    Very easy to make an appointment on line or on your phone using their app. Very clean & easy to get to with ample parking. Located on the second floor inside Mountain View Medical Center. Self check in with easy scan for ID and insurance card - my appointment was 8:40 am and they called me at 8:42. Lab Technician was friendly and skilled and the process was as smooth as could be. I recommend this Lab and location.

    Recently remodeled location. You sign in on one of two iPads. Then you can see your wait time on side of TV screen. They really have the system down here. Wait time was around 10 mins. Was in an out within 20mins. That's really great compared to other Quest I've been to. Love when you go for a blood draw and you don't feel it. Cathy really knew what she was doing! Quick n easy.

I checked in for my 8:10 AM appointment and waited while monitoring the patient queue board, going in and out of my car to ensure I didn't miss my name. At some point my name disappeared from the board even though other 8:10 names were still listed. When I went inside to ask about it, staff would not explain what had happened for approximately 10 minutes. An employee named Eric eventually stated that he had called my name three times and that I would have to check in again and be placed on the standby list. When I calmly asked whether an exception could be made since I had been actively monitoring the board and waiting nearby, he told me to "lower my voice" even though I was not raising it, and then closed the door while I was still trying to understand what to do next. After another wait, he came out and waved me back, which made me believe I would finally be seen. Instead, he informed me that it was now 9:02 AM and implied that because I had mentioned wanting the test done before 9:00 AM, they would not perform the test. When I attempted to clarify that my doctor had only recommended testing before 9 AM, he dismissed me and said he had other patients. This interaction left me extremely upset and in tears. The lack of clear communication and the dismissive manner in which I was treated were unacceptable for a medical facility. I hope management reviews this situation and addresses both the communication process and the level of professionalism shown to patients.

She stuck me in a vein that nobody usually attempts unless they are very good because you can't see it. You have to feel the vein. Only issue with this facility, was it smelt like poop inside. Maybe someone had an accident. I heard someone ask for room deodorizer. Hopefully, it doesn't smell like that all the time. LOL Overall, 10-15 min experience with an appointment from start to finish (with another colleague asking a question)!

When I complained that I had always had my bloodwork done there from that same doctor, they pointed to a sign that said "Only Optumcare patients" but I am an Optumcare patient, and my doctor is an Optumcare subscriber. It was kind of humiliating they way they did it, in front of the whole waiting room of people. I was stunned. It was 7.00 a.m. and I was hungry, fasting, and had driven over 12 miles. They were kind of rude about it, like "hey idiot, can't you read." So I called SW Medical hotline. They said my doctor is not an Optumcare doctor too. But then I had another procedure that same day at SW Medical, in radiology, and they said he was an Optumcare provider and had no problem with me and my order for that procedure. When I first walked in, I handed the front desk lady my paperwork and was told I needed to fill out the registration. I asked where to do that, and apparently the registration was on an upright iPad near the front. Silly me for missing it. A lot of the people in the waiting room noticed how rude the interaction felt, and several people even commented to me about it afterward. I honestly tried to give grace because she may have been stressed or overwhelmed, and I know healthcare can be difficult. But the reason I'm writing this review is because of Dana, the blonde phlebotomist in the back. She was absolutely wonderful. I hadn't had much water that morning because of an earlier appointment, so finding a vein was a little difficult, but Dana stayed patient, calm, kind, and professional the entire time. She talked with me, joked around a little to help me relax, asked how my day was going, and truly made the whole experience better. Dana has such a beautiful soul and gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had getting blood drawn. Employees like her deserve recognition because they genuinely make a difference in people's days. So while the front experience may not have been ideal, Dana completely turned it around for me. I tried a few other inquiries but LV Mobile IV Therapy and James got back to me very quickly. He was coming from Henderson all the way to me in West Summerlin at 7AM on a spontaneous call. I felt like crap since I woke up at 4:30 AM that day (went to bed at 1:30 AM). After 20 minutes of their Myer Drip with some extra pain killers and anti-nausea I was able to sip water and eat some bread. After resting for another 30 minutes post drip, I was able to go about my day as if I did not wake up hung over, dry heaving, with a huge headache. James was great.. very professional and informative. I highly recommend their business, though a little on the higher side of pricing, I believe it's due to their quality and promptness. Hope to not have to use them again but if the time comes, I recommend giving them a call.

AI kept trying yoschedule me for a service i was nit requesting. Days later their system canceled my appointment, rescheduled without talking to me, went back to my insurance company to get approval which created confusion on my insurers part thinking I was getting a second procedure. My procedure was delayed. I had to reschedule appointments with my doctors and specialists because of this and treatment has been delayed. Today, I got a random email saying we got approval from your insurance. You need to schedule an appointment. Call back in fight the AI again and then get with someone who confirms my appointment was still in the system. I asked to be transferred to someone in management to talk about their faulty AI and the auto generating system that was failing clients and get someone who theoretically was supposed to be management. Turns out it was another scheduler, and they had no power to do anything. Another Steinberg fail. After this test I willl not be going back to Steinberg and will be helping my friends and family to go to other providers as well. Why help them? Because so many can't fight their way thru the AI super ststem and just give ip. This is medical need not an impulse buy. The Steinberg of even 5 years ago is gone. The service you get is not worth the hassle and fight thru their subpar systems and poor customer care center. If only there was a zero star option.
