The answer was a flat "no" - matter-of-fact, no counter-offer, no explanation. The shop was empty. The whole interaction lasted maybe 30 seconds. I would have gladly paid a significant rush premium, but there was no opening to even ask. Photos on their Yelp page show rush pricing posted on Post-it notes inside the shop, so the service appears to exist - it just wasn't on offer that day, for reasons I wasn't told. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a pattern rather than a one-off bad day, so don't bother with this business if you need alterations completed in a rush. Heads up: this isn't a standalone storefront, just a room inside a hair salon. I found another tailor in Cathedral City who took care of both items without issue - see my other review.
