friend of mine. Brian came to our house and did an evaluation of our roof and found that we had substantial hail damage. He worked with our agent and was very professional.
