Came here because my Dr office informed me this was the only place that got get my blood drawn on a Saturday since they say open on Google maps 5:30am-3pm. I come here come to find out they arent open. Super disappointed since I wasted my time and GAS ! On some false information because the place is too LAZY to update their times on google.

I still love this location of Quest Diagnostics. I have to go at least twice a year and they are consistently great. Pro tip: Make an appointment, and if you like showing up early - try not to be more than 5 minutes early. I usually get seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time consistently! The lobby is a little warm - so don't bundle up :)

Close-up of the entrance. Note the small sign that says "welcome.. we are open" along with their schedule... LIARS!

Actually working and being open the hours you publish online and on your doors would be a nice start! Not everyone has your "bankers hours". Absolutely worthless for anyone on non-standard alternate hours.

No customer service!!!! Just corporate greed!!! Lololol.

They have already replaced customer service with a computer check-in. If they could figure out how to make money without attending to any people... that would be the perfect business model for quest! Lol. They suck ss!!

There is no Yelp for the Cliff Shadows Pkwy location-…read more BEWARE one of their phlebs is a Primerica senior representative and the tech attending to me TRIED TO SELL ME LIFE INSURANCE WHILE I WAS IN THE CHAIR. Not only that, but she disguised it as if this was a service offered by my doctor's office (unrelated practice on the same floor). She TOLD me, that she would PULL MY PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION FROM MY CHART without ANY prior consent, in order to set up a consultation with her. Absolutely disgusted, because who KNOWS how many unsuspecting patients she's done this to already. Grateful she chose to give her sales pitch to the wrong one on the morning of 08/06/26. The LABCORP manager was informed and has NOT followed up with me, or offered any resolution or apology. From my understanding, the tech is still actively employed. The location was reported to the US Dept of Health & Human Services & OCR regarding violating HIPAA.

When I first walked in, I handed the front desk lady my paperwork and was told I needed to fill out the registration. I asked where to do that, and apparently the registration was on an upright iPad near the front. Silly me for missing it. A lot of the people in the waiting room noticed how rude the interaction felt, and several people even commented to me about it afterward. I honestly tried to give grace because she may have been stressed or overwhelmed, and I know healthcare can be difficult. But the reason I'm writing this review is because of Dana, the blonde phlebotomist in the back. She was absolutely wonderful. I hadn't had much water that morning because of an earlier appointment, so finding a vein was a little difficult, but Dana stayed patient, calm, kind, and professional the entire time. She talked with me, joked around a little to help me relax, asked how my day was going, and truly made the whole experience better. Dana has such a beautiful soul and gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had getting blood drawn. Employees like her deserve recognition because they genuinely make a difference in people's days. So while the front experience may not have been ideal, Dana completely turned it around for me. God bless you, Dana -- thank you for your kindness and for making my day better.

Their online check in is the easiest, and the best. As on as I pulled up, I whioped out my handy-dandy cell phone, and checked in. Within five minutes I received a response to proceed to the front desk. The receptionist who greeted me was very nice, and pointed me to the room. As I waited I watched As one of the labs tech walked around complaining about a previous patient. She didn't have anyone in the room with her, so I assume she was on the phone. After about 10 minutes, that same woman with redish-orangish hair walked in and asked me my name. After getting all of my information she proceeded to prepare my arm. As I turned my head, and squeezed my husband's hand, she angrily said, "What are you doing?!" I wasn't sure what she was referring to, so I asked her what she was talking about. She said I was acting weird (?) I told her that my husband is my support system, and I always hold his hand because I don't like needles. She said, "The next time you go into a lab, let someone know you need a hand to hold." Again, I was confused by her statement because holding my husband's hand didn't require a lecture. I'm not sure what was going on with her, but she clearly was in an argumentative mood. When she was done, she told me to advise my doctor of my fear of needles. For someone who has willingly come in for labs, being treated disrespectfully is unnecessary.

I sent the doctor a secure text on the progress my daughter was making with a bug she got and I mentioned another issue that cropped up and provided a picture. The doctor texted me back immediately, then gave me a call to talk it through. We did a telehealth visit on the spot and she phoned in a prescription for me to pick up. I said it in my prior review, but it deserves reiterating: It is tough to find primary care and pediatric doctors in this town who truly care and will go the extra mile. Practice operations can still have ups and downs, which can be disappointing, but you can't overstate the value of finding a doctor that really cares. Thanks Dr. Zulich!!

Also, check their work - they made multiple mistakes with basic things like weighing and measuring my child. When they were concerned my baby shrank (LOL) I made them re-weigh and measure my child, and they'd mis-weighed him. Dr Z totally doesn't really understand the differences between percentages, and percentiles either - which shouldn't need to be explained, especially to a Dr. She told to me "he'd grown 10%", and was super confused when I asked "10%, or 10 percentile points" - it was the latter. Most recently, when asking for his records - they said the could print them when we got there no problem, and we said we'd be there in 15 minutes - "no problem". Arrived, and no one could print it as "a dr or nurse needs to and they're all at lunch". So; massive time wasters, and occasionally incompetent.
