David is a genuinely nice and honest guy that keeps his word. I lost the only key to my Ford Edge. It's Labor Day and every Ford dealerships service Dept is closed. Since I have to work tomorrow, I started calling mobile locksmiths to get a quote. Every single one quoted me a price range that varied by $100. They would say $300-400 ( some quoted more) but the tech would let me know after service what the final price would be.... I don't play the guessing game with things like this, because we all know it's ends up at the higher range. David quoted me $245 over the phone. I agreed and he was at my house in 10 minutes. Thank you Dan and Quick Mobile Lock and Key! My dead bolt on my front door snapped off and my handle was jammed. I searched on Yelp for a local mobile locksmith and Quick Mobile Lock and Key was the only one who answered. Within an hour, Dan was at my house! Dan offered to do the repair for $85 but recommended we just replace the whole dead bolt for $135. He is honest and explained that the repair could work but he couldn't guarantee it would not break again. I decided to just replace the whole dead bolt. He was fast and professional. Where do I begin with David??? I had the misfortune of my smart key falling out of my pocket while on a roller coaster. I called numerous places that either couldn't program my key, or would quote me a price that I'd have to hit the Mega Millions to afford! Then I found Quick Mobile on Yelp. I had called him multiple times previously throughout the week in an attempt to schedule an appointment with him. My schedule was chaotic so I had to cancel on him a couple of times. He NEVER once became impatient or frustrated. I was finally passing through his area and had a free moment to meet him. So I gave him a call. He told me he could be on his way immediately. I waited roughly about 20-30 minutes and he showed up with pure energy! Didn't feel like business at all. Felt like I was hanging out with a family member! He just had an amazing personality and good positive energy around him. I was expecting a long process as the dealers were quoting me 1-2 hour delays as well as almost double the price of what David charged me. David had me ready to get back on the road in 10 minutes! Best locksmith! Called him around 9:50am and told him that I can't open my car door and needed to be paired with a spare car key. He told me that he'd be here around 11-12. He came on time and took only 20 minutes. When I took him to my car, he told me that he'd call Mr when he was finished. I thought it would take a few hours because he said that, but he explained that it was because it was hot outside so that I didn't have to wait outside in the heat. He not only paired me a new key, he changed the battery for my car remote and taught me how to use it. (It had connectivity issues and I was going to the dealer to get it fixed) Not only was I able to get in my car and have a spare, I don't have to go to the dealer anymore. Called David around 2:30PM to inquire about reprogramming a transponder key for a 2004 Infiniti G35. He explained over the phone that certain Infiniti models have difficulty connecting with transponder keys. He quoted $75 if the key does not connect and $120 if it does. David asked to text him the address and gave an estimated time of arrival to be about 45 minutes. It was 4PM and David had still not shown up - so he was texted again asking what time he will show up. He called back and said he would arrive before 5PM.
