I got lucky that I found this particular office by pure luck. When we moved to Las vegas/henderson a few years ago because we knew nothing about anything. We had to try and hope for the best.Well I have a bit of a medical history like I have to keep a list of my medications and medical problems so I dont forget something. Anyway I came here and was seen by Dr Rebecca Reilly and instantly knew this would be my new Drs office. I had always been seen in the air force hospitals so I was forced to see that I had been coddled to that point and just because they had a "Drs office" didn't mean they were any good. This Drs center is fantastic. I have never had a bad experiance, since coming here (3 years ?) And since I was a nurse, air force medic for over 35 years so they not only take care of me but respect my history and medical knowledge. The office is always efficient and quiet and I can usually get an appointment if not that day the next. Absolutely marvelous would reccomend to anyone. read more

I was released from the emergency room and was told to go see my regular doctor. When I called they told me they could only see me on Wednesday. I explained my situation and the lady said come in ar 12;30. When I got there the front lady stated your appointment was for Wednesday. I told them my phone conversation and she said to baf. No one can see you. They really don't care if you live or die. read more

Actual service isn't too bad, facility is nice and clean. Staff seem nice. My biggest and worst complaint is the billing department is non existent. I was told during my appointment anything not conveyed by my insurance would be charged to my card which they took. A month later I get messages about an outstanding bill. Call to get confirmation and leave a voicemail. No call back. Call again, straight to voicemail. Call the front desk and they tell me billing is a week behind. It's been over 2 months. I'm currently waiting for a manager to call me back apparently. You can't get any confirmation on what or why you're being billed. I wouldn't go here again this has become the biggest headache for no reason. read more

As senior citizens, we really enjoy this place. They stay up-to-date with recommendations to protect our health and help keep us out of the emergency room at the local hospital. The lab is a bit small, but it's conveniently on-site. The quality of care, kindness, and confidentiality are excellent. I recommend making an appointment by phone rather than online. read more

If you want to have a critically low lab level ignored, a fasting test not ordered after you have already fasted or a nurse practitioner withhold your important prescription even though you have an appointment with her for the following week already scheduled and do not receive follow up care or returned phone calls, this is the place for you. Martinez is a clown who claimed he could not get in touch with the lab when my wife had a critically low level. He claimed he called them but could not get through. That has never happened to us. He made my wife call the lab because he was too busy and did not have time. Do they have a staff at this office to take care of these things? Apparently not. When they FINALLY returned our calls, my wife was told that she had to make another appointment to get her prescription. This is like the Three Stooges meet Laurel and Hardy meet the Marx Brothers kind of scenario. They don't care if you live or die, just make as many appointments as possible so they can make money off patients in need. I saw Dr Leo Capobianco at the Dr center and left feeling insulted. I overheard him talking to someone about me and he stated "it's all in her head", in reference to my symptoms. I saw a nurse practitioner who actually listened and had me tested for ADD, as the symptoms sounded familiar to her. Thank God for Carol Cherry. I tested positive for ADD, she placed me on Adderall and my quality of life has improved tremendously!!! Thank you Carol Cherry and shame on you Dr Leo Capobianco. read more

Recently did a yelp review on the location at warm Springs. But since Dr.Capobianco travels to all locations. I think it's very important to all especially if you're looking for a new primary or even an existing patient. Because the things that happened to me, probably continue to happen to other patients as well. I'm sure I'm not the first and I probably won't be the last. Was looking at office hour times to plan ahead. Noticed the review section. Started to read many of them. Those which make negative claims of the place (Teneya Office) I wave the BS flag. Been in Vegas over 40 yrs. Watched the downfall of medical care here due to politicians and attorneys. Had to see Dr. C for an appointment related to a program. From the start, I was impressed with the office operation AND the Doctor staff. Converted Dr. C to my PCP also. Have had friends switch to Doctors Center based upon care and treatment efficiency. Reading claims of staff and doctors not being professional, ya, not happening. I have gone there with no appointment and still able to get seen in under 30 min. Unheard of in Vegas. Only one time in 3 yrs did I experience a delay and that was due to a medical emergency which took place at the office and even then, it was no more than 40min behind. Everyone has their little pet peeves but have to give a bit of leeway with all things considered. Overall, these folks bust their butt daily to make sure if someone needs to see a doctor, they will. If billing, or in reality not having to have the bill sent, is the worst thing. WOW. For me, will continue to use Doctor Center and have Dr. C as a PCP. read more

They always have appointments available, even with short notice. The doctor's really care and understand what you're going through. They take their time and you never feel rushed. I also like the fact that they have x-rays in the office and you could get your blood drawn there right after your appointment. The waiting period is really short, you get seen right away. This review is specifically for the billing dept I had an appointment in may and was charged an amount I later found was covered by insurance. They refuse to issue this money back to me. I received one callback and was told they'd send a check. That was 8 weeks ago. The billing number always goes to voicemail that guarantees a callback in 24 hrs but I have not received any calls since the first one. Good luck if you have any billing issues. read more

Spent an hour and 20 minutes in the office and NEVER saw Dr Capobianco. ( Dr. "C". ) This is the first time in my entire life that I have ever walked out of a doctor's office without seeing the doctor. And if he tries to put in a claim with medicare, I will dispute it. According to Health Grades and documentation, his license was revoked in another state when he pled guilty to multiple felony counts. You can Google the details for yourself. My sole purpose for this appointment was to establish a relationship with a new primary physician because my current one (who I really like) is moving her office 28 miles away, and that's just too far for me to travel for a primary physician. This information was made Very clear when I made my appointment. It was specifically for Dr. "C". After turning in 10 pages of personal information, the first person to see me was the assistant who couldn't even measure properly because she thought 58 1/2 inches meant 5 ft 8 in. (That information came from Christine when she accessed the computer) Then there was Christine, the "nurse" who is taking her exam next month, who tried to impress me and engage in personal conversation while she input my information into the computer.. and kept getting into the "wrong record. I didn't even know that was possible with medical records. She was very personable and kept promising me that I would see Dr. "C" because it was clear to me that this process was taking way longer than it should have. I brought all of my information with me, having filled out all of the paperwork PRIOR to my arrival. I can only surmise that her purpose was to keep me occupied for the better part of an hour while the doctor was meeting with a rep. After an hour and 20 minutes, when I told them I had to leave, they told me he would be at least another 15 because he was meeting with a "Rep". When I said I was leaving, another Doctor (Emily) came in and offered to see me, but since I was there to establish a new relationship with Dr "C", this didn't seem practical. She was very nice and I thanked her for her offer, but left. And just for the record, I have waited 10 days to write this review because I didn't want to do it while I was still upset. No one has even attempted to reach out to me. read more

I used to like this place but my past experience was bad. I had to go back a few times for a issue I was having and felt very rushed and didn't feel like the providers took the time to listen to me. After trying to call my doctor, the front office said it's not a guarantee that my doctor will call me back. I then tried messaging my provider a few times on the patient portal and never heard anything back. I ended up having to make another appointment because you never hear back from them to just ask questions. They definitely run on a in and out model just focusing on how many patients they see and lack the focus on helping the patients they see. read more

I went to do Nuro exam and i ask them few times if it will be covered and how much it cost, even Dr Capobianko himself told me it will be covered by my insurance and then I'm getting a bill of 914.80$ Why would you lie to your patient?? They will say anything for you to take exams and then send You bills and go figure it out!!! I just talked to the billing department and they know they have e this problem they know that the doctors say to patients that it will be covered they Tell them not to say that and still it's happening so why me as a client should pay for these mistakes?? Think twice before going there because you never know what kinda bill you will get eventually from this place!!! To answer your answer, we all have deductible, but there is two things that she didn't answer- The new low in USA is to give the patient full breakdown when he asking for it and I didn't got it! Your responsibility is NOT to say that's it's fully covered!! My deductible is 20% with your bills it's getting to 50% so your charges are crazy high and incorrect! read more

DO NOT book through Zocdoc. DO NOT book this for this dr office regardless if the dr is good, the office is horrible. Horrible service and I haven't even see a doctor yet. Ps don't try to be helpful or proactive about proclaiming NON-exposure to COVID. Apparently they'll cancel. And when you call they will transfer without telling you, or providing the next person with any information. (After the 3rd it's exceptionally aggravating). They will blame YOU for having a note that is supposed to be to prevent them from calling for more information. All could have been resolved with just a little better service and communication. I didn't mean to be mad about having to call to reschedule but when they treat me poorly of course I reacted. They can't even handle taking feedback correctly (about transferring people) and transferred me to my problematic person without telling me, and that person answers just with "hi how can I help" - cool so no name? No background? I don't know who you are or how I got here or why you are so rude. Could I have done better as a potential customer? Yes. (I was a little short and def irritated but no personal attacks or over the top theatrics). I'm also not being paid to be a professional during this call and they are, so I expect them to be able to handle a difficult customer as part of their job, even if I have to admit when that's me. We all have bad days (hello, here I am) but they have a bad office full of bad eggs. Not a single 1 of the 4 people I talked to was professional, helpful or nice. Now I'm scared to even attend my appointment. I'm getting my concerns addressed and not looking back, will be finding a new place. read more

Dr. Capobianco has been my primary physician for more than seven years. The quality of care I have received can only be considered as exceptional, and never disappointing. Driven by success, his practice has grown considerably pushing his available time to the limit. A recent request for an appointment was responded to with an availability in six weeks. I can understand and appreciate handing off new patients to associates however, it would demonstrate the value of loyalty if long term patients had priority and can continue to be seen by Dr. C. We hardly ever have to wait but if we do it's never more than 15 minutes. I have been a patient of Doctor's Center for a couple years, when my previous primary care doctor stopped accepting my insurance, and he called Dr. Leo personally to ask if he would be okay to transfer my care to him- and ever since I have been so grateful to have such a great primary care office. I prefer to always see Dr. Leo or Brittany Garcia the nurse practitioner. Even when I have a walk in appointment, I am always taken back very quickly, which I love. Brittany is always very sweet to me, and I feel like when I am talking to her, that she genuinely cares about what I am going through. She is very compassionate, and always happy to help me, no matter what the reason for my visit is. I am very thankful that she is one of my primary care providers, because she helps me so much, and never judges me. When I have my appointments with her, I feel like I am able to tell her anything, and be completely open and honest because she is so trustworthy. I also see Dr. Leo, and he is an amazing doctor. He will always tell me exactly how it is, and isn't afraid to tell me when something is wrong, or when I am in the wrong. I really appreciate this about him because to me, it shows he really cares about me and my health. I feel like I am very lucky to have found him, and happy that he's my primary care doctor. I appreciate that the both of them will always take time out of their busy schedules to see me when I am having an urgent problem, because a lot of providers would never do that! I know that sometimes I can be a high maintenance patient because I do have a lot of problems, but I never feel like I am a burden, or like either of my providers are judgmental towards me, and that means a lot to me. read more

I have been coming here for a while! Dr. Capobianco's office use to be much better! I scheduled a Myers Push IV. 1. On the phone I was told I don't have to pay the doctors visit only pay for the Myers Push IV. 2. In the office: I had to pay the extra $100 for the docs visit because they don't carry my insurance anymore. I never used my insurance. I only had to pay for Myers. 3. When leaving, the manager said I had to pay because I haven't been for 2 years WTF!!!!!!! I brought my husband with me. They missed his vain 3 times. I asked for a partial refund. The nurse gave me some canned bs answer. After spending $445 I feel f*cked! I don't think I'll come back here! read more

Dr. Capobianco is a cliche and a joke, just not a funny one. I've had high end PPO insurance my whole life, currently I have state provided insurance. The second Crappobianco saw the insurance I had his demeanor, attitude and treatment shifted dramatically. My wife is 33 years old and was in the hospital for a bleeding brain. We were instructed to follow up with a primary. This was her first appointment since being released from the hospital. This man could not have been ruder, more arrogant and condescending to my wife. Every unprofessional characteristic possible in a doctor was exhibited in his 5 long minutes with my wife. We come from Los Angeles, my kids were born in Beverly Hills, we've had some of the top physicians in their field over the years. I don't say this to brag, I say this to compare the egos between some shill (who hawks every cosmetic product and procedure under the sun. His waiting room is covered wall to wall with advertisements) and the tops in their field Los Angeles. Never have I experienced this level of unprofessionalism, ego and disrespect. Go somewhere else if you need medical care. They don't see you if you are sick, according to the lead NP "the doctor is to busy to see patients." When he requested to talk to the doctor. They mistreated my husband who has a serious heart condition when he got Covid, they "forgot" to give Covid meds and than lied about it in his chart. When he got the flu two weeks later they left him and my son in the parking lot and refused to see either of them. This led two double ear infections and a popped eardrum and lung infection. Safe to say we have found a new doctor that can treat sick and cardiac patients. read more

This place is nowhere near me; however, I've continued to come back to this place due to the fantastic experience I had the first time. I have only been twice but each time was quick and efficient which is pleasantly surprising considering it's a doctor's office. The check-in process was simple and again, very quick even as a new patient. From the time I arrived until I was brought back was under 20 minutes. The NP I saw was extremely helpful and attentive. I was also able to get my blood drawn immediately following my appointment and in the same building rather than being given a form to have blood work done somewhere else. The only issue I've had was a bit of miscommunication at a follow-up. I was supposed to go in for a procedure and review blood work but when I got there, only a review of blood work was done. I could have said something but the procedure wasn't emergent so I felt fine leaving since I did have a lot to do. Plus, I rescheduled the appointment at a later time and was in an out in 45 minutes! read more

Ok here is a raw review from a Vegas native. This is about the best family doctor I've encountered living here for decades. I'm not talking about specialists, hospitals, or surgeons, I'm speaking general care. I have used this office 5 times now and i must say that every visit i felt cared for, i felt heard, and i also felt like there were people on the other end who actually wanted to see me healthy. This is VITAL in Las Vegas as you know our medical system is basically crap... Another thing i need to mention is this telemedicine is top notch. Not the messy uncaring busy staff rushing you, but an available team that literally made me feel so much better when my family had what we thought was Covid. I just started crying during my call in pain and they jumped to the occasion like i didn't even expect. Not to say other offices aren't this caring, but i have felt a vibe here from television visits, to physical visits that make me feel safe and happy. Everything I value is found in this office! Easy call and appointment made on the date I wanted (new patient ,just 2 days in advance). Minutes to check in, exactly on scheduled time was called in. I don't remember when I spoke with medical personnel for 90 minutes! All my past problems (real or not) was documented. I've seen 4 nurses ( one was NP for sure). Part of my tests were done right there, during the visit, others scheduled for convenient for me time. Giving 4 stars only because I saw a doctor for 1minute during this visit- he just showed up, introduced himself and left (?). I am happy to find this place. Very attentive medical staff and doctors. They made sure to confirm my email and online PatientFusion account for access to my medical reports. Bloodwork done onsite. Everything you need in one place! Scheduled telemed follow-up appointment on May 25, 2022: Email reminder with number to call at appointment time. Connected online very easily through a video link and went through complete bloodwork results. All questions answered thoroughly. This was my first online doctor's appointment and it was very professional, just like I was in the office. Dr. Capobianco is AMAZING! There is a reason why he is so successful and has 3 practices in the valley! I know that it's hard to be successful in healthcare these days because of inflation and staffing. But he just went above and beyond and I called me on a Saturday to make sure I had what I needed. This was the doctor himself, not an employee or other provider. He was actually the only one who called me in such a timely fashion after trying to get help for an issue for 2 weeks.
