Hired them to replace a gate. Never totally finished the job. They did replace my gate, after several days of I'll be there tomorrow. Then they asked for more money. The work was good, after all of the b.s. Then they never came back to take the old wood, that was agreed upon when they started the job. Texted them several times, and just got ghosted. If they can't complete a small job, like a gate replacement, how can you trust them with a more complex job, like roofing your house. read more

I found Quick Roofing through my solar supplier and overall they did a great job on the roof (from what I can tell from the ground), showed up on time and finished early. Everyone was very polite. There was a bit of debris left on window sills and on the back patio and they left behind the downspouts saying it's best that I remove them from the stone as to prevent any damage/liability, but it was an unexpected surprise. They took down the old satellite dish but just cut the wires at the roof and I had to get the ladder out and pull it down. They also got something on the stucco of the house they tried to wash off and left behind a stain. It wasn't a huge deal because we were getting the house painted and none of those are big items and as I understand it they were more than willing to come back and make it right but I'm docking a star for cleanliness, carefulness and communication about the gutters. read more

Based on a recommendation by my brother, I contacted Quick Roofing to get someone to look at my roof. I was told I had scheduled an appointment for later in the week and that a sales rep would be contacting me. I was never contacted and called the company about the appointment after it had elapsed. I was told by the lady that took the call who I am pretty sure had set the appointment a couple of day earlier and then the manager that they didn't have anything in the system about it. No apology, no attempt to fix anything and get someone out. Just how there broken process was supposed to work which they clearly did not follow. I wouldn't bother with this company, too many good roofers out there that are responsible as well. read more

Following the recent storm that moved through our neighborhood Art inspected our roof and showed us photos of the extensive hail damage our house incurred. Art helped with our insurance company, met with the Insurance adjuster to see that all the hail damage was addressed, personally took care of a couple of non roof damages, and kept us updated on various aspects of the process. Art also acted as an advocate for us with the insurance company to see that updated decking, required by Dallas city code, was covered by our policy. Jorge Nunez was great to work with! I had some water damage on the front part of my eaves caused by some poorly attached guttering by the previous owner of my home. I was concerned that all of the eaves would need to be replaced and that there might be damage to the roof. He did a full inspection and was able to assure me that the damage hadn't spread that far. He and his crew were able to quickly replace and repair the damage, power washed, and put on some fresh paint. In the middle of the repairs, I asked about adding some shutters and an accent to the house and he didn't bat an eye. He came right over, went over a couple of options with me, and had that completed quickly as well. When he was checking over the work at what I thought was the end, he noticed a few cosmetic details and that the old gutters were on the property still. I had a rood installed by these guys 4 years ago. Shingles started flying off my roof on year number 2, had them come out and they said it was a shingle issue. Put in a warranty claim with TAMKO shingles, they say it was installation issue with the shingles. I will never use or recommend either of them again. Very disappointed. I was looking at purchasing a house in Savannah, TX through a company called OpenDoor. When I was doing a home inspection, the guy told me to get a roof inspection since it look like hail damage. I researched for the best roofing companies around Little Elm. The first company the did my inspection was Level 1 General Construciton (AMAZING). The company emailed me a FULL detailed report with pictures and listing everything wrong with the roof. When I brought it to Opendoor attention after they stated the roof was in great shape - they were floored that I found out that I covered my tracks. They came back stating they would do another roof inspection through Quick Roofing (2 stars remind you) and my realtor said we would do the same. The other roofing inspection was through Carsa construction (5 star rating) which did the same thing as before. Very detailed roof report with pictures and proving there was severe hail damage. Todd Rowe from Quick Roofing stated that there was little hail damage and only 500 dollars to repair (Opendoor realtor company go-to with addendum is 500 cost to repair. Doesn't matter what the repair is- Opendoor will just offer 500 as max). Todde Rowe only provided a few pictures with lack of description. Its clearly he is being paid by Opendoor and works for them. I called back both roofing company about Todd Rowe report and both were shocked. They said any TRUE roofer would immediately know that the roof was damaged and was a no brainier. I have all reports and you can see how shady quick roofing is. Also research this company they have horrible reviews stating how things were never fixed properly. I am not surprised. I would never recommend this company. ***Update - Please refer to my google review with all the pictures that I have attached since Yelp is limited with description. Show how dishonest they are. Answering to Quick Roofing Response- Adding few pictures from previous roofers report showing the damage is more than 500 dollars. Would like to state that there were TWO major hail storms that year and this house was the only one that didn't need a new roof?? If you drove down you saw every house getting their roof fixed. Guess this house was lucky that it was the only one with minor damages. Like my realtor said when he read your report "not amused with it at all!" Also if you research this company. I found out from the adjuster after few weeks that nobody contacted him to work on my claim. I have to do everything myself and regret that i started the claim process after hearing the lies the representative told me. He later found out that my policy did not cover enough for change my roof, he starts to lie to me and keep telling me he was working with the claim adjuster. Ok so I really want to say something nice about this company, I see others making comments about roof leaks w/new homes. I too have a new home built this past year and yes almost every time it has rained we have had a leak, but with our builder (John Houston Custom Homes) we just put in a warranty request and JHCH get it taken care of. not just the leak but the damage the leak causes to the sheetrock, stains ect. they use Quick roofing for their roofs. So in some of these cases look to the builder. However I also have rental properties that I have called Quick Roofing for and I have been stood up on so many times and had them come out over and over again for the same problem, finally the leak seems to be fixed, but they put black shingles on in stead of brown. I still have called over and over again and they keep telling me they are sending someone out but don't. read more

Quick Roofing was doing the roof on my neighbor's house. They delivered their materials to my driveway and the side of my house blocking access to my gate. This was done without asking permission. After delivery, the site manager then came to my door to ask permission. When I saw their large forklift wheeling in and out of my driveway I told him no and that I did not appreciate what they had done. He said he would have it moved. Over an hour later, there were more materials on my driveway. When we confronted him about this, his excuse was that he didn't realize it was my property. This is a concrete driveway that goes into my front access garage with the concrete extending down the side to my gate. If he can't even figure out who's property he is on, I pity the roofing job they are doing. Hopefully he can find the right roof. read more

I have a wavy roof cause of the decking I have 4 leaks in my house, and yesterday I found out there is no decking on my patio which is leaking. It's a 20 year roof . Customer service needs a big improvement! We had our roof replaced in November of 2019 by Quick Roofing and had no issues with the roof installation. They installed the attick fan in the wrong spot, but came back and fixed it. In June of 2020 we went to the roof to make sure that all attic fans that were installed during the roof replacement are working properly and found out the one of them isn't coming on. I reached out to their office. The lady who answered the phone told me to expect a call in a few days. A few days later I called them back again and they assured me that they will find out why nobody called me yet. The next day they called me to let me know that electrician is supposed to come out and figure out what is wrong with the fan and he is going to call me in a day or two to schedule the appointment. A week later....no one called yet! I am calling again the main office and they have no idea when the electrician will be here. Get it together guys! Just wanted to say I tried to hire quick roofing for a job at my house. I did not use them due to the fact they they lied to me. I asked for an estimate, they insisted I turn over my insurance claim. They said that if their bid comes on under the insurance claim amount, the insurance company wouldn't pay anymore then necessary. That is a lie. If the insurance company gives me $10,000 for my roof and someone will fix it for less, the insurance company will still pay the original claim amount. They lied to me in order to extract every dollar possible from the insurance company. I wouldn't suggest you or anyone else do business with these crooks. read more

This company was working at a house near my mother in Arlington, and she went over to ask if they could estimate what a repair would be for her roof, as she had a leak from a limb falling on it. That was last week - today, they came out and did the repair for free, and inspected anything else that might be needed - all within 10 minutes! Mom's on fixed income, over 80 years old, and sometimes hard to work with (read: ornery). But they had no problems working with her and arraigned to resolve her leak issue for free as a public service. She was impressed with their equipment and professionalism. And they didn't do it so she would post a review either - she does not have a computer, nor did she tell me about this all until it was already done.. So, I think that its at least important to mention this on yelp - for others to consider when selecting a company. Thank you! read more
