Mario was the technician that came out to fix my lock issue. Although he was an hour late, he did a GREAT job. In addition, he was very friendly and helped answer any questions that I had (which ended up being a lot). I have a Medeco lock which can be a pain for a lot of locksmiths. Mario changed what needed be changed on both the lock and the keys. The price worked for me as well! read more

Mario was the technician who came out. I got locked out at 8pm on a friday night from my house so it was great that Mario arrived in 30mins from my call. He was also very friendly and nice. He made me a couple of spare keys with no additional charge. However, the flat rate charge is too high in my opinion. I paid $105. I would have given 5 stars if the price were a little better. But Mario is great. read more

Locked myself out of my bedroom like an idiot and 4 hours of lockpicking that I thought I had expertise in (in video games of course) did not make the cut. There was really no other option and as this was probably the most affordable and accessible result I found. the locksmith came to my area in Hayward in under 20 mins and promptly unlocked my door. He is cash only, but not having any on me, he accompanied me to an atm. It was $65 to unlock my door. Big lessons learned. read more

Dennis replaced the mailbox key of our client as she had requested it done. He came within 30 minutes and was able to finished the work in less than 20 minutes. Dennis is wonderful. Even dropped me off at a coffee shop while my car is being used.

I found Dennis on here and am very pleased with the work he did. I got a next-day appt. for him to re-key the locks on the house I bought recently. He worked quickly and managed to change two locks and re-key nine locks in a bit over an hour which was faster than the estimate he gave me over the phone. He didn't charge me for labor which runs I think $60/hour and said that's what he usually does for yelp clients. Pretty sure in my case that cam out to be around 25% off. The whole thing did turn out to be more expensive than I thought it would, but I'm stoked to now have one key work on every lock rather than three different keys for various doors. One minor thing was that he left doors open several times and it was chilly out. I was glad I'd managed to corral my cats when he first arrived. Not a huge deal but something to be aware of, esp. if you have pets or little kids. read more

Locked my keys in my car at the gestation. This one guy came fairly quick and immediately started unlocking(picking the lock) the lock...but he did this before we even talked price or anything. So I asked him "what exactly are you doing?" And " how much do you charge to do that?" He replied "65$." I thought it was a bit steep. But I needed his help. I asked if he'd give me a break on the price I didn't have much cash on me. He took care if me and opened my car for me. Cool dude. read more

Quick response. Definitely recommended. A reliable and legit company to service your locksmith needs. Please support local businesses. After being given run around by a few sketchy so called "we can negotiate a deal with you" companies that had their "technicians" return my phone calls from out of state phone numbers and who only accepted credit cards - this company, with their set price local phone number, and outstanding Yelp reviews was most welcome. Be aware that the companies that sounds like a "better deal" will most likely end up costing more money. My lock was installed and working in less than 10 minutes and I was charged as promised. Yayyyy!! read more
