My 1997 Cadillac failed to start yestd due to failure in security theft system [ GM special - VATS failure]. Called Dennis, got an immediate response from him and an appoinment. Dennis was on time and in 35 minutes was down to the wire that was causing the failure. To delight me he connected the old wire and started the car. That confirmed he had the right fix for it. After getting the spare part (the wire kit) it took him another 35 minutes to put all the things together to perfection. Mario is the best! I locked myself out of my bedroom at 8pm on a Monday night and very nearly paid $80 to have it fixed until I called Mario. I texted him a picture of my door and he told me right away that I could easily open the door using a penny! Mario could have easily charged me $$$ to "fix" the door for me but he's not a swindler (unlike the other locksmith I called and had sent the same picture to). The name says it all! A very quick response it was! Dennis was here in less that 15 minutes, cut and programmed a new key in les than 10 minutes, and even gave me a spare all for just THE RIGHT PRICE!!! I broke the only transponder key to my car and being on a tight budget, I bought a blank transponder key and had it cut at the honda dealership based on my VIN# that ended up not working at all on my car. =o( So, I decided to take a different route called another locksmith who quoted me at a so/so price to extract the broken piece from the ignition and cut/program a new key. After extracting the broken piece hours later They decided to charge me twice the amount they had quoted me. I unhappily paid them for a job left half done and they went their happy way leaving me without a key and broke from paying too much to remove a piece of metal from the ignition =o( They wanted me to bring the broken key to their shop to make a new one.... That's when I called Dennis. Oh how I wish I would have called Quick Respond Locksmith to begin with.
