BRENDA WAS TERRIFIC! I have anxiety and she was so kind and took me to lie back and the stick was gentle where I barely felt it. Check in was way by clicking the link in the text message. No need to touch any screens inside the office. Perfect. Hand sanitizer was available in the waiting area. read more

I walked up to the counter and told the girl that my doctor sent me over to pick a kit. She told me I had to sign in anyways which I did then I sat there for 10 minutes when another girl walked up and she helped her and she didn't sign in with my frustration of being here since 10 this morning and it's already 230. I finally walked up. Excuse me. How long do I need to wait to pick this kit up so she end up calling another nurse which helped me within two minutes so kudos to the thin Asian nurse that came up and helped me I wish I got her her name, but the young receptionist sit behind the desk needs to learn a little bit of manners. She could've helped me and hand me a kit. It's not like I had to go back and get a test done. I was just picking up a kit. read more

Located inside of the hospital, on the 2nd floor. I checked in 10 mins early but was called about 15 mins after my apt time- not too big of a deal. The lady helping me apologized and was super nice. read more

This place is a hot mess. They make an appt and still make you wait while they keep taking " standby " patients. Meanwhile once you get in, you're not heard nor listened to. Heaven forbid you try to ask a human being a question... they're gonna tell you to use one of the two broken kiosks to check in. Which makes no sense because your question isn't answered by a water down version of a self checkout cash register. Meanwhile they'll just scurry back to their tiny caves with the next victim. Are you looking for any kind of communication? Well, good luck finding it here... the so called lead lacks any human emotion capacity let alone have two brain cells to rub together to take care of your concern. No one takes responsibility. No one takes accountability. They just clack away on the keyboard read more

Very easy to make an appointment on line or on your phone using their app. Very clean & easy to get to with ample parking. Located on the second floor inside Mountain View Medical Center. Self check in with easy scan for ID and insurance card - my appointment was 8:40 am and they called me at 8:42. Lab Technician was friendly and skilled and the process was as smooth as could be. I recommend this Lab and location. read more

Quest Diagnostics - Automated Check in area at Quest Diagnostics - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I came in as a walk in in the morning, the earliest slot was 3:10. I guess their walk in system sets you up with the closest appointment available, which was convenient for me since I got the day off. At 3:01 Miss Claudia took me back, and by 3:06 she was done. Very efficient, profesional, and quick with her blood draw. 10/10 great overall! read more

Today I had an exceptional experience at this quest. The beautiful woman that took my blood her name was Felicia. She made me feel so comfortable and she was so cheerful. Today I had a death in my family and had to come in before my appointment and she was so compassionate. She put me at ease and left me in a state of actually laughing when I left. This is incredible service and I just can't thank her enough if you're looking for a place to get your blood drawn, I would strongly suggest coming to this laboratory. Congratulations to management for finding such a wonderful employee. read more

I called three times to make sure I was in the correct location and no one answered. It's in MOUNTAIN VIEW HOSPITAL on the 2nd floor. I definitely didn't expect it to be in a hospital but let my confusion not be yours, it is. The wait with an appointment was about 20 minutes. And my phlebotomist my super sweet, and super quick. The blood draw was nothing but a quick prick. Bonus, since it's in a hospital the bathrooms are spotless and clean. read more

This is for the location inside Southwest medical on Tenaya. I've been a phlebotomist for 13 years and when a pt asks for a butterfly, the phlebotomist has to use one. This time Romina, the phlebotomist, lied and tried telling me the regular needle is smaller than a butterfly. I know this isn't true due to my profession. She then backpedaled and said they don't have any as a baby was strapped to a table next to me which would 100% used a butterfly. Mid sentence of me telling her I would pass out, she stuck me anyways without caring what I said. Completely ignorant and uncaring! If people like this work for quest, I'll have my labs drawn elsewhere read more

Nobody likes to get their blood drawn. But when you get an amazing phlebotomist like Elizabeth, who is patient, kind, and skilled at finding very small veins- well... You just don't mind it as much. Absolutely ask for her if you are ever at the Mountain View Hospital location! read more

Made an appointment online for 10:30 and it is now 11:00 and I still haven't been called. I got here at 10:00 and for at least 15 minutes they didn't call anyone. This is just ridiculous. You also check in at a kiosk so you can even talk to someone to find out they are behind read more

The nurse who drew my blood sample was very nice, knowledgeable, compassionate & answered my questions. Thank you!

If you want efficient and respectful medical care definitely don't go here. I simply want guidance from the medical field. I was recently trying to get bloodwork following a very complicated surgery that has been causing me so much discomfort. Ive been in complete agony and only want to find healing. I went wanting to get my bloodwork done and they must have called 20+ other patients before me and when I asked how much longer they were very rude and with attitude expressed that Id have to wait another hr. On top of the 2 hrs I already had to wait after fasting. I'm in a very delicate state after this surgery and I just want help with healing . And it essentially felt like she was having a bad day and made sure I had a bad day waiting for my basic bloodwork. When I could have been cared for right away like every other patient was. I don't feel I was treated fairly and neither does my daughter who's taught medical assisting and is very proficient , if not an expert in assisting in efficient medical care. read more

This location is convenient for me. Staff is nice & accommodating. Phlebotomists are experienced and I've had no issues with bruising from not being able to find a vein. This will always be my first choice when I need lab work done. read more

Don't trust the online check-in, I scheduled for 11:00 the system lost my reservation and I have been sitting here for an hour and a half to get basic blood work done. Correction, I have now been waiting two hours and the staff are rude. Updated, just walked out! read more

3150 N Tenaya Wy, Las Vegas, NV 89128 Excellent service and great employees. The site is easy to find, and clean, with an easy kiosk check in. I checked in, and only waited 5 minutes to be called in. Great guy performed my blood draws, and I barely felt the stick. Thank you Quest. read more

Quick, easy, and nice people there. I don't enjoy getting my blood drawn but the staff makes it easy

Went for a blood work up and it was quick and easy. Charlene was the person taking my blood samples and it was quick and painless. Very good and relaxing you and making it a pleasant experience. The check in was on line and it worked perfect. You can check in when you hit the parking lot and then it will let you know when you're about to be called. Office had a kiosk in case you don't have a phone. Arrived at 7:20 am and left at 7-50 am. Great experience. read more

Quest Diagnostics - Love this quick self check in - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

They were quick, polite, no pain. Due to my own crappy timing I had to leave before they called me back, but when I got back they put me in the same time slot. One big complaint, and it's not about the employees! They have an electronic sign in tablet and the elderly people, and those with trouble reading, don't get it a lot of time. They stand there, confused and embarrassed, until the receptionist notices and has a break to help them. Other than that, good job, Quest. read more

Recently remodeled location. You sign in on one of two iPads. Then you can see your wait time on side of TV screen. They really have the system down here. Wait time was around 10 mins. Was in an out within 20mins. That's really great compared to other Quest I've been to. Love when you go for a blood draw and you don't feel it. Cathy really knew what she was doing! Quest Diagnostics - A scene from The waiting room. Ughhh!!! - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Impersonal and challenging for seniors which are probably their largest customer base. No one available to ask questions. It's pathetic. It appears their bottom line is more important than customer support/service. Don't forget to make sure your name is on the board after sign-in. If not, good luck getting someone to help you with that. read more

If I could give them a zero, I would . I will never go to this location ever again .Waited almost an hour after checking in through their link on my phone, which said I didn't need to check in on the kiosk and showed it to the employee from my phone . He wasn't helpful at all. Left because everyone else was continuing to be taken back after I politely notified them that I wasn't on the board. Fuck this place read more

It's inside a medical building and it requires either elevator or walking up stairs to reach it. My spouse made an appointment online. They were on time. The lobby has a television and water fountain with cups (both hot and cold water options on the fountain). There were several people when we got there, and were called back on a regular basis. My spouse said the phlebotomist did well (no issues getting blood drawn). The waiting room appeared clean and tidy. I did not go in the back, I wasn't there for a procedure. Adequate size parking lot. If you are fasting, there is a Subway sandwich on the ground floor at the main entrance. read more

My appointment was at 8:20. I had to take my test before 9:00. I wasn't called and the people waiting there before me weren't called. I ended up canceling my appointment at 8:56 and walking out. I will probably never go to this location again. read more

I had no problems with this location unlike other reviewers. Cathy my phlebotomist was awesome. She was personable, professional and got the job done quickly by drawing my blood and getting me in and out of that office within minutes. A big tip for everybody if you can is to set up an appointment prior to coming in. I did that online and I was in and out in minutes. There were people in the reception area that were grumbling about having to wait. All I did was check in on their touchpad at their front desk, enter my information, wait a few minutes until I was called in and then I was done. read more

I made an appointment on line a few weeks ahead of my visit. This location is inside Mountain View Hospital. The lobby is TINY. When I arrived, I checked in via the IPAD and my phone using the QR code that was sent to my email. No one greeted me or asked me any questions. My name and approximate wait time was on the TV screen. I waited about 10 minutes and was called in my phlebotomist. I told her that it was only my second time getting blood drawn and that I was a bit nervous. She and I talked the entire time of the procedure. She was very patient and encouraging which helped me stay calm. I am still bruised and sore over a week later, but I have no doubt that is just because of my body, not because of the manner in which she worked on my arm. I got my results 5 days later via the Quest website after I created an account. read more

I went to Quest Diagnostic on N. Tenaya way at 0645 today. I checked in at 0700 & 3 people were ahead of me. I was out by 0724 hrs. I came in fasting & my pcp did not send the order so I did the other doctor's order 4 mos ago. Deborah, the phlebotomist, was very nice, friendly & listens to my frustration of the other Quest location was always solid booked., no appt. available. I also mentioned to her I couldn't find future blood test to do on Quest Diagnostic patient portal. Deborah understood my frustration & gave me a number to call customer service for inquiries. That way I don't have to go to the lab if the doctor did not send the orders. Thank you Deborah for your pleasant attitude in a bright early morning! read more

KATIE (Long Red Hair) is absolutely in the WRONG field of work. Her attitude and sense of hospitality were extremely poor. Her bed side manner and her lack of sensitivity was worse than McDonalds. Completely worth waiting 30 minutes to file a complaint. read more

Full disclosure, I'm a total squeamish wimp when it comes to needles. I hate em, and want nothing to do with shots or blood draws. So a routine physical requires me to go into Quest for a sample. The wait on a Friday morning wasn't too bad. I have my name called and I'm told to go into room #1. It's actually a stall, but ok. The phlebotomist is busy doing whatever, so no greeting. Eventually after standing there like an awkward idiot, I jokingly blurt out "Hey I'm really squeamish over here. Do I sit or uh..." He doesn't even look at me and replies "I'll be with you in a minute." Great. So more awkward standing there for a what feels like forever. He then motions me to sit in the torture bench while snapping on his lycra gloves. He grabs my arm and wraps the elastic band tight around my bicep. Then he picks up his clipboard and starts pulling vile after vile from the shelf. I'm like how many gallons of my blood do they need? Still not having uttered a single word since he told me to wait earlier, he grabs my arm and proceeds squeeze and feel around for my vein. At that point I'd had enough. I'm gonna pass out, so I pull the band from my arm while I get up and walk out. Freakin' vampires. read more

Get there early like at 630,even though they open at 7, believe me you'll be in and out of this place in 15 mins. Within 5 mins of arriving, there was already a line of 5 people behindme. It would've been faster had I already been in the system. But she was very sincere and gentle when it came to drawing my blood. read more

I always go to the Burnham site. The front desk people are very polite and friendly. They have iPads to sign in with. Then flat screen has your initials and your wait time. Even when it was full, and I was a walk in, I was all finished in less then 30 minutes. Usually it is not that full because of the fast staff, both at the front desk, and the draw side.
