The people who are complaining about the wait are walk ins! Just make an appointment! Sonia is amazing! Great experience getting labs done here! I usually have to get labs done about every other month and I just recently started coming to this location and I've only had good experiences here! The staff are all pretty friendly but they're really understanding as well. I had a mix-up happen with an appointment and they took care of it right away and helped to work everything out! Took me two year old son twice to pull blood and failed both times. My son got stabbed at least 16 times in both arms and now have bruises all over his arm. Not to mention how rude all the employees are. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

The wait area was huge but spider webs at two different corners? Any one cleaning this building would have no problem seeing these spots to clean, guess they chose not to clean and the management overlooked for months. Front desk staff is beyond rude. Yelled at people if they didn't move to check in fast enough and had the nerve to tell someone to sit closer so they wouldn't have to yell for them! I will find another Quest next time for my blood-work! Girls working in the back might need more training. I realize I am a hard stick but when your supervisor comes in and taps once on my arm and finds a vein I have issues. Also they need to have a bigger waiting room. read more

Got here at 0715am and there were already six people waiting. They open at 0730am so I suggest you arrive early to avoid a long wait. They did have the waiting room open and started calling people around 0720am for testing. Everyone was friendly and I was finished and out of the parking lot by 0741am. What is going on with this location? Checked online to make an appt. it showed 0 mins wait so I decided to drive over, walked in and there are over 20 people waiting. As you check in, the wait shows 1min next to my name but then it disappears, I've been waiting over 15 minutes just to provide my insurance info. They take the names off the screen and then print a long list that they go off of to call people in. Totally misleading!!! I wonder if by showing NO WAIT online it provides them with a better score as a LAB. read more

I have been to a lot of Quest locations, and this one is pretty bad. I walked-in in the afternoon, hoping to avoid the morning rush. There were 4 other people in the waiting room when I arrived. 30 minutes later they had only gotten through 2 people. I don't understand how they could be so slow. Go to another Quest. read more

Shirley was awesome! I went in for several blood tests and my doctor's office misinformed me that I didn't need to fast. Shirley was very nice and told me to come back the next day to see her (when I fasted). I didn't have to wait long and the best part was that she got my vein in the first try and filled all the vials I needed. My veins are very thin and I've had the worst experiences with lab techs who poke and prod and jiggle the needle around looking for my vein. I've also had them poke me more than once because my vein would close up before they could get all the vials they needed! Shirley was kind, skilled and professional. When I told her about my previous experiences with drawing blood, she switched to smaller vials and just took the minimum required amount of blood necessary in case my veins closed up again. Twice now I have received invoices for Services that should have been billed to Medicare! Every time I go they make copies of both my Medicare Card (Primary) and my Cigna Card (Secondary). The last two times they billed Cigna directly. Cigna denied and Quest sent the invoice to me. I then call the number on the invoice and spend 20 minutes on the phone fixing the problem. What is the problem with billing Medicare first? Labcorp is right across the street, maybe I'll try them next time... read more

Get appt. maybe you might get out of here within one hour. If no appt, make sure you have a book. It's a 2 hour wait time no matter what day or what time of the day you come. Why? The phlebotomist is extremely slow. Look, I work in ICU RN. I don't draw blood for living but I can draw faster and more efficiently then these people. And the lady forgot to draw a lavender top and had to stick me twice. Really? Reading the label is your fucking job. read more

The staff in the office was really helpful except for one employee, I had to go in for a 3 hour testing and she seemed misinformed on how to approach the test. I went to the front desk to let her know it's been an hour since I've had my first blood draw and I have to get it drawn again, she told me that someone from the back would call me in. The test needs to be done at the same time every hour and it seemed she couldn't care less about letting the back staff know. Although I had a rough time with the woman working the front desk the phlebotomist Jon who was drawing my blood for me was really helpful. I have been to numerous Quest facilities and this one is by far the worst. The staff there were either incompetent or just didn't care. I made an appointment 2 weeks prior (made no difference) but I still had to wait 45 minutes and they hadn't called me to even take my documents. After reading all the reviews from Quest I debated about even taking him to this one but I sure glad I did. From the time I checked in without an appointment and the time I was done with less than 45 minutes. The people from the receptionist to the young lady that took us back to get the blood work done they are awesome. I had a handicap brother-in-law that was getting the blood work done and they made him feel good and happy and went out with his hands as if he was the winner. They only have one or two staff actually seeing patients. I came in at 7:39- which is 9 minutes after they opened on a Thursday morning and they told me it would be a 40 minute wait. Finally after waiting more than an hour I was seen. The staff were friendly, but definitely seemed understaffed for the amount of people waiting to be seen. I was told over the phone that it was walk in only and that no appointments could be made. After having my blood drawn I asked the frienldy woman working at the front desk about this and she seemed honestly surprised that I was told that. They DO TAKE APPOINTMENTS and I highly recommend making one since an hour wait is not my idea of fun. read more

There was an elderly lady who came in for an appointment and told her "if you read it (the sign in sheet), it'll tell u what to do." She got her insurance card and made a quick copy and when she was done said out loud to the elderly lady who was alreat seated, "here u go!" Did not even address her by last name or ma'am. 11:17 in the morning I walk into Quest Diagnostic and the the reception Jessica with no greeting just ask for my paperwork with the runny nose wiping her nose and not washing her hands or using sanitizer There was another lady sitting on her left side of Jessica her name I believe is Paresha as I was standing there waiting for Jessica to ask for my insurance card she was still engaging on her phone conversation by the conversation that carried on had nothing to do with work as I stood there about 5 minutes I had to interrupt her phone conversation and ask her a question considering blood type I wanted to know if we can contact the doctor so I could get the test for my blood type so the other worker Paresha that was sitting there playing on her phone interrupted with a really ignorant bad attitude just jumped into the conversation that I had not asked her about. I should have took a picture. 11:25 to other patients walk in I'm still waiting they takes the two other patients before I 11:28 and another patient walks and I'm still sitting there waiting to be seen the other patient gets seen before I. 11:40 a.m. the lady leaves and there was nobody in the waiting room. So as Jessica was coming back to the front I asked her is it your lunch break now and she said no they're going to take you back in a minute so I asked her her name and then I asked the other lady name that was sitting on her left side she told me their name. I was the only one sitting in the waiting room I feel that was really bad customer care the way they talk to people and treat people. you would think Jessica's job was more important than sitting there holding a conversation on the telephone really bad customer care. I must admit I was a little worried to go here based on the reviews. So as I walked in the door I was already skeptical. However, the moment I opened the door, the waiting room was clean and empty. I was hoping to be in and out fast. The nurse behind the counter was friendly and direct asking me for ID and insurance card. I only had pictures of my insurance card so she asked me kindly to email the photos to her. I did just that and she asked me to have a seat. Less than 1 minute lated she called my name and showed me to my patient room. She tied that stretchy blue tape around my arm and unwrapped the tiny needle and stuck in right in my vein fast and on the first try. Honestly I didn't even notice that it happened. She was very sweet, while taking blood samples, she started asking me what I do for work and how she thought I looked like a Pro Skater or action sports athlete. I was flattered. Plan on being here early if you don't have an appointment. Staff is really friendly and helpful. However their new check in system sucks. Have to wait in line for a long time behind people who don't know how to navigate a tablet or don't speak/read English/Spanish just to check in. Need to get a better process. read more

Not sure why people reviewed this place badly, I've been here twice and both times ive been treated both efficiently and professionally. Composing this after my 2nd visit. I was a walkin at about 8:30, was greeted with a hello from the desk. There were 6 people already waiting, signed in, read the sign saying that appointments had precedent but walk in welcome as it should be. After a couple of minutes called to present paperwork. Now admittedly the staff was not overly chatty or to some may say not friendly, but they were fast and efficient and always professional. I didn't have to wait long because this office worked fast. Having to take medical tests can be stressful, with the speed and effiency didn't have time to be. Also the place was very clean and quiet, very professional. 5 stars yes because they did what they were supposed to. Oh and the lady at the desk did say good bye even though I saw she was busy. read more
